I have purchased here quite a few times and have never had to use their customer service. But I have an order now on the Grey Ghost backpack, and after 10 days it still hadn't shipped so I immediately emailed them, which it's been three days with no response. And I've called numerous times and been put on hold, then it goes to voice mail after about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the phone, very annoying because they have never called me back. And I've left three different messages. This is the last time I ever purchase here. Bad service!
