I had very bad experience with this company, especially with Botach Customer Service, I submitted a order with 8 item's in it, so according to Botach Customer Service they email me to informed me that can't processed my order since one of the items are in Backorder and the only way to proceed with my order ( #92311865) remove this item and send all the other stuff or just to wait until the Backordered product will get back in stock, so I let them know that I can wait since I don't want to pay shipping fees for only one item., But what caught my attention was that the product that they (Customer Service) told that is out of stock it appears on Stock in their website, so I requested a formal quote to Sales Department of this particular item and the send me a confirmation that is IN STOCK; so long story short, I requested both Department to help me with this situation but non of them answered my emails.
