We are really dissatisfied with the customer service at this place. We bought a car back in November and our registration is going to be expired in 4 days. We tried to register it at DMV office but they said groove never sent them the paperwork. Tried calling Groove, first 5 calls no answer, than the girl answers and transfers the call to somebody who puts us on hold without saying a word and 3 minutes later hangs up. Called again, was sent to VM. Nobody called us back. We tried to reach them again next day and same story - nobody would answer the call and once we finally reached them, they were no help and said we had to figure it out ourselves. Not happy at all. There wasn't a dealership so terrible at customer service before in our life.
