James was very Polite and professional. He guided me through all the features of the Rav 4 . He was very knowledable about the car and the one question , he did not know he went and found out for me.
I would recommend James to anyone looking for a Toyota. He's very customer focused and patient.
I had a great experience with James and will be seeing him again at the end of my lease for another Rav 4. I'd also like to give a shout out to Jean in finance - Thanks for your help Jean!

I was looking for a reliable first car as a new driver. I wanted a manual transmission, a lost talent and a difficult find these days. Avet was personable and very patient during my test drive. He was so encouraging as I was getting used to the clutch and gas timing. He even came in on his day off for me to pick it up. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle Boch Toyota and Avet Azizyan are the way to go.

They tell you a price and after signing all the documents it was a totally different want and then I said no that I did not want the car no more but they force me to take it out of the dealer. Worst place ever.

I made an appt with Amanda for an oil change. She told me they had a special where I could get my tires rotated and the oil done all for 49 dollars. I said, oh ok, I ll do that. Angel helped me upon arrival and I did not mention the above convo but Amanda said it was in the notes for angel to read. Angel came out and recommended a 4 wheel alignment. My husband refused it. Angel then said, I can do it for 99 dollars. My husband said, ok, that s fine. had a baby in my arms while I was asked to cash out so I asked my husband to do it while I took the baby to the car. Driving home, I look at the invoice and noticed I did not get the oil and tires rotated for the price I was quoted. I call Amanda, who apologized and told me, Carlos, the manager would be calling me back. I m still waiting for this call back and my bill to be credited.
Update: Carlos called me back this morning. He said he would give me the credit on the account towards my next service. He explained the special Amanda told me about was in the form of a coupon. And when Angel offered the front alignment coupon, only one coupon applies. Since it was never explained to me by Amanda that is was a coupon, as it was worded as a special they offered at this time, Carlos said he would keep the credit on my account. The service dept is very personable, clean and there is virtually no waiting period checking in, at least the days I have visited.

I love the car that I purchased at this dealership...

I love the car that I purchased at this dealership, but I will never purchase another one here - and will make sure to tell family and friends to stay away as well. I called the past few days trying to get a copy of a document I needed for moving out of state, I was told by sales staff it would be a simple task and no problem, and that they would pass my messages along to the necessary person. Ultimately today was my last day before I REALLY needed the document so I had to call the dealership multiple times - 4 times total. My calls were 3 hours apart each time despite being told they only needed 30 minutes. I was extremely nice when I spoke with staff because I understood they were likely overwhelmed (as we all are) and that it was annoying to have to hear from the same person repeatedly just to transfer me to another department, but my request was not being fulfilled and I had no way of contacting the worker directly. At the end of the day I had to call another time because when the document WAS finally sent, I was given another customer s information accidentally instead of my own. I recognized this was an issue for both me AND the dealership so I wanted to make sure it was resolved - when I called that last time I was hung up on. I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and try calling again in case there was an issue with the line, but my call was disconnected yet again. My husband insisted on calling when this happened and his call was answered immediately by the most recent sales person to have answered my call, she was rude and unhelpful. I am not going to name her because I don t want to ruin anyone s job especially at a time like this, but people like her are the reason this establishment will lose good customers. I do think it s worth mentioning that the sales person Jonathan tried to be helpful and was kind earlier in the day even after speaking with him twice, but my other interactions with staff were less respectful.

I had a bad sales experience here but the service department is always amazing. I feel welcome every time I pull my car into the service center. I have become sort of a regular due to driving a lot for work. Every single one of the guys working there are nice, helpful, and ensure a quick oil change or servicing of my car.

My Experience here was awful! Although i'm a year late with my review, every month that i'm paying almost $500 on a 6 year old car just goes to show me how bad the financing department there truly screwed me. Especially after being a returning Toyota Customer, this was not the experience I was hoping for, I was in a bad accident and desperate for a car and the Finance department at Boch Toyota Norwood took full advantage of that.

I just had the worst experience ever after spending 2 hrs in this place to purchase a car, paper work was in process another sales person with seniority came to the desk that we were at and asked our sales person for the car keys n told us that the car was being sold to another (white) customer. this place is so racist and they only think about money. Ill bet u anything if we were white we would of left with that car. how is it that the car was being sold to some one else when our sales person had the keys. the other customer couldnt have even tested the car never mind started any paper work on it. this place should get an under cover buyer and be filmed by the news so people can really see how stimmy boch really is.

Worst dealership I ve been to. All the negative reviews on here are so true . Customer service is terrible Pedro our salesman did not returns calls or text for days. We paid for the car in full and didn t get it for a week and a half. And then they didn t repair what they had promised. I only read the first few reviews and didn t see the bad ones until after we bought the car.

Go somewhere else. The salesman was nice and not overly aggressive or anything. Told me their prices were non negotiable and that they were what they are online (on used cars). Came back a second time when I saw a Camry I liked online and the carfax did NOT say it was a rental car. Even went over this at great length with the dealer when I got there, because I didn't want to buy a rental car (a LOT of their used camrys are formally rental cars). After reviewing the carfax and repeatedly saying it wasnt a rental car or fleet vehicle I decided to buy it on a saturday. Drop the check off beginning of the week and pick up the car thursday. They forgot to have me sign stuff so I had to wait for a sticker while I was there. When I go out to move it to the garage it is surrounded by a foot of snow (every other car was shoveled out). I asked for a carfax (but didnt look at it, my fault) later realize the one they gave me is for a 2016 Corolla (I bought a 2017 Camry). Call 3 times on Thursday for the right one (get bounced from person to person). Call back friday and ask for it. Finally one of the ladies at the front desk (she was really nice) tells me she will get it. And reads it off to me. Saying it is a rental vehicle... Long story short drive over to see how they are going to make it right when they had clearly stated it was not a former rental vehicle. The best the sales manager, Manny, will do after a lot of talking is take my car back as a trade for what I bought it for and put it towards something else. Not taking anything off of another vehicle AND I would have to pay all the fees and taxes again (a little over $1500 the first time).
So, I would still owe the $1500 from the first purchase then then $1500 or whatever it came to from the second one and the difference in price. What a job of taking care of their mistake.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Not worth the aggravation at all.

We wee treated so well that we decided to do business with Boch Toyota.
Hoping for a long relationship.

Not a good experience, I wouldn't buy a car here. They get you in the door with seemingly endless zero down lease deals and then give you the runaround. Out salesman pointed out where the steering wheel and radio were in the vehicle prior to test drive, it all went down hill from there. I will find another dealership to deal with.

My pervious post was sent before completing it. Just want to give a shout out to Kenny in collision and Dave in the service center. I recenly had a pretty bad accident. I was also overdue for service. These two gentlemen went above and beyond to help me out. They are both professional with a definite friendly feel. Made this very bad situation as easy to deal with as they could. It's rare to get this kind of customer service these days. I also love that texting is an option for communication. Working my job it is difficult to make phone calls. Wonderful service. No surprise charges. Recommend highly.

Excellent experience. The sales associate Gilbert P. was personable, polite, knowledgable and very importantly he listened to me as the customer.

The sell price was very fair, the trade required less than the usual haggling and was eventually within range of what other locals dealers were willing to pay.

Mike, the Finance rep was a pleasure to deal with and made the buying of the 9yr/$125k miles extended warranty at a fair and reasonable price a quick and easy process. All in in took about 10 minutes for all final paperwork, including financing and extended warranty, and as with all others I dealt, with no hard selling tactics here either.

So in conclusion having bought 3 toyota's from IRA group in the last 8 years, buying from Boch this time was well worth the 40 miles or so to Norwood.

I will definite want to do business with Boch again and also with Gilbert P. as the sales person, I highly recommend Gilbert.

This dealership was the worst dealership , they called me and confirmed 19k for the car and once i got there they start playing games that they don't have the Camry SE without sunroof and after i was going to get the LE which is cheaper ..oh wowo he found a SE without sunroof , they play games and their prices are a scam , in the last min they jump the price 1k , and which is was soo stupid...they wasted my time 5 hours of my days wasted for nothing , i will never go to that place and surely i will file a compliment to Toyota in USA , Dont Go there Thats all i can tell you !

Horrible experience! I went in on the zero down $95 a month lease on the corolla. The salesperson told me they had 4 available a black two reds and a sugar brown. We test drive the black which I made sure that it was the one in the add. We sat down and he went to his manager and came back with I needed a check for $5500 then it would be $95 a month. I asked how we got to that price and he produced a hand written list with money amounts. I asked what each amount was and was told he had to ask the manager and would come right back. The add was 1224 due at signing plus tax title and registration. The sales man returned with notes next to each amount adding everything that was included in the 1224 a second time then every rebate imaginable to the final price. When I pointed out the advertisement he told me his note was the advertisement and I was wrong. I brought up the advertisement n my phone and he would not look at it I then took my family with me and walked out. We actually went in to lease two cars. The boch I bought my last corolla at was totally different! I will never return.

I wish I could give zero stars as its completely waste of time. Try other dealers and ignore if you can. I have bought few cars for myself/family members in past. I have always noticed flawless in customer service, but today was worse. The sales person was ok, but the manager that came (did not give his name to us.) was worse. Right after test drive of Rav4, which is the car of my choice, I was ready to make deal if I had got better numbers. Right after the test drive that manager came with two papers. He asked "Does this numbers work for you? (WHICH WERE MSRP NUMBERS)" we said no and he shakes his hand with and says good bye. Well until now I was purchasing cars from Boch Toyota, but after today's visit it really changes my mindset. Other dealers in neighborhood area gives better deals anyways with good customer service. If they want to rush home then simply do not show up to work. Such a bad and rude customer service that they NEED improve before they loose loyal customers like us.

I will never get my vehicle serviced here. It took more than 3 hours to get a new sticker for the new car. Whoever runs the queue for the vehicles coming in to be serviced should be retrained or reassigned.

My husband and I have been buying our vehicles from Boch for quite some time. All vehicles have been serviced there as well. I just bought another Rav4 on Friday. What I am upset about is the fact that they had a deal on Rav4's for customers that already had Rav4's and wanted to trade them in on Saturday. I can't believe that they couldn't tell us about the deal they were having the very next day! I left a message for our rep to call me back on Saturday when I found out about the deal and he never returned my call. I don't believe I will ever do business with them again.

I'm happy with my car all in all, great price and low mileage, I love driving it. it really was the best option from what I was looking at between this and several other dealerships. The reason I give 3 stars though is just because I feel like there are some communication problems...

I bought my car in the evening and went to pick it up the following day... There was a lot of confusion between the insurance company and the dealership getting everything ready, which should have been a quick process. Instead after arriving at the dealership me and my roommate waited around for 3 hours before I was actually able to drive my new car home.. It took a lot longer than it should have, it felt like pulling teeth, and like I wasn't being listened to.

I try to give the benefit of the doubt but it really took me losing my cool over the phone with some poor guy before anything seemed to get done. I don't lose my cool easily, I'm more of a self-deprecating people pleaser, but this tried my patience. Looking at some of the worse reviews here, it seems like I'm not the only one who has had this type of experience?

But overall I am grateful and satisfied with my experience. The salesman and everyone were very nice people. I know part of this is that buying a car is stressful in general, so maybe I was too harsh. Sorry to the guy I snapped at, it wasn't your fault. Peace

Called in advance to schedule an appointment to purchase my lease. Arrived on time to find out that they cannot proceed because the service department is actually closed. Wasted my time and my wife's time since we had to bring two cars.
The sales person did not seem to be interested in our business at all, provided information that differed from what we were previously told at the same dealership (650 USD instead of 550 USD for the rental car, he said we had to leave the car for 2.5 weeks instead of 2 weeks). In general, very disappointed with the service at this particular location.
Since I can buy out my lease at any dealership, I will call Toyota Financial and ask them for contacts of the dealership that DOES care about loyal Toyota customers.

I was talking to a salesman seconds after entering, and shown vehicles within 10 minutes.

After discussing the vehicles, test driving, and asking for a best price to be emailed to me, I was out of there in under an hour.

I heard back within the day on the vehicle I wanted, negotiated the price slightly (due to a lower advertised ePrice online than the one initially offered), and had a deal on the truck I wanted well below invoice price (checked TrueCar).

Returned to visit the finance office to complete the transaction (with a credit union pre-approval on a loan), and Boch came within 10 basis points of the rate AND had the paperwork done in under an hour again with no hard sell on the wheel/tire, GAP insurance, etc. offerings.

Extremely satisfied at the speed with which the transaction was conducted, the price agreed upon, and the general lack of new car buying nonsense.

This is one star TOO much. I would not shop here unless you want your time wasted. If you are looking for a Toyota or any used car, drive to the Cape and go to Falmouth Toyota. I was interested in a used Toyota Sienna. They had one in the color I wanted with most of the options. I inquired through their website to see if it was still available and Kelsey reached out to me to tell me it was and asked when I could come down to test drive it that day. I live an hour away with no traffic but I went that day and gave her a specific time I would be there. She told me everything would be ready to go once I got there. Lies...as soon as I walked through the door I was told it would be 15 minutes before she could see me, well that turned into 30 minutes. This whole time I was watching this particular girl do nothing but talk to the greeter for the entire time I was there. I thought to myself I hope that isn't Kelsey. It wasn't but it was who they pawned me off on. Her name is Nour and she knew nothing about me so I had to tell her all over again everything. She went to get the minivan only to come back with a Manager named Menny. I was then told that the Sienna wasn't there because it was in the shop getting some scratches fixed and that Kelsey should have never told me to come down. They had 4 hours to figure this out before I even got there. So I just waisted 2 hours and soon to be 3 for the drive back. They told me that they would hold it until I could come back down without a deposit so I took them up on it. I would be a week later before I could come back. Nour told me Friday and Saturday before I went that it would be there and ready for me as soon as I got there and that she would not be there but to ask for Tommy and he knew all about it. Again I gave them a time frame as to when I would be there. We walked in asked for Tommy and again was told to have a seat only to wait for 45 minutes. Tommy had another customer but there were tons of sales people not with anyone. He got us the minivan to test drive while he was finishing up, which we appreciated but that should have happened when we got there. We pulled over to look at the minivan without prying eyes. Upon inspection we learned they never had that in the body shop fixing scratches on the bumpers. There were scratches all over that thing you could tell it never had been touched. It was dusty and no way it got out of the shop 2 days before...so more lies. It was also missing tons of stuff along with dents all over it. Tommy also did not know anything about me or what had happened the week before... so more lies. This place does not care about your time or how they treat people. We already had financing in place and even cash in hand for a significant deposit. A total of 6 1/2 hours wasted. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I also witnessed another lady there to pick up her brand new car only to be told it wasn't there. They called her and told her it was and to come on down but they couldn't find it anywhere. AGAIN RUN AND GO ELSEWHERE!

I am recently separated from my husband and needed a car for myself. I have never purchased a car on my own and was very nervous about the entire process. (My mentality: I have seen enough TV to know not to trust car salesman). At the suggestion of a co-worker, I started off with Bernardi Toyota. I went in and, after about ten minutes, met with a very professional and kind gentleman. This gent proceeded to offer a me a seat in their very nice lounge to begin the process. Although the salesman was very kind and informative, I did not feel comfortable enough to go any further. I was so disheartened that I started looking into buying a used car for a much less price and commitment when my friend referred me to Boch Toyota and told me to ask for Jonathan McGuilvray. They say that the first impression is the last impression and my first impression was fantastic! After Jonathan made an appointment for me around my very hectic schedule, he greeted me at the door when I arrived. Jonathan led me into an office and asked me whether I would like coffee or breakfast; I told him that I was restrained with time and we began talking about my potential car...Myself ,being someone who has never had to make a big financial decision and was disappointed with my last venture, was pretty skeptical. Jonathan told me my different options and explained everything in excellent detail with me. I decided to lease a car! Jonathan explained everything about every step that was to come my way and also made sure that everyone that I would be dealing with during my purchase of said vehicle was made aware of my time restriction with work and assured me that everyone would be respectful and accommodating. After my long story, I'll make my ending short...if you need a car, go to Boch and ask for Jonathan!!!

Great truck, horrible experience with the dealership. Found an issue where the 3rd brake light was leaking water into the vehicle, contacted the sales department 3(THREE) times and left 2 voicemails without response. The only way to get any response at all was to drive the vehicle right into the service department, and then find the salesman to bring to the service department for them to look at the issue. Service department found the issue after 2(TWO) hours and said it will be covered by warranty as it was a Toyota light with a now known defect, and that they would call me when they have received the replacement light. 2(TWO) WEEKS without any real update of the status of the light, and I still have a faulty seal on the light(official Toyota part) installed on my truck.

Amazing truck, dismal service. Spending money at a private mechanic is MUCH MUCH better spent than enduring the mentally taxing "SERVICES" provided by this dealership.

Joe Baribeault is a joyful, enthusiastic, energetic, and an excellent sales person!
He spoke clearly, he made sure to know what I wanted, and he was willing to help me through the entire process.
Joe B. explained everything and even got one of his co-workers who spoke Spanish to come and explain the whole entire process to my mother.
After Joe B. was willing to give me a GREAT DEAL, he continued to go above and beyond.
I ran into a difficulty with an insurance company and I made a switch to another one. I had called Joe B. at the office to send him my new information.
Joe B. called me on his day off to make sure he got the correct information, so when I came to pick up my brand new car I would run into any problems.
Therefore, I would recommend anyone that wants to buy a new car to go to Joe Baribeault. He truly goes Above and Beyond.

Very disappointed. I was told that the mechanic had to run a diagnostic test for $140 even though I already knew what the problem was. There was no reason to run an additional test. I just asked for the work to be done and was repeatedly told that the test had to be run even though there was no reason for it. Sad.

Buyer beware! My husband and I walked in and we were not greeted by any of the sales people. We proceeded to walk around and look at the showroom cars by ourselves. After a good 10 minutes we walked up to the group of salesmen who were just standing around to tell them we were looking for a Rav4. We were told there was only 1 left and the price they quoted was $1K off MSRP on a 2018 model when it s January of 2019. They were insulting our intelligence. Me and my husband laughed in their faces but proceeded to entertain the convo.

I told them I received an email from them for a much lesser price and they said it was for that specific stock number only. What a waste of time! It legals but it was a scam, essentially. I already bought one in November for 20% off MSRP for my family but came in because I saw the ad. I entertained the sales manager aka crook who talked down on us for a good 5 minutes then we got up and left. Next day bought a Rav4 from Expressway Toyota who not only matched the email but beat it by a few hundred bucks.

I will never do business with Boch even if it was 30% below MSRP. Treat people with respect and do honest business if you want to survive. If you are buying a Toyota do your research and go to Expressway.

I have just picked up my beautiful new car at Boch...

I have just picked up my beautiful new car at Boch Toyota in Norwood, MA.

This was made possible, in large part, due to the wonderful assistance provided by
Mark Gilson, BDC Team Leader, at Boch, Norwood.

Initially, I contacted the dealership requesting pricing on a car. Soon, Mark followed up my inquiry by telephoning to ask if all of my questions had been answered and arranged a time for me to come to the showroom to see the car.

I expressed my concerns about the whole
"car buying" process and Mark reassured me that he had noted my concerns and that I had nothing to worry about at the Boch dealership.

After visiting the showroom I couldn't decide on which car I wanted and contacted Mark asking for additional pricing on 3 different cars. I clarified that I wanted the best possible price, in order to go forward with the purchase. Within a matter of minutes Mark sent me price quotes on the 3 additional cars, which I felt were competitively discounted, fairly priced and reasonable.

Mark's attentiveness to my concerns and assistance in arriving at an acceptable price, helped to make my new car purchase a reality.

I took my car for an oil change there after it was done as I was driving home the oil light went on again I brought it back to a different technician he checked it and said they did not put oil in your engine....

Everything was good no complaints besides the fact I got charged 20.00 for them to replace 2 screws into my splash guard. The screws that were used were the screws that I purchased from Toyota myself to put in. I really didn t want to argue over the 20 bucks but I did feel some type of way after I left and realized I paid 20 bucks for that.

I went to Boch Toyota 2 weeks ago and was going to purchase a 2004 used Toyota Camry for my daughter and the price was $4,995.00. The sales person came back with a sheet of paper and padded the price to $7,000.00 adding docking and prepping fees.

The sleazy sales manager came over and said it is a standard charge at all dealerships. He was willing to take off the $1,000.00 prepping fee and I walked out. BUYER BEWARE...I went to a different dealership and purchased a different vehicle. The dealership I bought from said Boch Toyota used old school sales techniques and it was BS..... Don't fall for padded prices. Very old school and sleazy...

BTW, they are all individually owned and operated. Boch owns the lots they rent from.

The service team at Boch Toyota are absolutely fantastic!!!!! So I had procrastinated in getting an oil change and inspection sticker for my vehicle for over a month and decided to give Boch a call at 4:00 pm, the day before the 4th of July! I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within the next hour! Kevin, Thank you and your team for the everything... made my life easier for the 4th of July!!!

Watch for who you have to help you to buy the car some of them are more interested in giving headache them help, make sure you double check everything , we went tru nightmare with "..." until Monike came in and gave us great help without hiding anything or putting extra pressure on things with didnt want, at the end we got the car we wanted for the price we was looking for... Thanks Monike would give you 11 Star but unfortunately your co-worker messed it up , and this is a company review

My visit was for a state inspection sticker. the only service that i requested other than that was to readjust my cabin air filter. I had replaced the filter the previous day myself but there was an annoying vibrating noise when i turned the heater up. that request was not performed, otherwise the customer service was excellent.

Called on a busy Sat morning...had an appointment set on the spot and a couple hours later left with an exceptional lease deal. Monica Silva was terrific to work with and her team made the process pretty seamless. I'm a big EB jr. fan and was glad to be able to come on down! Even the follow up to make sure I was satisfied ... These folks seem to care about the customer.

One major GRIPE: I noticed Boch charged me $17.00 non- cash transaction fee for using my credit card... AND they did not tell me in advance. I noticed my charge receipt once I got home. This is despicable! Especially while other merchants are asking us to not use cash. I think I will call VISA and see if I can get a refund. SHAME ON YOU BOCH TOYOTA. This absolutely no reflection on Angel my excellent service advisor.
