I recently turned in my first leased vehicle in June 2017. I thought the process was going to be ugly but I was wrong. I saw an amazing lease offer ad for a 2017 Corolla and got exactly what was advertised with the help of Rick. The lease to lease transition was great for me. I walked in with my old car and walked out with a new car the SAME DAY. Alot of people talk down leasing but so far so good! I would recommend.

He was also completely helpful in making sure we understood every aspect of the car. We purchased a brand new 2017 Toyota Camry and we love it and plan to keep it for many years.

We had purchased a certified pre-owned and was asked if we wanted to install a remote starter, and of course we said yes. Not knowing that it was an after market starter, it does not work at all! We had taken the vehicle in to a Toyota dealership close to home (we live in about an one and a half hours away from boch). To find out that we DIDNT even need the after market piece!!! The remote started was already there!! We ve been contacting them multiple times on multiple occasions and have NOT received not one phone call back!! We re extremely upset and feel like they just wanted to make money off of us! Plus we asked them to check the alignment on our vehicle and they claimed it was in good condition, but while they were checking the starter they also found that our alignment was deemed unsafe!! Had I known all of this prior to purchasing the vehicle, we would ve never came here!!

Car buying or leasing is always time consuming and sometimes stressful. But I must say it was much easier and pleasant this time. The Boch Toyota staff was very understanding of my situation and there was no hassling when reaching on a mutually agreeable purchase price. My salesperson, Amer, was excellent. He's a very good communicator, I felt no pressure, and he only wanted to make sure everything was good. This was a nice car purchase experience.

be aware this dealership will try its best to trick you. That's why their rating is below other Toyota dealers around this area. I had a written internet offer for a new RAV4 with a price acceptable to me so I took the morning off from work and drove to the dealership to finish paper work. The drama started when I took out my check book to pay for the car. they said I had to finance through them to get that price, but there's no such string attached to the written offer. I asked the manager where's that requirement in the agreement and he couldn't find either but pointed to some very general disclaimer in every communication and blame me didn't read it carefully. The manager was also very rude, but I forgot to jot down the name. Fortunately I realized they were not trustworthy and left immediately to cap my loss, only wasted 1.5 hrs there and half day of my work.

Great place to lease or purchase a vehicle, I got both highlanders from them in the past 3 years. Amer is a great person and very pleasant to deal with, he gets things done . The First time it took 30-45 minutes agree on the lease, the second time it took 15-20 minutes to agree on the purchase. However I was very clear with my self as far as what kind of a vehicle I wanted. Walking in and out of the dealership was like a breeze There was only one time going back and forth, with the manager, I made them realize that I was serious with them and I walked out with the best deal. Both times walking out of the dealership I felt very relieved , job was so well done, that I did't even feel that I walked out striking such a good deal

Amer Hajou is a stellar salesman. He's knowledgeable about the cars, knows the deals and incentives and is a huge pleasure to work with. He was extremely supportive throughout the process.

His manager, Kyle, is also great to work with. He was not pushy and was very reasonable and helped me get a great deal.

Boch Toyota is #1 for a reason, have one back several times over the years and will continue to go back.

Had an amazing experience buying my 2015 RAV4. John Goncalves was quick and got me a great deal on the vehicle. I would recommend Boch Toyota and its staff to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. It was so busy yet I felt like I was the only customer there as john attended to my needs and got me the vehicle I wanted. Please if you want a Toyota there is no other place to go than Boch Toyota. -Got a hundred emails to turn lease in early and receive a $500 discount for doing so, come in 3 months early to find, nope "thats included in the new lease deal that discount doesnt exist"
-Told could get graduate discount just submit transcript, did it then got hounded for 3 weeks looking for a diploma that wouldnt be issued for another month which was stated to toyota up front
-Didnt honor phone agreement to terminate last two lease payments in exchange to start a new lease and was told nothing could be done once arrived at dealer
-Demanded to speak to someone to reimburse already paid payment of turned in car that was not in my possession, got a check cut, but already disgusted with how many lies, promises and disconnect between everyone involved.

Never again.

My wife and I just purchased a Toyota Siena Minivan last night and it was a great experience. Martin the salesman was terrific, and our financial guy (cant remember his name but I believe he was from Haiti) was also a great guy and made the experience seamless. We were in and out in less than 3 hrs including trade-in, financing, everything. Will definitely be back soon for a new care for me. Thanks everyone!

Boch Toyota provided the worst customer service I ...

Boch Toyota provided the worst customer service I have ever experience. I used the car buying services through USAA (which is an amazing company). When Boch contacted my fiance and I with a possible vehicle, we informed them that the purchase would be made through a Power of Attorney, as I am active duty military stationed overseas.

Boch Toyota became very combative once they discovered that we would not be fianancing through Toyota.

Additonally, they charged my credit card for $1000 for a deposit on the vehicle. After my fiance, with the Power of Attorney, signed all of the documents and my credit card had been charged, Boch decided that they no longer wanted to honor our deal. They said that my credit card will be refunded, but it still has not been. Additionally, my fiance lost two days of work and I had my credit run all on because this dealer had everything they requested.

Long story short, because of Boch, my credit has been run, my fiance has lost 2 days of work, and my credit card has been run. They dealer had signed all of the documents. The deal was finalized and the downpayment had been made. Boch decided that they wouldn't accept a POA on "policy" that they could not produce, after the received their deposit money.

DON'T GO HERE.

Wow thats a lot of 1 star reviews in the last few months. Something sour is happening down at Toyota. I gave Toyota a second chance and there customer service is some of the worst ive seen in a long time with any business. I spoke to 6 different people, had to leave 4 different voicemails because no one picked up and no one called me back in 4 days. They couldnt of cared less. For the second time. I recommend going elsewhere

I purchased a used Kia Niro from Boch Toyota in September 2019. I would not recommend dealing with them for any used car purchases, especially for cars which are not Toyotas. The worst things about my experience were the lack of communication and organization at this dealership.

I found the car online and it was a great price for a good used car, which is the reason why I didn't give one star. When I showed up to check out the car, it wasn't cleaned or processed in any way, but I was able to see it and test drive it. I came back the next day (Saturday) to do the official purchase of the car and was promised that the car would be ready on Monday, since it needed to be cleaned and inspected.

The first problem here is that the sales people who work on the weekends do not necessarily work most of the days during the week and also do not communicate with other sales people, so there is no one to talk to about my car for days at a time, short of calling the sales people I dealt with on their cell phones at home. One time that I called the main desk I was told that there was no record of my purchase at all, and no one was able to help me.

I was finally able to get in touch on Wednesday with the sales person (Pedro) and he sent an email to me (which was devoid of complete sentences and punctuation) telling me that he would be able to deliver my car on Thursday morning at 9AM to the NH town hall where I needed to register my car. This poorly worded email led me to take time off of work that morning, but 9AM rolls around and I am trying to contact Pedro, who tells me that in the email, he meant that he would be leaving at 9AM from Norwood, MA, so he'd actually be delivering the car around 11:30AM. Time keeps ticking by and I eventually get a text from Pedro, saying that his manager would be calling me. The manager calls to tell me that I wouldn't be getting my car because even though he told me they had the title, they actually didn't and wouldn't be receiving it for about a week. I was extremely disappointed, especially since I was expecting my car that day and had taken time off of work.

I continued to reach out to the dealer to see whether they had received the title, and they didn't receive it until Friday afternoon of the following week. I arranged to pick up the car on the following Monday at the NH town hall. Aside from Pedro showing up an hour early, causing me to have to leave work in a hurry, that meeting went smoothly.

There were two weeks between the purchase that I made and my ability to pick up the car, and these weeks were full of frustrating communications and zero apologies from Pedro regarding his poor communication and disorganization. Despite this long period that they had the car, Boch did not even bother to perform service for the several recalls which were listed for my car, including two safety recalls. The manager did offer to send a check for the first payment of my car loan, which I appreciated, though when Pedro delivered the car he had no knowledge of this agreement and I had to contact the manager again to actually receive this check.

If you want to have the sales person care at all about your purchase, you should only buy a new Toyota from this dealer, as Pedro attempted to get me to do several times. Clearly, my purchase wasn't a priority and this dealer was too busy to communicate with me. Go somewhere else!

The vehicle I looked had 1000 miles in addition to the posted number. Manager personal items were in the vehicle. Guess who admitted to using it as his personal vehicle.
Wheel damage was significant and not disclosed.

Two weeks after warranty service I noticed that minor damage was done to my vehicle while the service was preformed (front axle grease caps were removed with a hammer!) After I brought this to the service manager's attention, I was informed that because this was warranty service, Boch will not accept responsibility for any damage that happened while the vehicle was in their posession. Go elsewhere!!

Simple carbuying experience. Theresa Awad was a very knowledgeable and engaged salesperson. The self proclaimed "most honest sales person" offered no evidence that would contradict that title. I highly recommend asking for Theresa when you visit the dealership.
The finance dept made things very easy and went above and beyond to get me the best interest rate. Overall great experience, Ive bought plenty of vehicles from Boch, and will likely continue to do so. Vehicle purchased was a 2016 Camry.

Shady and honestly terrifying dealership to go to if you don't know what you are doing.
I wanted to buy my lease so I went here and I talked to a salesmen. The guy proceeds to tell me if I buy my lease I need to leave the vehicle at their dealership from anywhere to 1-4 weeks so the RMV can "finish registration with them." Oh, but for a flat fee of $600 I can get a rental to use while my newly bought car sits there?
Did he really think I'd just believe what he was saying and not double check the unusual things he was telling me? At first, he told me the reason they need to possess your car after buying was because it was a "new law" in New England. Later, when I called back and questioned him on it, he said it was just a "Toyota" thing and couldn't provide any written information about this new process.
Also, he told me if I I buy the lease, I need a full inspection done and that cost is $220! I later find out from people experienced with Toyota, that there is no "law" that says that I have to leave my newly purchased vehicle at the dealer from 1-4 weeks. And I was told the inspections are mandatory and free of charge, not $220.
I just can't believe what this guy could have put me through all because I simply liked my Toyota and wanted to buy my lease - but obviously this guy didn't want to waste his time with me UNLESS he could swindle me out of about an extra $1000 dollars.
Careful, they may create fake fees and charges to get more money from you. But, I just recommend not going here - it's much easier.

I Made an appointment to look at a specific car that I was told it was still available this morning. I confirmed the appointment and told them I was leaving work early to drive an hour and 45 minutes away to walk in and get told there was a couple next to us just got done test driving it and about to buy it. I walked in and my name was on the screen with the exact car we were going to look at. The sales man then told us they ve been here for 2 hours looking at it, to which I replied well you knew we were coming from a distance you could have called us to let us know and make the choice to put a deposit down. His response, well we didn t know we were going to sell the car but we might have another car for you. Well I didn t drive an hour and 45 minutes to look at another car.

Wasted so much of my time.
I went In to look at a car they told me they had at their Norwood dealership. After spending the obligatory 1/2 hour - 45 minutes with the sales person, giving them my info and him looking at my car for a trade, he went to get the car I was interested in.
He could not find it and asked if there was anything else I was interested in , but I specifically came in to look at that car. He went to look for it again, came back with no car, and then brought his manager over (by this time it was about an hour and a half later!) I was ready to leave when he was like wait wait! and he went and got his manager. His manager found the car, it was at their store in Attleboro. They told me they would have it shipped up to Norwood the next day (today) and I could come and look at it. GREAT!!
I waited all morning for a phone call, also tried to call the numbers they gave me but one was out of service and I left a voice mail on the other.
Tried again at noon and got the sales person on the line who told me he d call me back.
He Called me back15 minutes later to tell me they d sold the car.
Very annoying experience. Waste of time!

Very bad customer service.
I bought a car there with a policyholders. 4 month later I call the policy company to verify, they told me they didn t have any record of my policy. That s mean I got ripped off. I decided to cancel my policy.Someone name Paw and Ian Merrel who work at the financial give me hard time .they give me wrong informations. They didn t want to cancel my policy.
I will not recommend this place. After they get you in ,you are not important anymore.

The dealer is an hour from my house ive been up there several times and theu tell me theres nothing wrong with the car !! Save your money go to another dealer the staf is not helpful they will say whatever to sell the car but wont do anythibg they promised.

David Demosthene did a great job helping me with this car purchase. He went through what was important to me, showed me all the safety features and how they worked.

He was patient and not pushy which made me feel comfortable working with him. When I came to pick up the car he went through all the features again to make sure that when I left the parking lot I felt knowledgeable.

I had a great first impression as soon as I met Denny. He was super honest and kind and I felt like I could trust him. I was skeptical about whether I should get a Camry and he actually introduced me to the Rav 4. He thoroughly explained all of the benefits of each of the vehicles I was interested in and in the end I decided to go with the Rav 4 per his suggestion. I loveeeee it! He worked well with me and listened to my needs/concerns as far as what type of a vehicle I wanted to drive home with. When I told him I wish I could have some sour patch watermelon candies he got it for me! What a guy! I told two of my dental colleagues to reach out to Denny about potentially purchasing a Rav 4. He is the best!

The Salesman I dealt with at Boch Toyota was extremely unhelpful and did not communicate with me throughout the entire two week process. I leased a car on a Monday and they didn t have it until that saturday, while the salesman kept telling me it was going to be there tomorrow . Then in took another week for them to do my registration, to then tell me to come in on a Saturday for a sticker to have me sit there four 2 hours. The entire process was terrible, customer service was even worse.

Everything about the customer service at BOCH is awful. I had set an appointment online 3 days in advance for a specific car, drove an hour to BOCH and showed up 15mins early to said appointment, to an unprepared car salesman. The car wasnt pulled up, ready, or even at the dealership, but somewhere down the street at another dealership/presumably a rental place. Not satisfied with the (dirty) appearance of this car, we looked at one in another color after the test drive. Car #2 was also test driven, and considered a deal until the salesman told us it was already sold, but no one put a sold tag on it or parked it in the correct area for sold cars. Back to the drawing board, we found another of the same car. Car #3 was test driven, and after hours of filling out paperwork, (5 hours in total) at the last second, after putting a 5k down payment on car #3, we were told that if not financing the remainder of the car/the car loan through BOCH, we were unable to take the car #3 if we couldn't pay for it in full, same day. After many attempts to negotiate that given we live an hour away, we could come back in the morning of the following day with a bank check for the remaining amount of the car, to be financed through our bank. Our restless attempts were shot down and we ended up leaving and voiding the entire transaction and paperwork. Everyone there was clueless, inconsistent with information given, and horrible with communication. The finance manager specifically was atrocious and completely unprofessional. 100% would NOT recommend this dealership. Take your time and money elsewhere. One star does them justice.

Unpleasant customer service and they give potential buyers misleading and conflicting information. Before I decided to buy a car from Boch, I asked their car salesmen how many times will they run my credit, he told me once. They wanted my deposit before they ran my credit but I denied them. So they ran my credit firstly. They came back a few minutes later and said everything was good. Therefore, I gave them the deposit and waited to finalize the deal. Unfortunately, after they received my deposit they told me that they had to run my credit multiple times to get me the best interest rate. I had a check and was approved by my credit union with a good rate. I didn't want my credit ran multiple times. Them running my credit multiple times conflicted with what I agreed to, so I canceled the transaction. I was told that I would receive my deposit by that following Monday to no avail. It has been over two weeks, and I have not received my deposit to this day. I continue to receive unpleasant customer service as I attempt to get my refund. They really need to look into my report because this is not pleasant customer service.

They sent me a letter offering to pay me $5432 for my 2006 Toyota Sienna. And the option to upgrade to a newer sienna for less $$ that I have. When I went there there, the offered $2900 for my sienna and tried to push me to buy a $12380 sienna. The manager was a jerk.

Absolutely horrible experience. I actually bought my last vehicle from this dealership in 2003 and my wife visited there yesterday after we agreed on a price for a new car. We were ready to go with checkbook in-hand and an agreed price after the test drive. Then the Salesman insisted that we needed to pay the full price NOW or there was no deal. The only way to do this was to go thru their finance department. We offered to write a large check/deposit and then take the contract to our credit union to obtain a check for the full amount. I let them know by phone that I could have the check delivered in 6 hours as long as they could fax over the contract.
When the salesman said that they couldn't hold the car under those circumstances, I advised my wife to walk out. After that came the disturbing part (and the reason for my post). The "manager" dressed in a suit was brought in to the conversation. After discussing, he looked my wife up/down and stated that he didn't believe that she could afford the vehicle. She could not believe the disrespect. The affordability is actually no issue and we could have easily shown that. The tactic to attempt pushing through the dealer finance department and overall arrogance were unbelievable. I can't imagine a dealership that could be any worse and would advise going ANYWHERE ELSE besides Boch. I'd rather pay a lot of extra $$ than to support this type of dealer. Significant training is in order for Boch managers and sales people. Absolutely horrible.

I had a great experience dealing with Boch Toyota in Norwood. I shopped around quotes from a bunch of dealerships in MA, but Boch gave me the best price out of the bunch right from the start. Out of the dealerships I went to, I felt that Boch wanted my business the most, not only based on the price but also the level of attention I recieved. Right from the minute I walked in the door, there was someone to help answer my questions and Ben in sales was very helpful.

Ben Potter had helped a friend of mine purchase his first car and came highly recommended. I'm glad I went to him. He was refreshingly straightforward and helped me get an amazing deal on my new car. He made the whole process quick and easy. If you go down there, make sure you ask for Ben.

It might sound corny but I love this guy Joe Baribeault above and beyond always making sure I am taken care of this is the third car I have purchased from him And will continue to buy from him as long as he is there because of this guy and will continue to buy from him. Went in to get an oil change and bought my 5th car at Boch. Took about 2 1/2 hours to complete the deal. Barry was great. I made an offer, they made a counter offer. I made my final offer and they accepted it. I drove my new car home that day. I love my new 2020 Corolla Hybrid.

terrible experience! Purchased a used car here and was very disappointed in how I was treated by Manny(finance dept) pacing back and forth rushing me to sign papers, kept saying to hurry up I have other customers. No pleases, no thank you s. No need!!! Eve(customer service), Wasn t helpful in an issue that was there mistake. John Remy(sales) rude told me he was done with me when I asked him a question. These guys are a very poor reflection on Toyota and there was no need to be treated like this. In fact, I feel as though my experience should be shared with Toyota headquarters. They should be made aware of the type of people and how they re that are selling their cars. Before we even bought the car one person would tell us one with and then someone would say something different. The day I drove the car home I had an issue starting the car because the dealership didn t program the keys. I had to have the vehicle tow an hour away to boch in Norwood. Next day dealership tell me the tow company didn t leave the key. They spent the morning looking for it. Wasn t in the lock box where it should have been. So I had to drive my second set of keys an hour away again to start the car up. When I got there I looked in the lock box and their was no key. When I left to go and check again in the car Eve said he found it in the lockbox, after 3 people had already checked. Sounds a little shady to me!!!!! Then we waited 2 hours at least for them to program the keys, a service that usually takes 45 minutes. No apology for this huge inconvenience. We were told the car was inspected,cleaned for pick in Saturday. I don t know who inspected but they failed to check the keys. I wasted my whole weekend! And they had the nerve to tell me that if I couldn t find the key I would have to pay!! I ll NEVER do business here again and in fact it s giving me a bad taste for Toyota.

This place is the best, i bought 5 vehicles from here over the last 8 years and they have the lowest prices in this area , very open about what they are doing and will work with you till the end this Is a big volume dealer witch is good for the consumer, nothing but the up most respect for the whole establishment I will be a life long buyer for this location and this location only I drive a hour to them and it's worth it

Their only focus was on getting my money. After I stated I was buying my car off the lease, the salesman almost immediately left and made me wait over three hours total before coming back to finish the pre-financing paperwork. They refused to do their job of contacting my insurance agent, I had to contact them myself. In general Boch Toyota is one of the worst.

I tried to buy a car there. And when I went to see the car I was well attended. When they called me I made an offer below the price, since they left the negotiation open because they talked about lowering 500 dollars from the advertised value. They didn't call me saying they wouldn't accept it, so far so good ... More today when I called to make a bigger offer, than my previous one, the attendant was extremely rude to me saying that there is no negotiation and that is the best price. So it wasn't the car for me. I was extremely disappointed, the way she answered me.they don't need to accept my offer, but they can treat us with respect. She should never said "The car is not for you" for anyone.

Thank you to Samantha for the outstanding service she provided me when I stopped by Monday. I had a small emergency with the weather stripping on my 19 Sienna driver window. Samantha brought my vehicle right in and had it replaced within 45 minutes. This young lady gets it!!! A+ Samantha. Thank you for helping me out. I don't write a ton of reviews, however they deserve this. THANK YOU for the exceptional service. We drove a little bit out of our way to go here and I am glad we did. We just had to do some warranty work, but the process was as simple as had off my keys, then when it was done, come back, sign and pick up my keys. I spend more time pumping gas than this whole interaction. Once more, they knew who I was, when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up. As for the workmanship... I don't know its an airbag recall... so If it doesn't go off when it needs to, I will update the review. Thanks again!!!

I went in for a simple fix on my remote starter. I have been thinking of leasing for a few months now and haven't had the time to do a test drive.
Sean Devlin gave me a 2016 Rav4, my other one was a 2010, and told me to run my errands and come back in a few hours. I loved that I could do a test drive without feeling pressure. I took the new Rav4 all around my neighborhood and realized that the improvements were awesome over the older model I had. Sean worked with me to make sure I could afford and feel comfortable leasing this new Rav4. Everyone I worked with at Boch was great. This is my 3rd new and one was 2 yrs old car that I bought from Boch. I find their service dept to be top notch and always go there even for an oil change. For me Boch is the only way to go.
