Product sold to me was defective, broke in the first use, Botach's website says "If an item proves to be defective within the 15-day return policy or is shipped incorrectly, we will be more than happy to cover the return shipping to have the item replaced or credited to you. " Yet they still refuse to exchange the product or return it, within the 15 day period, after having jumped through hoops with their customer service to send photos of the defect and explain the issue in 11 different emails, I was told to seek out the manufacturer's assistance instead.

This is all on top of a 2 week shipping and processing time period. AWFUL
