My car died on the side of 1-25. My insurance company set me up with a tow dealership thatprovided terrible and horrible customer service. Took them 5-7 hours to get my car and every time I called they said 30 minutes and never contacted me. Luckily they did get it and brought it to Groove. I called after the service department was closed & one of the sales reps, Michelle, was so kind she walked out into the lot, looked for my truck and then called me back to let me know it was there. This was not her responsibly but it was the nice thing I needed today. I thought my car was still stranded until she called me back bc the tow truck company never called me back. Thanks Groove and thanks Michelle !!
