I've bought a lot of new and used cars. This has been--BY FAR--THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE in purchasing a car I have EVER had. The salesman, Zach Vose, was very professional yet personal and caring and understanding. He pushed and fought FOR ME to get the best deal possible. Management at Groove Toyota very generously listened to Zach's professional and caring requests to get me a better and better deal. And when it came time for the "dreaded" financing part of the process, the salesman, Zach, set up a good environment; and the finance worker, Richard Jones, put absolutely no pressure on me nor tried to persuade me in any way. He listened to my desires and made it happen. Simple. Easy. Honorable.
BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH BUYING A CAR! I actually had very little intention of buying a Toyota (initially, when I began car shopping), but I looked anyway, because I've heard Toyotas are the best. The cars/ trucks/ SUVs and the team at Groove made the decision very easy for me.
To be fair to myself and find what I really wanted and find the best deal, I did shop at other Toyota dealerships and other car brand dealers as well. Nothing compares to Groove; their deals and their team! I highly recommend Groove Toyota, Zach Vose (sales), and Richard Jones (finance). They really are the BEST; the vehicles and the sales team, alike!

Back up to four stars from one. After being told a month out on oil changes, I called back to get what oil they use, turns out it wasa mistake and they can get me in, happy now!

I recently called on a 2020 Tacoma Manual and had the good fortune to be paired with Macy Marsh at Groove Toyota. While the vehicle I was calling on was already reserved, he was able to pull up one that was due in a few weeks later. He was great and responsive via text. We had a deal together in short order and I was able to give a downpayment over the phone to hold the truck I wanted. He seemed to care about my experience and definitely went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. With the deal already in place, the normal hours of harassment to pick up the truck were gone. Was done with financing in a 1/2 hour. No heavy sales pitch at all. There is room to spread out and I never felt at risk even with the current Covid crisis. I highly recommend both the dealership and Macy! Thanks again - love my new Taco!

Byron was amazing and helped me get my new RAV4 as fast as possible. When I arrived, it was probably the busiest I had ever seen a car dealership, but Byron made my experience perfect. I will be coming here again once it is time for an upgrade!
Kevin was not as helpful. More rude than anything.I felt insulted because he was bashing my wife and I about our score and how he gets paid selling cars and when he sees scores like that he gets upset. Like we went in just to see if we can do that program for upgrading and trade the car in for a Prius. But he started off like no we can t do that and He is surprised we got a low interest with the corolla we have now and that we should be shut down for having medical bills on our credit. So very rude and unhelpful. They don't have that upgrade program that is advertised on their website. Also make sure that you have a 700 or higher score or he won't see you at all. This is the first Toyota dealership I had been to that has someone make up their own policy of who they help, like it doesn't matter what score you have, Toyota will help anyone that has little to no credit and really do their job by looking around for ways to get you in a car. Everyone has their days where we all struggle, but doesn't give anyone the right to insult you and especially do it around many people that looks at you while you are being insulted.
Karen Anderson was the most efficient sales person I have ever worked with. All the employees at Groove toyota were friendly and professional. Completely satisfied with purchase of new vehicle and trade-in. I have been using Groove toyota for vehicle maintenance for eight years and they have always been honest and fair.
My husband and I just had a wonderful experience at Groove! We worked with Byron in sales, who was absolutely wonderful. Not only is he a sweet person, but he answered every single one of our questions (and we had a lot!) and was very transparent about everything. I highly recommend working with him.
We traded in our old SUV (which we got a fair price for) and got a fair price for our new SUV. The transaction at all dealerships is a process (even when paying cash), but Dan in finance made it feel like it went a lot faster (he's great at explaining all the legal stuff in easy to understand terms).
All around a great experience. If we ever need another new car (which hopefully we won't for a long time), we would absolutely return. We love Groove Toyota!

Recently had one of my Marines visit this dealership to look at a used Tacoma. The salesman she spoke with (Frank Danyi) was extremely rude, condescending, and lazy. He put very little effort into the sale and assumed she knew nothing about the vehicle or the sales process in general. So, someone who was very interested in purchasing a Toyota very soon will not be visiting this location because of that experience. Please be clear that this comment has no weight on any other department at this dealer, only the encounter with one particular salesman. I am hoping the GM reads this and soon makes an adjustment to his attitude.

Worst customer service ever! If you need service go to another Toyota dealer. These guys don t care about the customer or the experience. I ve purchased 2 vehicles from them, but I will go to A different Toyota dealer going forward. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place!

Normally I would not buy from a dealer, however there was no pressure, start to finish.
The test drive of the Camry that I had been searching for was very easy going, no pesky ride along. Meanwhile the appraisal of my existing car, went fast and easy.
There was a little "back and forth" on terms and price, but in the end I got the deal I wanted.

I was shopping for a new car and looked at Groove Toyota. I worked with Mason and really enjoyed the experience. Mason has excellent service and fair prices after negotiation. He did not have any hidden fees. I would recommend Mason at Groove Toyota for your car buying needs.
Shouldn't even deserve 1 star. Worst service ever, oh wait I didn't get service because I didn't have an appointment they refused to help me. On top of that they didn't even offer to make an appointment for me.
After a long day at work the last thing my mom and I wanted to do was go car shopping, but the staff at Groove Toyota was friendly welcoming which made the process easy. Our sale's representative Byron Fludo was great. He really listen to what I wanted. Not only did he found me the car I was looking for but within my budget. He gave us time to talk it over and make the best decision for us.

I had service completed at this location. The scheduling was prompt, the service reps were helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. My vehicle service was completed sooner than expected.
The only drawback at this location is their calling tree set up. I tried to call in over the phone to ask specific questions about my vehicle and was transferred from a receptionist to a service rep. However, in the transfer no service rep ever picked up, and on three separate occasions, the call was eventually dropped
