Excellent staff! They are helpful, friendly and encouraging. The center is clean, neat and welcoming with computers, fax machines, copiers and printers available to aid you in your job search. Helpful workshops are offered daily along with the option of having a personal coach. This is an outstanding resource for any jobseeker in Sacramento.

It's cool but they need more out-going motivation. Maybe if they had some help from the North Highlands community they'd see some true RED WHITE N BLUE service :D idk but yea they Helped me refine a resume and reach a stepping stone in a months time.

Ira Ayers is the man when going to this center for resume, cover letter, as well as but not limited to, interview readiness support. I am so thankful for the help I have received here from him and along with it, the amount of interviews I have been able to obtain because of it. The security guard is very polite along with the woman who checks in all those who come into the center to receive help as well. Thank you guys for your professionalism, help and support. I honestly cannot believe how long it has taken me to write this review but this team definitely deserves it!

There's always a barrier for me to use a computer. I came in on Friday around 11.30 am and staff were having a meeting so I couldn't use a computer. I came in several other times and I'm not able to use a computer for self sufficient. If they are really for the people why is their always a barrier to use the computers, fax machines, and etc!!! This place is wasting government funding and are not running this place like they should!!! Staff are more concern is making their paycheck instead of really helping the people

One of the best Sacramento Works centers in the Sacramento Area. They are very helpful and understand all situations when it comes to finding employment and also teach helpful workshops there too.
A very unorganized unsafe place I almost got jumped by 3 females there over a computer they took my seat and I said why are you sitting in my seat and they wanted to fight me it was horrible and it's always like that and they have a security guard there but the security guard is never doing his job this place is horrible I wouldn't even give it one star but I had to where is the other security guard that used to be there the big guy Ira is the only one in that establishment that work his butt off
