Ordered 8/11/20, left voicemail, sent emails, mess...

Ordered 8/11/20, left voicemail, sent emails, messaged on social media, and never heard back till 9/14/20 stating they could ship the instock items. I tell them to ship those items and cancel the rest. They then want CC information again. Cancelled everything.
Almost 5 weeks before any update just to be disappointed.

Was honestly excited to do business with botach but they seem to be unable to handle a small order.

I don't know what's going on here but they're acting like some poor businesses that are cancelling orders to make more money with the constant increase in prices. Would not recommend them until they can fix a few things.
