My sales agent Raouf was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about every car that I was interested in and went above and beyond to assist me. It felt like I was sitting with a friend who had my best interest at heart and not just a sales agent. I will definitely be back in 3 years to lease another car from Boch and would like the same sales agent, he is absolutely the best. 5 stars for Raouf.

Very satisfied for the deal we got. we went to another Toyota dealer and they didn't even honor the price from its own website.(just one car that had the price and it was sold out) So we went to boch which is a little bit far from home. They did have the cars and did honor the price they put in the ad. Large inventory so I had the option to pick the color I want. So nice!

We came in a few months ago during our search process and had a great conversation with Eric Yngve. While there are many dealers closer to home, we knew we wanted to buy from Boch. We got a good price on-line and the rest of the process was seamless. Got a good price for a trade-in and got the monthly payment we wanted for the 2021 Highlander. Overall a great car-buying experience.

Worst dealer ever. Call about seeing a truck and make an appointment. Next day I get a reminder for said appointment before I drive 45 min to see the truck. Sit there for a half hour for the truck. Only to find out it's been sold already. No care from them. Sad and unsat

They were helpful in answering all of my questions, upheld a friendly yet professional demeanor, and most importantly they found me the right car at the right price! Don't waste your time at other Toyota Dealers... Boch will have the best deal (in my case I saved $40 a month for the same exact car just by choosing to go to Boch)!

Beware .Last month I bought from this dealership. On that day my other car was hit by an associate in their premises..Manager came to the spot ,requested not to call cop or insurance and promised to repair my car in next few days from the boch body shop..It was my bad that I trusted these wrong people..Even after 4 weeks nothing has been done .Now these people are simply denying the fact..I simply feel harassed and cheated..This is how they treat their own customers..Once you put money they will simply forget about you.Company earns reputation on trust .Who knows you may end up end with bad car by being outsmarted by these cunning people.
I will never recommend this dealer to anyone,n

My service experience was tremendous. Every step was made easy always accommodating my particular needs and issues. Endly Dorvil is a superstar he has an awesome sense of humor, very flexible, extremely knowledgeable about the process and the vehicles, and always willing to go the extra mile to be sure I am happy. He is an exemplary representative of Boch Toyota.

This is now my third car experience at Toyota with no reason to go elsewhere in the future!

I had a very positive experience at Boch. Honestly going to a car dealer is always stressful and if you don t know what you are getting yourself into it can be overwhelming. I had a pleasure of working with Joseph. He was friendly and helpful. Made the process simple and I never felt like he was not genuine with me like most sales people are. We talked about things, signed paper work. I walked into the finance office, finished signing everything (no pressure or selling on the back end) and walked out. I was positively surprised because I did not expect such an excellent service and no BS. My suggestion tho is get the negotiation out of the way before coming in to buy a car, know your price out the door this way there are no surprises. Anyway thank you Boch, I will be back and will recommend especially Joseph to friends and family.

Boch Toyota of Norwood has the best sales personnel as well as the best easy flowing layout to purchase or lease a vehicle. Sami Hatoum (Finance Manager) was able to finance my vehicle quickly with no hassles and worked very dilegently to make sure I got the best vehicle price and best rate for my auto loan. Raouf Maseha (Sales & Leasing Consultant) made the process of finding my exact vehicle easy. Raouf was extremely knowledgable about all the features of my vehicle and made sure I got all my options for my vehicle without any hassles or being stressed out. Raouf was extremely professional, easy going, knowledgeable, and persistent to make sure you got everything you needed in a timely fashion. I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied to buy my vehicle at Boch Toyota from Raouf Maseha and Sami Hatoum. My family and friends will be coming here to buy more vehicles without question!!!!!

Just brought my 2018 Toyota in for service , four wheel drive smell like melting and burning wires, four wheel drive light and collision light flashing (while not in four wheel)transmission seems to hesitate in shifting to third, tonneau cover (factory ) leaking , FM radio all static..took mileage when dropped off..Took photo of mileage before and after. Also said they check my transmission fluid full and clean (you cannot it dosnt have dip stick). NOT ON MILE PUT ON VEHICLE AND NO PROBLEM FOUND WITH ALL ISSUES. Never took on a road test... What a waist of time...Never again... Seriously I left there with the four wheel drive light flashing and collision .. Off to Toyota in Braintree for service...

I had a mostly positive experience at Boch Honda. It was my first time doing business with them. I was offered a fair internet price for the 4Runner I had been shopping for - lower than all other local dealerships. I was offered a great price for my trade-in which was $500 above the price I felt I could get. My sales associate was very helpful and straight to the point - no wasted time, besides the usual waiting in between each step. I went on my way to get a cashier s check for the negotiated price and just as the teller was typing in to info, I received a call from my sales associate and I thought, here we go..... . Sure enough, he said the people who looked at the value of my trade in didn t report to the manager hat it was a stick shift so the trade in price that I was quoted was now not accurate. So, back to the dealership I went and the associate quoted me a price that was $1800 lower than the initial quote. I was furious - I had their quote in writing, though nothing signed, but printed out in a detailed breakdown of prices and fees with total due listed. I asked to see he sales manager. He came over and insisted that a standard transmission would not sell well as many people don t know how to drive them. I told him of 2 other quotes from dealers that were close to the original quote I was given from Boch. He said he could not reach that number because of the low internet price of the car. I haggled and he stood his ground. So, I took my keys and stood up to leave. He said think it over so I called family who advised me to stick to my guns and try to get trade in higher. Manager came back with a price $200 higher and said to take it or leave it. I reluctantly took it, as the idea of selling my car privately was not very appealing in our busy household. Fuming mad that they would not honor their initial quote. Really underhanded and low - I feel taken advantage of and really resent it. I will be reluctant to do business with them again.

Denny Hoatson was one of the most professional and knowledgeable individuals I have ever worked with. We were looking to lease a Jeep until we met Mr. Hoatson at Boch Toyota and we decided to lease a Tacoma. The process was extremely pleasant and we have Mr. Hoatson to thank. Wasted my time after agreeing to a monthly payment on a lease they say it's going to be higher due to credit ok no problem we agree to the higher term go into finance buy resistall and remote start for $700 and change for both of them get home look over paperwork and they are charging us over $1800 for remote start and resistall call to cancel drive 45 minutes to resign paperwork and the payment stays the same they charged more for the payment finance charge...they say nothing they can do...go to to Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree and they have me original payment boch offered me before they said I didn't qualify for for it!

Awful experience to make an appointment arrive on time and no vehicle there!
I texted with Emily Dugan to be sure SUV was not sold and confirm appointment and notify I was leaving CT.
Unfortunately the drive was 70 miles for me and family member and to be told a strange story why SUV was not on site- disgusting why to do busy and treat potential customer. Honestly they did give me a fill up of gas before leaving.

I went to Boch Toyota because of their reputation for having what your looking for at the right price and I was not disappointed. The salesman Hue Louidor was patient and helpful. The process was easy and my trade-in was right int he ball park of what I had hoped it to be. The finance director took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. He also found the right financing that made the deal quite acceptable to my finances. All in all it was a great experience.

Went in to Toyota to lease a Toyota Highlander with specific color and specs and set price. Left there twice before due to poor customer and false advertisement. Received another text on new promotion and after several back and forth text it end up being typos and we come up again with a decent quote to later find out again they they misquoted. Don t fall for these false ads. Have walked into Boch three times with ads and literally signed documents to buy car and after 4 mgrs the ads were false, their inventory was wrong and all Staff was being retrained .i think Boch should invest better training on mgrs instead of sales people. I can t believe Boch would lose a sale of 42k vehicle over $500. The manager couldn t even follow all the hidden fees that went from $650 advertised to $1900.

I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota 4Runner Limited...

I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota 4Runner Limited from Boch Toyota. The vehicle was in excellent shape and the purchase experience was average as far as buying a used car goes. The negative portion came when I brought the vehicle in for service approximately two weeks later.

In addition to making an appointment to purchase a new keyless FOB for the vehicle (it only came with one; a new one is just shy of $500) one of the front speakers did not sound quite right and we wanted to have it checked as well [unfortunately, during the test drive we didn't really listen to the radio, rather, we chatted with the salesman about the features of the car]. After the initial diagnostic visit, the technician informed us that the speaker was blown and they would order the a replacement (the vehicle is still under factory warranty). When my wife brought the vehicle back for service, the service manager informed her that they will not replace the speaker, and never actually ordered one since he felt the issue was transient in nature. This came as quite a shock as the original technician clearly stated that they replicated the problem and would order a replacement during the initial diagnostic evaluation [the speaker issue is quite audible under normal conditions and not transient as described by the service manager]. They did however, order the $500 keyfob along with one other small item. After a bit of a discussion, the service manager acquiesced and agreed to replace the speaker just this one time (I wasn't there so I do not know everything that was said between the service manager and my wife, although I am reasonably certain that she spoke her mind)... The speaker replacement was scheduled for approximately two weeks later. My wife brought the truck back for the speaker replacement, and guess what, after she left, the sound quality coming from that speaker was no different and seemed as if nothing actually changed. Although I cannot unambiguously determine that the speaker was not actually replaced, all signs point to poor quality work or something more nefarious.

I would not recommend them for sales or service and I honestly have no plans on going back or pursuing the issue with them any further based on the previous experience. I instead will pursue getting the issue resolved somewhere else. In retrospect, I probably should have checked the reviews on yelp before taking my business there. I hope my experience was an isolated event; however, based on some of the other reviews it likely wasn't...

I needed a warranty issue fixed (matched the exact thing from the warranty letter) no it's fine but give us 2k to fix other issues. No? Ok we're going to charge you for diagnosing.
But we really wanna buy your car and if you agree to trade it in well then you won't have the service bill.

My experience in buying a vehicle from Boch Toyota was a pleasant one. I feel the price was extremely fair and all of the associates who worked with me were straightforward in answering all of my questions as quickly as possible. Jerome Jackson, the salesman who assisted us, was particularly personable and helpful. He was responsive to multiple calls in setting up an out-of-state delivery, always polite both on the phone and in person, and really went the extra mile in ensuring that our purchase was carried off without a hitch. I was particularly impressed by his willingness to meet us almost 2 hours away at our local NH town-hall at the time that was most convenient for us. Though Jerome was already making multiple deliveries on Tuesday, when he learned our town-hall was only open M, W, Fri, he took the news in stride and immediately readjusted plans to insure delivery at the earliest most convenient time. I would definitely purchase a car from Boch again and feel that Jerome Jackson s excellent service played a large role in making sure our new car purchase was a great one. Thank you!

Boch Toyota was anything but awesome!!! I scheduled an appointment to do a safety recall of the airbags. I was told this would take around 3 hours. I also had a few other things like an oil change and an inspection sticker. The service Rep. also indicated I needed some other small maintenance items (around $300 worth) so, because I was already there, I approved the additional work. 3+ hours later I was informed that Boch did not have the part to do the safety recall. I would have to come back for another long wait. They will call me when the part is in. Nearly 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for this call.
I believe Boch only scheduled this recall to have an opportunity to 'up sell" me for items I probably did not need.
I do not recommend Boch . Be Careful!

Wow! Can I say WOW! Customer service and the service department at Boch Toyota by far is superior to any other service department I have ever been to in my entire life. It's clean and they run a tight ship. They told me it would take an hour and it only took 55 minutes. How's that for being spot on the money. I always go to the service department where I buy my cars cuz it's just easier and turn-key. Boch Toyota gave me the best deal on my 2017 Toyota Camry, much cheaper than Herb Chambers and all the other Toyota dealerships. I will buy another one if this Camry ever dies. probably not as my last one had 280K miles! Imagine that! Awesome!

I had bad experience with Boch Toyota Norwood on October 2015 when I bought brand new 2015 Toyota Yaris LE. They told me the car is perfect condition after the runs the test. I don't trusted them so I brought my car to the other Toyota dealership to check found out had some issue with the brake and wheel rotations. I have both papers work from both of them, telling different conditions. Don't feel safe driving from beginning finally I sold the car to another dealership on September 2016. Now I have issue to get my refund back for my extended warranty. Went to Boch Toyota signed the cancellations form. And I sent email to Cost Guard ad spoke with them. From Cost Guard behalf the cancellations already proof. Its had been a couple months.Its illegal to hold the refund belong to me or my lien holder Toyota Financial Service.Only GOD can help me. Need miracle to get my refund back. I am so frustrated with this issue. Please I ask Boch Toyota Norwood as good human being to hear my frustrated and help me to process my refund.

The maintenance very very bad, service adviser will charge any penny they can. even they did nothing for you, but they will say "well, we did diagnostic for the car". as my past experience, they just replace any parts they can, then charge huge labor cast. also they always forgot to put everything back. also be careful the tire rotation, last time, they did not do, but they charged. Good thing, my one tire is special, i noticed when they gave me the car.

I had such a positive experience here. My salesperson, Rick, was professional, humorous, and very understanding to what I wanted. This was my very first solo car purchase and I wasn't completely sure what to expect. He was very informative and did not make me feel pressured in the slightest. At the end of it all, I ended up with the car I wanted most, Rav4 XSE, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I will be back for future car purchases, and I highly recommend Boch Toyota. Positive experience with all involved in this sale. Great job, Rick (sales) and Monike (finance)!

I had an appointment yesterday to meet with someone regarding a lease on a Rav4 and had an absolutely horrible experience. Not only did I arrive to find out they no longer had what I was looking for but I was treated like garbage. One of the managers, Ed Brown got involved almost immediately and gave me the speech "we will do all we can to make something work for you", "we are the biggest dealer in New England and no one will give you a deal like we can", BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. Well, after 2 hours of wasting my time Ed came to his own conclusion that I couldn't afford what he was offering me and stopped working with me. He literally said "Well, unfortunately we aren't going to be able to work something out for you. These payments would be over $300 a month so there is nothing we can do." Did he ask me if I could pay that? no. Did he give me the opportunity to think it over? No. He just wrote me off and walked away. I was actually left sitting by myself at the desk wondering what was going to happen next.
Customer Service is clearly not a priority at Boch Toyota so if you are looking to be treated like garbage while buying/leasing a new vehicle then Come on Down!

Normally, when you deal with contracts, the rule is "get it in writing." At Boch Toyota, that doesn't help.

tl;dr version
Everyone lied to me, jerked me around, and wasted my time. Price was low enough that I put up with it, but otherwise, no reason to ever go back.

I used TrueCar and got a great price on the 2014 Rav4. I contacted their internet sales department and told them I was going to use their TrueCar price, plus a new graduate program. He told me I could apply both credits, saving $1,250 off the price. Turns out, the $500 credit can't be combined. Even through I had the emails to show what I was promised, the combination wasn't honored and the price jumped $500 at the last minute.

My salesperson had very little knowledge of the vehicle, to the point of not knowing what headlights it had, what options were included, and what the buttons on the dashboard did. He took over an hour to find a car for a test drive, and SMOKED IN A CAR THAT WAS FOR SALE while finding a vehicle.

The finance department was even worse. The first person I spoke with told me that the extended warranty covered everything, even accidental damage and wear and tear. His direct quote, which he even wrote down on a pamphlet (which I sadly did not grab) was that "it covers everything but tires, brake pads, and windshield wipers. If you hit a pothole and it screws up the transmission, it's covered." So... none of that is true. When I talked to a manager, the finance guy lied to his (and my) face and said he never said it and that he emailed me about it. The emails were never sent.

I ended up buying the car because the price and financing rates were too good. Sadly, signing the last paperwork and waiting to pick up the vehicle took over 7 hours. I was stuck in their waiting room for that entire time. Even after all that time, they screwed up an put the wrong plates on the car. I needed to wait a week for them to get the right plates, even though I was assured that they would be ready the next business day.

Basically, if you care about the value of your time, if being lied to or misled upsets you, and if you don't already have an encyclopedic knowledge of the car and contract law, don't go to Boch Toyota. If cost is your only consideration, then Boch might be a good idea. It was for me, since that week they had a random sale with TrueCar which put the Rav4 at 10% (around $2000) less than any other dealer. If that isn't the case for you. find a car somewhere else.

Worst experience of my life, bad service, and the cars you can't even take home the same day. It takes two or more days for them to get the registrations ready and then you get the car. First dealership where you buy the car and can't even drive it off the lot. Would not recommend them at all.

I recently purchased a Prius V from Julien Vargas at Boch Toyota, and had a great experience with Julien. He was very easy to work with, answering all of my questions without putting pressure on me. We were able to have a conversation about whether the car would meet my needs, and the process of landing on a final price was very manageable. Most importantly, as a woman buying a car, I found Julien to be incredibly respectful. That has not been my experience in the past, so I want to particularly highlight this aspect of my experience with Julien. He was really terrific!

My wife and I recently leased two vehicles from Boch. I leased a Toyota Tacoma and my wife leased a RAV4. We absolutely love these vehicles. We both had the pleasure of working with Jason Aufiero and John Goncalves. Both these guys were great and very personable. They were both very knowledgable on the vehicles and what would best suit our budget. My wife and I are coming out of two bad experiences with another Company ( Kia). We were both upside down on these vehicles so Jay and John worked relentlessly to help us not only get out of these vehicles but get the best financial deal we could get to recoup our previous losses. They both did a great job and worked non stop and I am beyond pleased and relieved to be in Toyota! Thank you Jay & John and All the stuff at Boch for all your help on making this happen. You have two new loyal customers for life!

I just went back to Boch for the second time in a year. And the service is spectacular. I traded in my 2015 Tacoma for the 2016 Tacoma. A special thank you to Jason Aufiero and Dave Mclean. These guys are both great and super helpful. They helped me get a great deal on my trade in! Jason helped me out last year as well. I love Toyota, it s a great compnay. I definitely will never go with another manufacturer. And due to the great service at BOCH, I will also NEVER go to another dealership!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the courtesies shown and the efficient way my purchase of two cars was handled by Amer Hajou (sales) and Mehman Abdul (office) within a span of few hours ... Given my experience of visiting a showroom to purchase a car, I wonder why car purchasing from a dealership has such a stigma attached to it .... Went to lease a SUV over labor day weekend. I the team by email and phone : M. Abdalla, by email, Sales Manager "Chuck" and spoke with John McCarthy for a refund of my deposit in a timely manner because I did not delivery of the SUV. The SUV was not registered, not altered, not insured, no amenities added or luxury items and I never drove the vehicle. I also called the insurance company not give an insurer binder to the company because I was apprehensive. After speaking with their team, I was informed that I was not going to receive my large deposit. John McCarthy, Senior Manager informed me that I was not going to receive my large deposit back and to get a lawyer. He is not nice. This is not how you treat a senior age demographic individual or any human being. Also, it was never disclosed to me at the time of my visit that I could not receive my deposit back. Buyers Beware! I am also notifying other social media accounts and attorney general. 9/7/0219

Stephanie, thank you for your response. I just want my deposit refunded to me.

They tried most of the tricks and just plain scams...

They tried most of the tricks and just plain scams. Trying to get you to sign a handwritten P&S and then slipping in $1,000 bogus charges and hoping you can't do math or notice a line item for "additional Options" on a car with no options.
They will purposely try to make you wait and all that BS, hoping you have nothing better to do. They will even ask you what you have planned later, hoping to make you late and sign something out of frustration.
They left the hood open on my car too.....
This is the kind of place where they will throw the keys to your trade on the roof.

Giving it 2 stars since place like Boch South are much worse even.

Purchased a vehicle about a year ago from them with an extended warranty. About 4 months later drove an hour back to cancel it after multiple failed attempts trying to reach someone on the phone. Waited an hour to talk to someone in the finance department. Finally signed paperwork and was told that it would be all set and it would be refunded retroactively to my lean holder. Well here we are months later no refund I'm assuming someone didn't want to lose commission on the warranty and never sent the paperwork out. Other than that it wasn't a terrible experience just like any other car dealership once you've purchased the vehicle they want nothing to do with you.

Problem was rectified after customer service reached out very happy to get that resolved. Thank you for your help.

Service was excellent. And agent went above and beyond to ensure comfort while waiting to pick up new car. Including finding me a place to nurse my baby. And getting my rental picked up to save me a step.

Steven Chang is a great guy. Helped me pick my car there, he spent hours trying to help me find a car that liked an could afford. Definitely a good place to buy your car. The whole staff cares about you, they take their time explaining you everything you need to know.

Walked in there yesterday at about 5:30pm, having already decided to buy a Toyota Rav 4 hybrid. Walked past the front desk and no one said a word to us. We looked around at the 2 Rav 4s on the floor, spent about 15 minutes or so doing that, walked past at least 20 employees in that time and no one said anything. Walked into the doorway of the business manager (near the white rav4) and asked if someone could help me. I was told go to the front desk they will help you. We walked to the front desk (now empty) and waited while at least 5 employees had a great conversation at the desk behind the front desk. No one asked can we help you, no one even acknowledged us. We then walked to the desk behind the front desk and asked if someone could help us, the response? We are closed, we turned walking towards the front door and and we hear from someone at the back desk can we schedule you for tomorrow? Hardest time I have ever had trying to spend 35,000 dollars in my like. My response to the question about scheduling something tomorrow? No I am all set. Thanks.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Looked at a truck for my daughter. They wanted a deposit as soon as possible to hold it. We put the deposit on my cc but decided to make a different decision the next day. Called their billing area TWICE to have the deposit reversed and still have not gotten it reversed. I now have to work with my credit card company to stop the payment. I would think BOCH has enough money to not need to hold mine!!!!
