Placed an order and my credit card was billed for the total amount. 3 weeks go by and I contact them to ask about my order, only to be told that they were backordered and they just somehow forgot to tell me. The magazines were shown to be in stock days after I had placed my order and somehow they were suddenly backordered. This is unacceptable, on so many levels. To have my card billed and not even get so much as an email pertaining to my order is just disrespectful. To have the response by we will ship them when they become available and offer me nothing more than that has left a bad taste that will not go away. I am done with your site and your customer service. Thank you so much for this horrible incomplete transaction.
