We had a great experience with this dealership when we purchased a 4 Runner almost two years ago. Now two years later, they are stating that we still owe them $700.00 that was not collected at the time of sale. They are sending us demands for payment and threatening legal action. I would have no problem paying the amount if the dealer could provide me a statement, but they cannot provide a statement or any kind of proof that the money is owed. This should be an embarrassment to the dealership that they cannot keep their accounting straight after two years and per sue legal action against a loyal Toyota customer. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership, as they do not have their finances in order at all. I left several messages and emails for the GM to call me back and discuss this matter with no response at all.

I lease from Groove. When I turned my last lease in, Frank from Groove Toyota lost my keyless entry key and I had to end up paying for them. I am so disappointed in this dealership. I will no longer be leasing or purchasing from them.

Sergio was wonderful! He helped us find the truck we wanted for the right price after we changed our mind on what we wanted. We stopped by in the evening and were treated with care and patience. By the time our truck was purchased, it was after hours, but Sergio still showed us how to use every feature on the truck. Thanks for the great service!

The Certified $45,500 car I purchased only include...

The Certified $45,500 car I purchased only included a single key (i.e., it did not include a spare key), and this fact was not disclosed to me during the purchase. The keys are about $400 and this information would have affected the sale negotiation--I would have insisted a spare key be included.

On the bright side the sales representative, Olga, is very personable and responsive to calls and questions.

In mid-December 2018 I began my search for a new 4Runner to replace my 2005 model. I knew that I wanted a new 2019 TRD PRO in White, and submitted inquiries with several Denver-metro area dealerships.

Sergio de Quesada from Groove Toyota was by FAR the most responsive and attentive. He proactively kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle as it made its way from its original port of arrival in the US, all the way to the dealership. He usually answers his cell phone on the first or second ring and for the rare occasion that he doesn't, you can expect a call back in a timely manner.

Overall I found my dealings with everyone at Groove Toyota to be courteous, outgoing, and professional. A really enjoyable car buying experience that I would definitely recommend to others.

I wanted to trade my 2017 F-150 for a Tacoma so I called almost all of the Toyota stores in greater Denver. When I called Groove Toyota Stefan answered the phone and the easiest sales process began. He was ready for our appointment, had the truck I really wanted up front, he had our trade evaluated when while we drove the awesome Tacoma. We agreed on a price, met everyone in the service department and made it through contracting all in less that 2 hours.
Go to Groove Toyota ask for Stefan and buy buy buy!

Want to give a shout out to Kyle Hartman and Patrick Shannon, absolutely terrific experience leasing a new Tacoma for my daughter. Zero pressure sales, they give you the options and let you decide what's best. The entire experience was streamlined and none of the "let me ask my manager" BS that permeates most dealerships. A great price was arrived at from the beginning which made the final negotiations even easier. Highly recommend, these folks care about their customers and it's evident.

Karen Anderson was amazing! She really helped my mom and I with buying our first truck of the family. I love it and my overall experience at Groove Toyota. I even got a follow up call asking if everything was working out! Such an amazing environment and Karen was just really helpful. She made my mom and I feel at ease and comfortable with the whole purchasing a new truck deal. Another helpful resource was Lee Cook. He did the financial aspect, but was very respectful and polite. I am so glad that we chose to go to Groove Toyota to get my very first truck. :)

Overall, I had a really great experience purchasing my first car with Toyota. Ali did a great job of laying out the facts in a straightforward and friendly manner and was willing to work with me on what I could afford. I was also assisted by Jason, an incredibly bubbly, kind, friendly person and he truly helped make the overall experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Sue was also extremely kind and helpful. Honestly, all around I am very happy with my experience and recommend others to come to this location and work with Jason or Ali!

The service department at Groove Toyota is FANTASTIC. They were fast, efficient, reliable, friendly and attentive. I've been to most of the Toyota Dealerships for service in the Denver and Fort Collins area and I highly recommend using Groove over any other Toyota dealership in Colorado. Awesome job.

I contacted them via their website to see if there was any chance to get me into a new Highlander for what I'm able to spend. I usually buy used. They came through and got it done. Went in for a test drive and the whole buying experience was excellent. Our salesman was Dan and his personality fit our needs perfectly. No pressure....good guy. On August 21, 2015 my family and I went to Groove Toyota in Englewood, CO to purchase a new car for us to drive for Uber. This is something that we will never do again and will never recommend to anyone because of the sheer number of problems that we have had in less than 4 months. In the time that we have owned our 2013 Ford Fusion we have been in constant contact with our salesman, Paul Lips (the salesman) and Dennis Santos (used car service manager), and more recently at Groove Ford a sales rep who was supposed to set up an appointment and stopped working there causing me another 2 week delay, Alec Sharp (the only person who really seemed like he was trying to help and not just get rid of us), Benji Lodholm and Tim Moorhead. We have had to take time away from work and the very little time together that we already share as a low income family. With issues ranging from customer service to the actual car that we purchased, it has not been worth it at all and if we could turn back time, we never would have purchased anything from any Groove car lot.
On our first visit we were directed to (the salesman), who they said was the only salesman able to work with us because we were going through Uber's financing which requires certain parameters such as mileage, make, and year of the car. My husband had been talking to him about a Ford Fusion that we were interested in. (the salesman) told us to come in and give it a test drive but when we arrived for the day he jerked us around and said that it wasn't available to be test driven at the moment, because it was being repaired. Okay, that happens. So we came back the following day. (the salesman) did not shake my hand when I was introduced to him, which is something I have never had happen with a sale. It's very disrespectful. Also, (the salesman) answered a personal call in the middle of answering questions from us about the vehicle. Again, showing no respect for the customer who would be paying his commission.
On this trip we were able to take the Fusion for a test drive. It was very loud, pulled to the right, and still had trash in the back seat from the previous owner. My husband has been a mechanic for the last 15 years and knew that it was loud because the exhaust was gutted and damaging the vehicle. Because we would be buying the vehicle for expressly for Uber, we could not drive it as is. (the salesman) said that they would be able to replace it before we used the Ford for Uber. However, when the used service manager (Dennis) said that they would not be able to restore the factory muffler because it was not directly damaging the car. Now we had to take our brand new car to a different shop that was able to fix it for $500. Because the exhaust system had been destroyed, the water pump had also been damaged due to over heating. Again, the used service manager said that they would not be able to assist with the damage, but since it was under warranty they did the work.
During this time we also noticed that the front wheel well was missing the plastic shield that prevents snow and rain from getting in the body. When my husband told Dennis that this was the issue we were well within the warranty time frame. Dennis told us that he would order the part and call us when it was in. About 2 weeks later we still had not heard from him and I called to check when the part would be in and was told that my car was no longer covered under the warranty, they would not be able to fix it and the part had never been ordered.............

This place is absolutely incredible!!!! 10/10 perfect! Here's a little story. I went to Stevinson Toyota West before Groove and I honestly wish I would've gone straight to Groove and saved myself 3+ hours. We walk into Groove and immediately greeted by happy people that clearly love where they work. Mason Schuster was my Sales Associate and he did everything he could to make sure that I was COMPLETELY satisfied and that I got the BEST deal possible. The guy was a magician. Once I decided on my vehicle, the process was quick and smooth. Even before the sale, the manager Joe came out and introduced himself to me. Made me feel like I was right at home. I left Groove with a brand new 2019 Toyota Tacoma and a smile that made my face hurt. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, stop wasting your time and go to Groove!!! Also, Lee Cook and Michelle took amazing care of me through out the paperwork and crash course on my new baby. I will forever recommend this incredible team and look forward to seeing them all again for my next FREE service! Thanks Groove!!!!

My wife and I had several bad experiences with previous car salesmen and dealerships. CJ Adams made our purchase of a new RAV 4 very easy. We received a very fair internet price and knew the price before we went to the dealership. We went to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and left without pressure to make a decision. The vehicle was ready as promised with no hidden costs. CJ Adams made the transaction enjoyable with his charming and fun personality! We would definitely request CJ Adams the next time we purchase a vehicle from Groove Toyota.

Zach Vose assisted me at Groove Toyota, and I was very happy with the whole process! He originally reached out to me last summer when I was looking at pricing on Consumer Reports. I wasn't ready to purchase at the time, and Zach was very respectful of that - he offered to help in any capacity and to touch base later in the year when I was ready. I saved his number, and continued saving (for comparison, a different dealership continued to hound me for months, offering zero down payments and every conceivable incentive, despite me repeatedly telling them I was simply not ready. I was really put off by that, so Zach's respectfully assertive manner really stood out). Fast forward to October, and I started looking at 4Runners. Zach reached out again, and I'm glad he did! He was extremely knowledgeable, being a 4Runner owner himself, and I really appreciated his technical knowledge of all the different trims and features. He helped me quickly narrow down what I needed and what I didn't. He was also very approachable and forthright, and I felt 100% comfortable negotiating with him. I left with a new 4Runner and the sense that we were all satisfied with the sale. Thank you, Zach and Groove Toyota!

I had my car in for service since yesterday. So far every communication deadline I was given went by without a contact from the service adviser. I had to call through the day and again today without any reciprocal communications back. I left many VM and no answer so far. A sales transaction is a one time event -mostly and you can only appreciate how good a dealer is -or bad when you go in for service. I can not honestly recommend Groove Toyota's service department.
Update to my review: I spoke with the service manager and he was able to help me in less than 15 minutes. The service adviser however was not happy that I went over his head to the manager and was not very professional when he handed me the keys.

I purchased a 4Runner from Auto Nation that had been unsafely modified and was totaled by hail after it was discovered during repair that all roof supports were completely cut out, making the vehicle unsafe. I came to Groove to purchase a new 4Runner and had a totally different experience. They were friendly and helpful and VERY trustworthy. I've never felt taken advantage of at Groove Toyota, sales or service. Highly recommend them. Stay far from Auto Nation on Arapahoe.

I was lucky that Matt Nemetz was the salesperson assigned to me when I stopped in for a test drive. He was a miracle-worker! It is virtually impossible to get the new 2021 RAV4 Prime plug-in hybrid, but he kept searching in the new inventory assigned to Groove, and he spotted a 2021 RAV4 Prime before anyone else at the dealership. Because of Matt, I won the lottery! He will be just as attentive for you. Ask for him!

We just bought a used SUV from Groove (only 6,000 miles on the vehicle), and are having trouble with it... It needs a new engine, and we are covered under all the warranties, factory, and the additional ones we purchased through Groove three weeks ago, at the time of purchase. We are now waiting to see if Groove Toyota will honor the warranty, or put us in a new vehicle. I'll keep you posted if they "do right by us", because currently we are feeling very inconvenienced, and a little unsatisfied. If they do end up going above and beyond for us to make it right, I'll tell everyone I know how well we were treated. We will wait and see...

I had this dealership look at a Toyota Sienna I wanted to purchase. I was in a different state and it was so important that they do a thorough inspection since I could not be there in person to see the car. They did the inspection and didn't find anything noteworthy. I bought the van based on their inspection. When I got home, my own mechanic looked at the car and found that it had blown rear shocks/struts. How could they have missed this on the inspection? I'm certain that the car had this problem when I bought it because after the repair was done the handling of the vehicle improved significantly and it drove like a completely different car. The inspection was expensive and they failed to do what they said they would do. I ended up having to do an expensive repair because they didn't catch something major on the inspection. If you need a vehicle inspected, I would not trust this place.

We were asked to remove our last google review because Groove Toyota was sounding like they were going to work with us....but.....now we can see they are refuding! The facts are that they sold us a vehicle with FRAME DAMAGE and now they don't want to stand behind it. We only wanted to start over and get what was fair but they refuse to work with us or do anything to make this right! How is that fair? I don't suggest ANYONE buy a vehicle from Groove because they have unfair practices and don't treat people right. We bought a certified used car.....and now it's worth way less than what the book value is!!! They run everything through CARFAX and neither theyOR GROOVE stand behind their vehicles!! What a rip-off!!!

I had a Great, Easy, and Straightforward experience here! I lucked out and got Mason, the Best Salesman there! He asked a few questions, I told him what I was interested in and we went out and looked at what they had. Pretty quickly I was already test driving the truck I have been wanting for so long! I was sold after the drive and we got straight to the paperwork, which unfortunately isn't the best part of buying a car! But the guy helping me, sorry I can't remember his name, but he had a great system that went fairly quickly. I was in and out in only a couple of hours, which I definitely thought I was going to be there much longer! Then days later I got a courtesy text from Kendra asking how I am liking my new Truck and if there's anything they can do. I really got to say that I am so appreciative of all the help from everyone there! If you are looking for a Toyota, go to Grove and see Mason!

When shopping for my new truck, I emailed my request for a very specific truck and year. Jason @groove Toyota responded to that request. We set up an appointment look at the inventory. I was very impressed with the showroom, how clean it was and how courteous the staff was. Jason showed us exactly what we were looking for. He helped to make the buying process so easy and was able to get us what we were looking to get for our trade in. Jason is awesome to work with, very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable in his work. I will recommend Groove Toyota to all my friends and Family.. Great place and Great People. Thank You

Would not recommend buying a car from this dealers...

Would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. For the amount of time and the amount of money that it takes to buy a car, you would think that the dealership could manage small details like spelling your name and address correctly on the paperwork they submit on your behalf to financial institutions and the DMV. Nope! Not at this dealership. The address change was easy enough to fix, but I'm currently making car payments under an incorrectly spelled last name and don't know how I'm going to register the car at the DMV since I don't have proof of ID for the incorrect name this dealership submitted. Huge, huge pain in the butt, and the dealership has done nothing to remedy the situation except harass me with a sales call and ignore all of my attempts to get a status update on them fixing my name that THEY messed up.

Absolutely recommend going somewhere else! This dealership doesn't seem to care about customer service at all and has made this whole car buying process extremely painful.

Erin Gafford was an absolute joy to work with, from the first moment I met her. Had someone else greeted me when I first stopped in at the dealership, I can't guarantee I would have purchased from Groove. I had planned to shop around a bit, but someone's love for a model is pretty evident when they take you for a test drive in their own personal vehicle! At that point, the only discussion became trim packages. Erin was patient and accepting of my wavering as I tried to make the decision that was the best for my future and for my budget in a way that other salespeople have historically not. I ended up in an XLE, even though an LE would have been better for my budget because Erin gave me the time and the space and the respect to consider the options and change my mind. Never once did she try to strongarm me into something I couldn't afford. I ended up overextending myself just slightly to get the maximum car I could possibly afford, but I am at peace with my decision because I was given the space and respect to make the decision on my own. As a new Coloradan, I'm so glad I met Erin so early in my search!

Picked the car I wanted online and called over asking for best cash price. Sheldon, the sales guy, gave me a firm price that I thought was fair and I was in and out in under an hour. He even noticed a crack in the windshield that I didn't even see, and took it upon himself to take care of it. Since I was in a rush that day, they had a guy come out to where I live to replace windshield free of charge. I would highly recommend Groove Toyota, Mazda, or Subaru as I have now purchased a car at all three and had a good experience each time. And to the guy posting on here about loose lug nuts causing brakes to fail, that's bs. Those wheels would have vibrated so bad you would have immediately known something was wrong, and lug nuts obviously hold the wheel without having anything to do brakes.

I have rarely been to a car dealership where I fel...

I have rarely been to a car dealership where I felt genuinely valued, respected, and treated as a "guest" while looking for a new car, and I am very happy to say that my experience with Groove Toyota Scion was all of this and more.

It started with a quick message to one of the sales staff, Zach Vose inquiring about the dealers inventory which I had been browsing online. He was extremely quick to respond and was very polite in answering my questions about the inventory available. After a short back and forth, he scheduled a time for me to come in later in the day that worked for me and assured me he would be available when I arrived. I was a little skeptical, as it was a Saturday and I know the car business can be crazy.

True to his word, he greeted me quickly and warmly upon my arrival at the dealership and wasted no time in taking me directly to the models I had inquired about. Zach was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all of the models and trim packages, asking me about my preferences and needs before making suggestions around trim levels and options in the specific models. He also made sure to show me on several different vehicles the main differences, and how those differences affected pricing and functionality.

I was probably not the ideal customer, as I was asking a million questions with no rhyme or reason to my thought process, and Zach was very patient and professional while answering all of my questions without putting any pressure on me to move towards a specific vehicle.

When I could not really decide between test driving a 4Runner and Tacoma, he took me for a test drive in each, explaining the features, similarities and differences along the way. When we got back to the dealership, I was still not sure but was leaning towards the Tacoma. Zach put absolutely no pressure on me to make a decision or purchase a car and even suggested I go on an "extended test drive" so that I could spend some time with the vehicle alone and make sure It was something I was interested in.

Upon my return to the dealership, he immediately greeted me again and simply asked what I thought. When I told him I thought it was what I wanted, he again put no pressure on me but simply asked if I would like the dealership to appraise my trade and maybe run some numbers.

From there, I was amazed with the efficiency and professionalism of each of the Groove team members I worked with. Financing was quick and painless, and while the representative ran through the usual "warranty and extras" spiel, it was more informative and less of a "pressure sale" situation that I have experienced at other times while purchasing vehicles.

Zach had the car detailed, filled with gas and ready for me when the paperwork was signed, and I've never felt better about purchasing a vehicle anywhere. (Zach even followed up with me the next day to let me know he had taken care of getting me an extra set of keys and would make arrangements to get them to me!)

One small complaint: when they detailed the vehicle, they put some kind of very oily substance on the all-weather floormats making them slippery. When I climbed in the vehicle to leave, I noticed this and said something and Zach immediately took the floor mats to be cleaned and dried before putting them back in the vehicle to send me on my way. To me, this felt above-and-beyond and I greatly appreciate his efforts.

I love my new Tacoma, and I could not be happier with the experience I had at Groove Toyota Scion. They have definitely gained a customer for life.

Going into the process we didn t know much other than we wanted a Toyota and he was so helpful in showing us all of the options and explaining the pros and cons of each. I had a wonderful experience with Groove Toyota yesterday. After leaving AutoNation Toyota bawling and upset, the staff at Groove really stepped up their game and made me leave a happy girl!

I had gone to AutoNation in order to try to get into a new 2017 Rav4 with 0% financing for 72 months. I brought in a 2005 Nissan Murano to trade, and had found a car I wanted on their website. Their website listed the car around ~26,000, but when I clicked "Reserve Now" there was a button that said "Unlock Your AutoNation Price". Naturally, I hit that button and filled out the form, and it stated that the price would be just over ~23,000. After about an hour of sitting around, I finally got to test drive the car. I liked it and was ready to start filling out an application and get my car appraised. This process took FOREVER. Things were done one at a time with a 30min to 1hour gap in between - because doing two things at once is apparently foreign to AutoNation - and it ended up taking 5 hours in total to get everything done. When the price came up, it was over $26,000. I showed them my paperwork showing the $23,000 price and I was given the run around about how their manager said they couldn't meet that price, and they had "NO IDEA HOW" I was able to access that car or price because it was no longer in their inventory, etc. I also did not qualify for the $1000 cash rebate (which they then said was $750 anyways, despite it being all over their website) if I did the 0% offer, so my purchase price would be much higher than I expected. The sales guy told me at least 6 times throughout the deal that if numbers didn't make sense we could just "shake hands and leave as friends" which I appreciated the first time, but felt was tacky and rude by the 3rd time. I told him I wish we had done the appraisal and the application 4 hours ago, and he said it was "just a math thing" and then told me they would not give me anything for my trade in.

Long story short, I did NOT leave in a Rav4. I went next door to Groove Ford, where they immediately appraised my car for $750 (I did not have high expectations, again, but did not want NOTHING for my vehicle that ran!!) and got me into a 2016 Ford Transit Connect. I did the application as he was getting the car ready for test drive, and overall the salespeople were friendly, kept me in the loop if there was a delay, and did everything they could to make sure I was a priority. Sean was very nice, the financing staff member made me laugh, and even though the process did take a few hours due to the amount of people out yesterday I left happy and feeling like I mattered.

I had a great experience at Groove Toyota! I worked with Abby who helped me to secure a great deal on a Certified Used 4 Runner. She was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car and I was really impressed with how she was able to answer every question I had. In addition, Groove Toyota had the best deal on a Certified Pre Owned 4 Runner in all of town. I had a great low pressure sales experience at Groove Toyota. I worked with Paul Lips and a Mr. Wright. Having worked in car sales in the past, I felt many of the unpleasant aspects of this process were removed. Paul spent a lot more time listening to what I liked and what was important to me instead of trying to TELL me what I liked. I can't emphasize this enough, as this is where most dealers and sales people get it wrong. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either Paul or Groove as a dealership. Did I mention my vehicle came with a 2 month/2,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that I didn't have to pay extra for? It might not sound like much, but isn't it annoying when something, even something small gets overlooked by another dealership and they only offer a drivetrain warranty? So you just bought a car and found something broken, but their warranty is "as is." I'm not sure if it is offered on every vehicle Groove sells, but I considered this a nice plus to my purchase so if something was overlooked I knew they would make it right. The whole process only took about 2 hours and the few gripes I had with the car cosmetically were taken care of the same day!! Bravo!

We had a great experience at Groove Toyota. Our salesperson Kelyn Perales was excellent! She reached out to me with several options for exactly what we wanted. She was very patient, she made sure she got us all the answers to our many many questions, and never once made us feel like we were wasting our time or hers. After test driving both tundras she, Zach Vose, and Sam Lyons in financing did everything to make sure we got the best possible deal and the best truck for our needs. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Delmar Fralick was amazing. After going to 4 other dealerships who all told me what I wanted was not avalible anywhere in Colorado. I came to Groove Toyota. Told Delmar what I was looking for an he not only found it but got it for me the same day. He listened to what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. No need to haggle over price and I didn't spend my intire day buying a car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new car.

The worst dealership I've ever bought a car from. Their finance team lies to customers faces. They told me I'd be able to change my registration address - something they had no reason to believe (let alone tell customers) - and now I have to drive across the country to register my plate. I would not recommend groove toyota to anybody. They will sell you snake oil if it'll give them a dollar and they will do NOTHING to help their customers - even those spending 40k+ on a vehicle.

I worked with Mark Jacobsma about 2 weeks ago and had a great experience! He was able to find the exact car I wanted with all of the features. Ultimately we were able to agree on a fair price and I drove a brand new Camry out of the show room. Up until now, this was a pretty standard car buying experience other than he was super cool to work with. But the real testament of satisfaction came this morning. Unfortunately on the way to work today I ran over something that sounded bad. I got to work and found that my tire and rim had been damaged. I filed a claim with my insurance and then called Mark on his cell. Knowing it was really early and the dealership wasn't even open yet, I planned on leaving him a message giving him a heads up that I will need to bring the car in for repairs soon. Mark called me right back. I apologized for bothering him so early and he was more than happy to talk to me. I could tell he felt awful that the new ride got damaged. His response was that he would make sure that I got taken care of. He would give the parts guys a heads up to order a new rim and tire so that I could get the repairs done as soon as possible. This is the type of service after the sale that will keep me going back to Mark and refer as many people as I can. He could have easily waited until the dealership was open and he was at work to call me back. Mark truly cares about his customers and it shows in everything he does from the introduction, to handling situations like this. Mark is the kind of guy you want to buy something from. He is honest, friendly, helpful, and most of all, he takes care of his clients even after the sale. Thanks Mark!

I contacted Groove Toyota about their "Available" ...

I contacted Groove Toyota about their "Available" Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO. First off, both of them that were listed as available were sold, and that's okay since they're in demand. Then, I asked about possibly ordering one. I was told there's no ordering, and the price for them will be $4,000 on top of the MSRP. Pueblo Toyota and Toyota Colorado Springs offered MSRP price for the same car. When I mentioned this to the salesperson Lucas Hutchinson, he offered to sell a used 4Runner TRD Pro with 15,000 miles for $49,000 which I kindly declined because other dealers have offered $43-44k for a brand new one. Then, he proceeded to be snarky and sarcastic by telling me, "if you buy one for MSRP then you should go buy 2." Obviously, this dealership places profits before customers and definitely has one of the most unprofessional employees at a dealership. I researched all the values before deciding to buy the car. Also, I know people who work at Toyota, who have provided me with information regarding the TRD PRO 4Runner price break down.
Invoice for base TRD PRO:$39k
MSRP for base TRD PRO: $43-44k
Profit for dealers: 4-5k
Then they want to add 4K on top of that, so keep that in mind. It just seems like they want to rip customers off more than anything else. Steer clear away from this dealer and buy your toyotas elsewhere. Disappointed and insulted more than anything else in all honesty.
I will be contacting the Toyota's corporate office about this.
