If I could give Zero stars, I would. These folks are shady and use all the tactics that make purchasing a car from a dealership to be one of the most frustrating and exasperating experiences of your life. AVOID BOCH TOYOTA! During the pandemic, I did my research and got to know the market pretty well. I received quotes from multiple dealers, and even went back-and-forth with the folks at Boch Toyota multiple times. With each back-and-forth there were numerous mathematical inconsistencies and administrative errors -- a red flag! But I stuck with it and we finally agreed to a competitive purchase price. I thought it over for a few days and then they called to ask me how I'd like to proceed. So, I signed the purchase agreement and sent it over to them. They called me back and told me they wanted a $1000 credit card deposit, plus 3% transaction fee. I preferred to pay with check to avoid the fee, so they invited me in for an appointment -- thirty minutes from our call. I got there early and they sat me at a desk for 20 minutes before telling me that they sold the car 5 minutes before I arrived. What a waste of my time. I'm telling everyone I know to avoid Boch Toyota!

Bought a vehicle & had a bad experience. Was treated great & promised several things by sales rep. & sales manager prior to purchase. After signing paperwork to purchase vehicle they were very disrespectful & did not fulfill their promises. My suggestion is to get everything in writing. Would never purchase another vehicle from Boch Toyota in Norwood again.

What a change from the usual car buying experience...

What a change from the usual car buying experience. It was refreshing to be able to walk into a dealership and not be bombarded with old school sales tactics and false promises. Ryan Grossman was far and away the most professional, courteous, friendly salesman I have ever encountered at a car dealership. He made the experience a conversation and not a pitch, and went above and beyond, even delivering the car I purchased to me at my office between meetings. Outside of the excellent experience with Ryan, the price on the vehicle I purchased was thousands below similar vehicles at local dealerships. When you combine the excellent service, outstanding prices and experience, it's pretty clear that other dealerships can't match Boch Toyota. I highly recommend stopping by on your next used car hunt, and be sure to ask for Ryan if he is available.

Had a great experience buying my car at Boch Toyota. As a first time buyer I was lost where to shop. I knew I wanted a Toyota but had no clue about financing. I got in contact with salesman Mark Gilson over the phone and he made the experience an easy one. He was easy going and wasn't trying to jam a car down my throat the whole time. Very knowledgeable and respectable. I recommend getting in contact with Mark if your looking to purchase a Toyota.

Had a great experience here. Eddy Z helped me locate the vehicle I was looking for with our preferred color and options and I was relieved at how smooth the whole process was. I'm glad I had such a charismatic young man helping me out but what really impressed me was the way he made me feel as if he really cared about giving me the best deal and experience. Will definitely recommend.

My car has issues drained battery after 3 days of non use the car, came first visit to service they didn t find anything after diagnosed even I replaced brand new battery interstate one of the best batteries in USA
3 months ago took the car back home used every day no problem, leave the car 3 days not using it the battery died!! Call them again they said bring it over to recheck that what I did waited 3 hours and half came back to me with a problem something need to be changed in the steering wheel or suspension the car under warranty I have to leave it parts will come the second day not in stock I said k but my main problem is battery drain he said will leave the car over night to check it in the morning for battery drain, that s fine
Second day they called me after noon my car done they replaced the part and didn t find anything with the drain they told me if it happened bring it back !
After i use the car daily no problem so while I don t used the car for 3 or 4 days the battery keep draining and I have to jumpstart it I called and inform the service last week the service told bring it over to check the battery if have a bad cell (now they gonna check it for bad cell) the battery 3 month old I contact where I bought it and explained what s going on with no question ask they told me the battery eligible free replacement with 12 months they check the battery no problem with as gd costumer service they swap it with another brand new one Friday drove more Than 7 miles battery full of charge left it from Friday until Monday same problem battery drained again and my appointment on Thursday get the car yesterday there and left it with service told him what happened SECOND NEW BATTERY!!! From 10:45 until 2:30 the service writer came to me I Asked him I hope u guys find the issue! He said no problem with ur car no drainage!!! Look that excuse he said : base on the mileage u drove 17 miles from the last visit u not driving ur car enough to charge the battery !!! U have to put a charger on it my wife car we left it for 30 days when we went overseas and start in a second cars won t drain battery in 3or 4 weeks if u don t have a problem my car 3-4 days won t start until I jumpstart it ! Nice excuse (jence the service writer name ) I told him I will go home if the problem still the same I m gonna bring it back he s answering and I will tell you the same he open the door waiving with he s hand saying bye bye WOW I GOT CHOCKED!!! like he saying get the F out in a nice way SHAME ON U TOYOTA TO HIRE PEOPLE LIKE THAT !!! I left so upset and sad I couldn t sleep well thinking what happened and how he was rude with me , I brought my Toyota from there after a few months the rear bumper paint started to fade from a bad paint not mentioned in the car fax bad paint job I didn t say or complain about it i install remote starter buy extended warranty, tire and wheel Inssurace and interior cloth protection on the seat incase anything drops on the seat to keep it nice and clean , again I m not happy the way I got treated and my car didn t get fix after 3 visits, I need Toyota to contact me as soon as possible and I will escalate the issue to Toyota USA headquarter

My experience at Boch Toyota Norwood was one of the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership. Richy Thenor was very polite and made sure to answer all of my questions. He helped me figure out the best car for me when I told him I was torned between the venza and the rav. Because of his patience with me, Richy had me leave with a smile on my face and I would definitely refer my friends and family over to him. I couldn't ask for a better sales rep than him!

I had a great experience while I leased my 2016 Toyota Corolla there. Very nice and respectful people. The whole process took me around 45 minutes by appointment and ~3 days later I picked up the car with no delay. No difference between what they offered after my email contact and what I paid at the end. Kenneth and Kyle handled my work there and all other people also just amazing! Let's go places together Boch Toyota!

These guys are really unprofessional. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We made an appointment online, was greeted and took a test drive with two cars. Our sales person was amazing but the Business Manager, Ian Merril acted unprofessionally.
We walked in, knowing the price set on the website and wanting to negotiate a sale today. Our sales person helped us find the right car and begun the normal back and forth. After asking us for a price, the Business Manager, Ian Merril, came out from his office and just told us to leave. No, renegotiation, nothing.

Not to mention, the price they gave us was $2000 more than what the exact same car is listed online on THEIR WEBSITE!

Management reached out and apologized for their previous unprofessionalism. We worked with a different Manager who helped sort everything out and explained what clearly had been their misunderstanding. I suggest if you get paired with Ian Merril, you specifically ask for someone else.

Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle, arrived at assigned time (after confirming appt twice the day before) to be told that the vehicle wasn't there. Told I could wait 45 mins while they went to go one from the lot or have it brought to my house for test drive. When I expressed frustration at having take time off from work only to not have the vehicle there I was told "well they're popular so you're lucky we even have any"
I will be buying from someone else.

This dealership was the worst dealership I have dealt with and a complete waste of time. While the staff was friendly and makes you feel comfortable, do not be fooled. They are dishonest people who will waste your time if you've done your research and have been other places-know what fair pricing is. While I cannot attest to purchasing a vehicle from them when paying cash or having been pre-approved by your bank and then coming in, I can tell you that it's a waste of time to trade in your vehicle there. I took the time to call them ahead of time in the hopes of not having them waste this time in my process of leasing a vehicle. They were completely dishonest. While my interactions with them in person was cordial, they will lie to you and tell you anything they think will get you into the building. I called ahead of time to specify exactly what offers I had received at other dealers for the vehicle and said they would have to best it if they wanted my business. I provided the vin# to my car and said to run the specs and if they could give me at least what the other dealers were and then to call me back. They did, and I believed them (poor call). After being schmoozed in the dealership I was told that my car was worth half of what they told me over the phone they 'guaranteed' they could at least give me. (Note that I already had three offers on the vehicle that were equal to double their offer and had all seen all the information available on the car (car fax and in person). Including, mind you, the BOCH Honda dealer which I assume is a partner of theirs. It was insulting and I told them so. They then tried to 'barter' with me asking what I thought was fair. I was very clear it wasn't up for negotiation as I already had offers at the value they assured me they could match and they weren't even in the same ball park as what the others were doing and what they had told me they could do over the phone. Suffice to say I would definitely pass on going to this dealership, there are many other dealers that are more straightforward and won't waste your time.

I had lost faith in dealerships, and one in particular that screwed my wife and I over on 07/01/2017. John you have made a remarkable and lasting impression on my family and I. I worked with Steven Chung. When I came in I didn't plan on buying my Corolla. but his knowledgeability about that product was outstanding, and he was really helpful, and a great sales Consultant! I Highly recommend him for customers to work with. If you work with him you will have a pleasant experience. If I could rate Him 10 out of 10 I would give him an 11!

I don't know why this dealership does not have a 5 star rating, it is the best experience I have had buying a car.

I cannot recommend this place, I called ahead and had a truck ready for me to be test driven and ready to go. It was not. I told them my APR credit score and what I was willing to give. No paperwork was done and I was told that they could match my bank's loan information. They did not. We had to yell to get a discount. We were told that we could just give my student I.D for a student drivers discount. There of course was more to it than that. After putting over $9,000 dollars on the truck I was told that I could lose it in 3 days if the paperwork was not done. Paperwork is done, now they neglect to tell me I needed to call my insurance company to update the policy. Policy is updated and then the RMV is closed.

After 4 trips and living an hour away each trip, we finally go the truck. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I saw a Malibu on line at Boch South. I expressed I was very interested in buying the car. I was willing to come with a cashier check for the full amount. Boch South even call me during the day to confirm I was coming to buy the car. I drove 2 hours to get there only to find the car was sold. I was not upset that the car was sold I was more upset with the bait and switch tactics they use yo get me out there. I expressed I was only interested in buying a Malibu and here was their apology:
"We are a Toyota dealer you can go to Cerrone down the street to buy a Malibu." it was the most insincerely apology I ever received from a sale manager. I will never buy from Boch Toyota and I will discourage everyone I know from buying there.

I recently leased a new Camry from Boch Toyota. My experience was great from start to finish. I spoke with Mark Gilson in the internet and phone department before coming in. He was very helpful and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and provided me with everything I needed to know over the phone. All I needed to do after that is come in, take it for a test drive and sign the papers. My salesmen Kyle Stojek was also very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend anyone to call Boch Toyota for a new or used vehicle.

I know that Boch Toyota has had horrible reviews and that the place is under new administration, who seem to be loosing the integrity that the chain once had. However, despite all those bad reviews I decided to check it out, especially because in truth they have the most competitive prices in my area I also felt a little bit of loyalty as I purchased a vehicle there a decade before and loved.

When I arrived, I was immediately assigned to work with Denisse. She did not pressure me on anything, she knew beforehand what I was interested in and we got to test driving the cars within 10-15 minutes. Now, One of the things I appreciated is that Denisse was patient with me and even allowed me to re-test drive the car I really wanted (and which I purchased). She even lined up all three cars that I was interested in and gave me all the time I needed to inspect and decide on my choice without fretting.

Once I made my decision, it was time to work on the finance paperwork and requesting the things I needed them to pay attention to before delivery. We sealed the deal and I went on my merry way home.

Delivery day arrived and half way into the day I was told that my car was not going to be ready and that it would take Two additional days to get it ready. As you can imagine, I was not happy about it. I had planned my day and week assuming I was going to have the car, so this inconvenience was a major headache and I had to figure out how to make it through without a car. Denisse, I must say, was very responsive and somehow managed to get someone to fix the car sooner than I was told (which showed me she cared about providing customer satisfaction). She maintained her cool while I vented (I was very upset). But she went above and beyond by delivering the car to my job and delivering the car with a full tank of gas! She even came prepared with cleaning supplies to get spots that were missed (I m picky). She impressed me.

Overall, my experience did not turn out the way I had expected. However, I am happy with my car and happy it all worked out in the end. I do however caution anyone purchasing a vehicle there to do your homework prior to sitting down. And if you choose to move forward with a deal that you not be afraid to ask when in doubt about something. I was close to paying twice for my plates, and there was an accessory that I did not request. So beware, they can be sneaky if you don t ask.

If you decide to purchase a vehicle at Boch Toyota and have a chance to pick your salesperson, go to Denisse Medina, she ll take good care of you and knows how to provide excellent customer service!

These people are very shady... I had an unbelievab...

These people are very shady... I had an unbelievable experience with the group. They insisted that their printer wasn t working when asked for a copy of a CarFax report, however the General Manager and the sales person lead me to believe that the CarFax was clean without a doubt, but I could also check online. I made a downpayment to hold unto the car, with my purchase being contingent on a clean CarFax report.

I went home that night and saw the CarFax online like the salesman suggested... turns out it had front end damage. I obviously called to rescind our purchase agreement, and was told that it was okay to do so.

Two days later, the General Sales Manager - Lou Rylant calls me in the morning to tell me I am locked into the deal, would not be receiving a refund and I that I needed to come pickup the car off the lot. We spent sometime on the phone going back & forth, mostly wasted by Lou trying to bully me into a deal, remaining adamant that it s too late, we re too far in the deal and it s impossible to reverse everything . Plugged his name in Google and saw he was charged with Auto Insurance Fraud, a felony offense - how ironic?? The General Manager of all people!
I was entitled to a refund by the purchase agreement not being executed, but Mr. Rylant was deceitfully using viscous scare tactics...the stereotypical type that gives car salesmen a bad reputation.

Eitherway, I went in person the following day with a much older family member (I m in my early 20s), and the stark change of tone was unbelievable. The quality of customer service changed dramatically. After being in the office for about 5mins. They proceeded to issue a refund without any questions asked.

My point here - do not trust these folks. They will try to sell you anything, no matter how shady or one-sided the deal is. They will try to take advantage of you.

Never have I ever had such a lack of customer service in my life.. I'll start from the beginning. I called to inquire about a specific vehicle to see if it was available. The customer service rep put me on hold while she checked, came back and said "good news we still have it" I proceeded to make an appointment to view the vehicle, test drive and buy if there were no issues. She stated she would note the vehicle I was interested in, "put it aside" so it would be available when I went over. She stated I have booked you an appointment with out VIP senior manager. everything was great hung up. The next day I received a phone call, 2 text messages and an email to confirm my appointment. everything seemed promising, till i get to the dealer. I arrived, checked in, and was paired with a sales person. He looks for the specific vehicle I drove to see from NH, car is not listed anymore. i'm like what do you mean what happen to the car. he's like it was sold- LIE#1. After expressing that I specifically called for that vehicle he say "sorry what can we do to help, I have never had this happen but I've only been here for 3 weeks" ( Guess i'm not meeting with my VIP SENIOR MANAGER- LIE#2) he goes check to see what happens and says ohh the car was sent to auction this morning. would you like to see another one? my answer was NO I drove for this specific vehicle. I state how irresponsible they were for not telling me when they called to verify my appointment that morning and making me waste my time. how they just lost out on a cash purchase and I leave. minutes later I get a phone call and they say ohh sorry we have the car available (LIE#3) will you like to come see it again? NO WAY you already wasted my time enouf!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. if they don't care enouf to make a sale what will happen when your car breaks????? I GIVE YOU 0 STARS!!!

Came to this dealership to get my car i.e. Toyota Rav4 as they had quoted me the price which I accepted. The charges and fees were discussed and they sent me an email stating the same. I drove for 3.5 hrs from Bangor, ME to this dealership Boch Toyota in Norwood, MA.
The people I found were ignorant. The sales manager was rude as hell. I have never encountered a person like him. Boch seriously needs renovation in terms of employees. For me the reputation of Boch Toyota specially in Norwood, MA is in dirt, it is trash. Everyone please be aware about this dealership, they commit something and when you go their dealership they waiver. Harsh and rude sales manager, worst experience and worst customer service. Don t go is the word.

Everything was fine besides the lack of transparency concerning APR. I was not told APR (although I asked multiple times) until I received the first bill. I would have chosen to take the special APR over the discount if I had known.

I was told the better option was to choose the latter, but I had assumed the APR would have been closer, since no one seemed to know the number.

Boch Toyota has always been a great experience for me. I have leased my last 2 cars there and they have been nothing but helpful making sure I get the best deal possible. Which is very important for me not having the best credit. My sales person Denny Hoatson was very nice and very efficient, I went in on Saturday and spoke with him did a few test drives and he had my paperwork done that day. I picked up the car on Monday it was faster than expected but greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back at the end of my lease for a new car.

He was very knowledgeable and worked really hard to get us in and out in a timely manner. The finance department was wonderful to deal with and so was the service department. Despite taking a long time to get my car, I felt very comfortable with the service advisor because he communicated with me at all times. I felt Boch took their time to make sure the car was done right. I drive a lot of miles and Boch has always provided excellent sevice.

Fair and honest price up-front. Amer (our salesperson) was very easy to work with. He was very nice and even helped entertain our 7 month old. No bait and switch. The Highlander we saw online was the one we took home. Even more pleased our second time around!

I have had my 17 RAV4 serviced here the last 3 times, all included the multiple point inspection they reference. Each time we received sheets describing the condition of the car that did not match the actual condition.
Recently, I received a oil change which included the multipoint inspection. On the sheet, they described everything was fine including the condition/level of the coolant, the condition of the windshield wipers and that the cooling system was free of leaks.
10 minutes after returning home, I popped the hood to actually just check what brand the battery was, and clear as day the coolant is far below the low limit. It s a large tank filled with pink liquid so it s easy to check. This was literally 20 minutes after their service.
They also marked the wipers as fine in the description... 1 of them is ripped in half and fraying quite badly.
At this point it s apparent that their technicians are either blatantly lying in these reports and not actually checking anything, or they do not have the competence to complete these multiple point inspections.... in which case they really shouldn t be offered as a service.
Overall it s extremely disappointing to be mislead by a dealership I ve been visiting for quite sometime.

The worst people and sales manager Mathew leaman I bought 2018 Camry and the price is $27.499 and they charged tax$1800and $479 doc fees and $96 wheel log . Total is $29874 . So they let me sign the finance manager Charles Ronga and his assistant mike Dawood and that s all I will pay and they asked me if I want to pay any money so I paid $ 1929 from my credit card and so $29874-1929=$27945 . That what I have to pay and they said you will receive a bill on February 11. And the bill came and I called and asked mike Dawood and he said so sorry mistake happened and we will refund you back and we will cancel the warranty for the car that you didn t ask for it so he sent for me a cancellation paper and I signed it and he said everything is going to the price that we agreed and it takes 4 to 8 weeks . I said ok no problem as long it s fixed then I call after 6 weeks and ask for mike Dawood. The said he is no longer work for us so please transfer me to Charles Ronga and left million messages and voicemails and I called the main office for Toyota Dealeship and filed a complaint against them he returns my call and he said so sorry I was so busy I said it s been a month trying to talk to you and never answered. So when you gize going to refund my money??? He said it s too late you already 2 months having the car and mike Dawood quit I said what is this ?? This is theft and am going to report you and I spoke with Mathew leaman and he said ohh sorry there is alarm that you asked for it and I said no then he said sorry we will take care of it and never refunded the money and am keeping calling him and he never returned my calls. So they Are Thief s and this Dealeship is going down . Please if any body have the same issue report them to let everyone know about them

Amer was incredibly efficient, he was kind, and took wonderful care of me. He treated me with respect and made the entire transaction easy. I would highly recommend working with him. I also interacted with Chris in service and Denny from the online division and they both were super as well.

Great experience buying my very first car at Boch Toyota in Norwood. Great assistance, professionalism and attention to detail from Richy Thenor who made me comfortable with my car purchase. I went through several car dealers but Richy was able to explain all the qualities that my car will offer me, and was able to work with me on pricing. I am planning on purchasing a car in a few months and I will come back to Richy at Boch Toyota. I recommend this car dealership and especially Richy for his customer service.

I had never bought or leased a car. I felt nervous going in because i didnt know much and didnt want to make a bad decision. The sales team at Boch Toyota made it so easy. They answered all of my questions and didnt make me feel silly for asking them. They gabe some great advice for furture purchases as well. I am so happy with my new car and will continue to do bimusiness with Boch. Eric and Peter are the best.

I wasn't specifically looking to buy a car as much as looking into options in the near future. I spent a few hours doing some online research about the 2015 Corolla's and found that Boch had the exact model I was interested in. I emailed Sean Whiting a few questions about the car and got a response immediately. He also quoted me a price that seemed more than fair, to which I decided to drive up to Norwood to see the car. Once I saw the car in person, it was love at first sight. I was greeted by Vitor who was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and I never felt pressured. They had all my emails on file and honored the price that was quoted to me without any problems or hidden fees. It was too good of a deal to pass up so I decided to buy. Vitor made the paperwork process easy and stress free. He went over my options for loans, and with his help, decided on the best option to save me the most money in the long run. This is the 3rd new car I've purchased (first Toyota) and this was the easiest purchase by a mile. The plan is to pick the car up on Tuesday and if the buying process is anything like picking it up, I know I'm in the best hands. Ernie Boch Jr. should be aware of how skillful Vitor is. It's rare to find a salesperson with his talents and he should be acknowledged for that.

Never buy a car here, unless you want to be lied to, cheated, taken advantage of, and then receive the most disrespectful customer service of your entire life when you try to resolve *their* mistakes. Awful, awful, awful, and now I have to waste more of my own time filing consumer complaints with the Attorney General and the BBB. Zero stars.

I ordered a part from this dealership online on Dec. 9th and still do no have my part. I called a few times to the parts department and was directed that the part has left the facility and since they use USPS that it is out of their hands. I hope they put insurance on the package. It was a $300 part and very important. Just beware that these guys do not care for service once it leaves there door. I knew I should have chosen Amazon at least they will assist in locating the whereabouts.

Unprofessional!!!!! they lied never had the car I wanted and didn't say anything until 2 hours after !!!! plus they were forcing me to do the finances with them manager basically say .with us or see you later ...EVEN HAD ME TEST DRIVE THE WRONG CAR BUT SINCE IT WAS SAME COLOR I THOUGHT IT WAS IT ...... BAD SERVICE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!
