Bought a car from Boch. Put a deposit on it and arranged with the salesperson to come back the next day to pay for it. When I got there I learned that they sold the car to someone else. The salesman apologized, but the dealership was not willing to do anything to make it right.

THIS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!

Boch toyota gave very competitive price on email/phone answered all questions before I walked in the showroom. Joe Baribeault was very cordial and took good care of us. No gimmicks to make us pay any more than promised over phone, no high pressure sales tactics, overall the car buying was very smooth and transparent.

Boch has a bad rap with my friends but my husband and I had a good experience here. Our sales rep, Majed, was really nice and worked with us to get the price of the car to our budget. I also wanted certified and the car we looked at wasn't certified so they certified it for us. The finance department got us a great rate, very close to what our credit union could offer. All in all, it was an easy, pleasant transaction and the car was spotless when we picked it up. We've been looking to replace our minivan for years and have been in several area dealerships of all types of cars and quit our search several times b/c we walked out annoyed with the sales tactics. The Highlander is a good next step for our family of 5 and Toyotas have a great track record. Fingers crossed our Highlander serves us well for the next 10+ years!

I just wanted to say what a Great experience I had at Boch Toyota. We went in to get a truck for my friends company, with specific things in mind. They were only one of a few Dealerships that still had what we needed. I filled out things on the Internet. They were the first to get back to me in Email as well as by phone. Right out of the gate they had the Best Price by a longshot. We were greeted by the manger Eric. He had a salesman named Mac, pull the truck around. After test driving the vehicle, we realized that we may need more power. They had us drive the six cylinder, but not the color we where looking for. Eric said that they had one coming in, in about a week. We were nervous about the color & what would be the price on the six cylinder, but they gave us a comparable discount to the vehicle we had gotten earlier. Plus an additional Hundred dollars off. The truck came in just like they said & they still honored the price!!! Thank You Boch Toyota

The salesman was very accommodating got us into a car very quickly and easily. We knew what we were looking for going in and how much we'd probably be spending so it wasn't bad at all. They ask you if you want to add on any extras like protection plans or warranties they recommend but don't have to get. Would purchase another car here in the future.

Update!! So the future came and I got another car for myself only this time went through my bank for the financing and got a used car. Went in before memorial day weekend on a Thursday, went to the bank got the down payment check, went back to the dealer they cashed the check right away. Few days go by didn't hear anything at all not a call email nothing so I'm thinking maybe they didn't have the part needed to fix the seat that was messed up. Ends up taking me a week to get it after they cashed the check and threatening to get my money back to finally get the car. Then they got new plates instead of transferring the old ones like I said twice to the salesman and financing guy. Terrible communication skills horrible experience now will never go back for anything even the free service I'm leery about. Herb Chambers Lincoln actually offered to help deal with them and the process because I was looking there too at the same exact car they had there I wish I went to them instead.

Sales Person: Theresa Awad

I've bought several cars over the past four decades but this purchase at Boch Toyota with this sales rep was the best car buying experience ever! Theresa was everything I like to see in a salesperson- patient, knowledgeable, friendly and confident we could agree on a good deal- she was right!

After a few test drives and the usual back and forth we agreed on a price, negotiated a trade-in and I walked away very satisfied with a great car at a fair price. Ask for Theresa Awad and you won't be disappointed.

I love it when Larry Dulski is my service professional. I know my 1998 Land Cruiser will be checked out throughly and my wait time as comfortable and short as possible.
There is a confidence that the car will be safe to drive and any problems averted or addressed.
Larry is upbeat and personable.

Had a Toyota Tundra frame recall done by this deal...

Had a Toyota Tundra frame recall done by this dealer in October 2018, it has been 6 months after that and the rust is coming back everywhere, the undercoating pealing off. I went back to the service department and let them inspect it, one of the service manager, Matt was offering only the touch up and some chemical for my self to apply. Is it a f....en joke or the way this dealer operates. I've filled complain with the Toyota Motor Company and Better Bureau. Make your self favor and stay away from this place, period!

The customer service from this dealership is by far the worst. When I purchased my car they were unwilling to give me a copy of my signed documents and were too lazy to bother checking if they had given it to me. When I needed paperwork for my gap insurance they once again refused to give me any paperwork, bouncing me from one representative to another. Even with a unhappy visit in person they were unwilling to retrieve my paperwork. I will never purchase from this dealership again and most likely will never buy a Toyota car again due to the horrible service of this dealership. If you value customer service and dedication to consumers do not purchase from this dealership.

Be careful before you buy a car here. I experienced an unusual problem with my vehicle. After I purchased my vehicle I noticed an issue with the paint that existed on the hood and the roof. I had to make FIVE ROUND trips before the issue appears to be resolved. I spent money on tolls and cranked approximately 390 miles bringing the vehicle back and forth. For my troubles, I simply asked the dealership for a remote starter. (Their cost a few hundred dollars) The answer I received was that the issue was with Toyota and Boch's solution was to fill my gas tank. I went to Boch for a good deal. I negotiated the best deal there because the sales manager told me that Boch had the only Black truck with the options I wanted and that the truck wouldn't be leaving the dealership. I have purchased 5 Toyotas since 1986 and never had an issue with them but if this is what they think customer service is, I think they need to re-examine the way they approach problems.

I went to them to get an oil change and the swindled me into getting tire rotations and changing my radiator. After spending $806, when I got home, my lock button was broken which it wasn t when I brought it there. I trusted them to fix my car since they re suppose to be more reputable than a mom-and-pop shop and they weren t any better, in fact they were worse because they more than double charged me! I know they broke my lock on purpose because when I brought it back to them they TRIED TO CHARGE ME like I went inside the damn door and broke the clip myself! I m never going back to them ever again! They should only get 1 Star from me to be honest!

There is no point of making an appointment. This place is a zoo. Upon entering there is little to no greeting or acknowledgement from anyone. They do not respect people s time. The reason why there are so many people waiting all the time in service is because they are overbooking. This is NOT quality customer service. Get it together.

They charge me almost a grand for documentation fees coz govt is sleeping and feeding the fat pigs. The price on true car was 18000 i end up paying 25000+ saying this has this and that. They told me go buy car from true car why you come here. Car sales person almost cried to give even 100$ discount. Worst decision of my life to lease car from here.

Thanks to Yatin for helping my family make it into a brand new Toyota Sienna. He s the best to work and I did not feel the pressure to buy like at other dealerships. Moreover they are very competitive with their pricing. The manager Manny also encouraged me to go down the street the check out the pricing on my trade - now that is what I call honesty! Yes honest car dealers do exist at Boch! I fully did my research before going down and was very happy with the final purchase price. Steve in finance also helped with the details to secure a great package to make it easy on the wallet. All together a great team!
I will definitely be back for my next Toyota!

Also Rick Malabre made sure my deal had all the necessary coverage's & warranties on this purchase as this was a very last minute / unexpected purchase. The worst experience possible. Called me twice con...

The worst experience possible. Called me twice confirming a final number for a 2018 model and then when I arrived at the center lied and said the deal was for a 2017 model. They have some unexplained fees which will balloon the actual price way above what is displayed (Reconsidtioning fees of 995$ is a joke!) The sales guy will keep going to their managers who will be laughing at the fool they are making you. A place to avoid if you are looking for true prices.

Boch Toyota has been a 5-star experience each time...

Boch Toyota has been a 5-star experience each time I've come in -- whether it's to get my car serviced or to buy a new car. I've gotten both of my Toyotas here, and there honestly isn't anywhere else I would go!

The last time I came in, I had the extremely good luck of working with John Goncalves, who is the consummate class act. I was very frank with him and told him that I had worked in sales before and that I was uninterested in playing games; I'm happy to report that he didn't. Of course there was some back and forth, but that's the name of the game in car purchasing, and in the end, John helped me strike up a decent deal. That meant driving away in a new 2014.5 Camry in the most gorgeous shade of cosmic grey (which he helped me pick out in the lot), which made me a happy camper.

I must say, John went above and beyond in terms of customer service: he spent a lot of time with me going over the recent grad incentive, new registration and return plate receipt stuff for my insurance, as well as taking care of disposition fees for my old car, etc. In the end, I felt like I really had someone on my side, which is a rare feeling at any dealership.

For an informed buyer who's done his or her research, it's really a no brainer to come shopping for a vehicle here. They're quite aggressive with their deals -- they're the #1 dealer in New England in terms of sales, after all -- which works to your advantage as a buyer because their prices simply can't be beat. Plus, they've got some killer chocolate chip cookies at the cafe. :-)

Everyone with whom I interacted at Boch (from sales to finance) was really quality, and I could tell that they've been improving in terms of customer interactions and service, even from the last time I purchased here. Whatever training you're doing with the sales folks, Boch, it's working. Keep up the good deals and sales team, and I'll be sure to see you again for my next vehicular upgrade.

Let's be honest, we're all apprehensive about buying a new car due to horror stories and less than honest sales associates, right? Well recently for me that wasn't the case. I purchased a brand new Rav-4 from Boch Toyota. My car buying experience could not have been any easier! Hard to believe, I know. My sales associate was Denny Houston. Denny was friendly and patient but more importantly; what we all hope for but don't always get in a sales associate; Denny didn't pitch any slick sales gimmicks, he didn't pressure me and he for sure didn't attempt any manipulative ploys. Just great customer service. I ended up purchasing the 2017 Rav- 4 I was most interested in at a comfortable payment. I also dealt with Morgan Menard, Manager and Steve Chung, Finance Manager also equally as pleasant and hassle free to deal with. Overall, civil, relaxed and reasonable negotiations at Boch. I Would recommend to family and friends.

Wish I can give them 0 stars. Made an appt with this dealer to purchase a vehicle from them. After driving an hour and 18 minutes they tell me vehicle is no longer in their property that it looks like it was sold or in a dealers auction. This dealer is very in responsible and like to waist people time for this reason I won t go back to this dealer and I personally don t recommend anyone else going.

Our saleswoman was fine but the managers were bent on ripping us off. We showed up with our email negotiations in hand and ready to sign. But from that point on they kept trying to move the price up by another $1000. Told us the price reflected a discount we weren't eligible for ( but no disclaimers to that effect anywhere on the email). After we resolved that then their cash back deal was suddenly less than what they'd emailed too. When I explained that this was email fraud as the deal was in black and white, suddenly all the discounts were honored correctly. That took an hour of unnecessary arguing. We finally bought the car but I will never shop there again. The managers made buying this car so miserable that I left angry instead of happy.

Rob Bardwell at Boch Toyota was fantastic. I went in with some slight anxiety about buying a new vehicle, although I have done it many times before there is always some natural hesitation. Rob spent time with me in answering my questions, provided me with the vehicle to test drive, pointed out the features upon my return, and the conversation was first centered on making sure the vehicle was right for me. When we discussed the financial aspects, he took his time in explaining costs (I wanted to, and did add some accessories), the breakdown of the financing options, and also provided options on different vehicles of the same make/model. In the end, the price met my budget and I bought it then and there. Very professional, engaging, and genuinely friendly, all while putting my needs first. Highly recommend asking for Rob if you're shopping for a new/used car and you're considering Boch Toyota. Ian from finance was equally pleasant. Took his time in going over each detail to ensure I understood my end of the deal, of which I agreed to thanks to Rob being totally transparent during our time together. Certainly a positive experience.

I'm not the kind of person who leaves online reviews. The whole process sort of bores me to be honest. But I have to say, in Tyler's case, I'm willing to make an exception. I expected your stereotypical sleazy used car rep, and instead I got someone who was nice, knowledgeable, answered all questions etc.
AND -- MOST IMPORTANTLY(!) -- Tyler didn't pressure me at all, made absolutely zero effort to upsell etc, worked with me on my price and vehicle requirements (i.e. was a good listener, holy $#%&^, thank you.) He was more interested in knowing I was going to be happy with the car than anything else.

So we got the job done quickly and to my specs. Not sure what else I could have asked for. Hopefully in 7 or 8 years when I need another car I can find another Tyler to help me out.

My family was victimized by Boch Toyota. Their prices are low. The salesman said my used minivan didn't go straight to auction because it was in such superb condition. I took him at his word that there was no accident history. I found out about the accident repairs after I purchased the vehicle. Toyota will not cover my bent rear axle because they say it could only be caused by an accident. Yeah, an accident that occurred before I bought the van. One of the sliding doors is rotting out because of damage I did not know about. Same with the rear bumper and side panel falling off. And its' an extended warranty I purchased from Boch... Do not buy used. They lie. They dolled up a lemon and sold it for what seemed to be a fair price. They reaped the rewards of extensive warranty claims and lied to me about items needing service.

Boch Toyota's service department systematically up-sells, overcharges and lies. I had one of their techs change his story repeatedly in the customer waiting area. When he realized he was caught in a lie, he physically threatened me. My wife brought our van in and Boch performed non-warranty repairs without authorization. The service manager, Kenny, put my wife in tears in an attempt to guilt her into paying for the services. When I spoke to him it was obvious that he was well experienced in defending their tactics.

It's not a mishap. I've had multiple Boch Toyota techs. They're trained to scam. Even the online damage control people. One of them posted that their service department had found other issues (that don't exist) on my wife's Facebook review right after disabling comments on their page.

The Attorney General is aware. If you've been scammed by Boch I suggest you contact the AG as well.

If you want a new car and they're the lowest price, great. Just plan on a day lost in the waiting area. Avoid any of their add on's and service your vehicle at a reputable dealer. That's how they make their money.

Very unhelpful people here - the telephone team speaks over you and tells you what THEY will tell you rather than answer what you want. The process is SO much more convoluted and torturous than other dealers. Avoid this place at all costs and go to Wellesley Toyota, Prime or Bernardi. or anyone really

Great experience. All Boch Toyota staff was nice, respectful and attentive. No hassle. A reasonable negotiation. It took me only one hour to sign the papers and get out, including the test drive. I had searched many dealerships before locating my Prius V 5 hybrid in Boch Toyota, and got a very good deal. I would like to thank Shan, Kyle, Eric, David and others. Good professional people. Very happy with service and the price. This is my third Toyota car, and i feel it is the best one. Boch Toyota has the largest stock among tons of other Toyota dealerships from New York City to Norwood, MA. Highly recommended.

Incredible service! Very user friendly! Josh Clarkin and the financial crew gave the an incredible and honest quote. They worked with me and my not so favorable credit. They were generous with the trade in value of my mini van. From initial test drive to presentation of my keys, the combined total time I spent was just under 3 hours. NO games, NO BS! It's worth the trip! GO SEE JOSH CLARKIN!!!!

I have bought a certified used Toyota RAV4 2017 from Boch Toyota, Norwood. I took an "optional mechanical breakdown plan" during the purchase which I later feel unnecessary. I have contacted the finance director of Boch Toyota within two weeks of the purchase. He sent me a cancellation form which I filled up and sent back to him as he directed, and he mentioned the refund amount will be payable to the financer(Toyota Financial Services). But then comes the fun part. I never heard back from him about the refund status. And whenever I try to reach him it reaches his voicemail or never picked up. I tried to contact other sales and finance guys of Boch Toyota. But nobody gives an answer about the refund. As my financer, Toyota Financial Services told me that they never received the refund money from Boch Toyota!!! 4 months passed by after I have applied for the refund! If this "Sell and Forget" is their sales policy then it's really bad!

Seriously?!? Trying to charge a reconditioning fee on a van that's dented/scratched all over the place?!? I was told they couldn't lower the price any further, 3 days later it was dropped 500 dollars, love it when dealer llies to your face. Thankfully I left found a much better deal in much better shape

On March 5th of this year we went to Boch Honda to trade in our Honda Accord 2011 for something new or better. We were a bit apprehensive because you know how car shopping can be. However, our worries were baseless as we were to soon find out. We were greeted by salesperson Emir. You better write down this name. He was knowledgeable, gentle, patient, and kind. He really looked into our situation, and came up with a bunch of recommendations. We settled for a new corolla. We were given very fair valuation for our Honda, and when it came to price negotiation for the new corolla he was bending backwards to make the deal go through. In short words, we paid much less than the sticker price asked. Emir was also very useful in finalizing the paperwork, insurance and all that. Next time I need a car I will go straight to that guy. A++++++++ dealer.
