Angel P. was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Advisors like him are what make the dealership stand out and make you want to come back. With today's craziness good customer service is not the norm. Thank you Angel.
One major GRIPE: I noticed Boch charged me $17.00 non- cash transaction fee for using my credit card... AND they did not tell me in advance. I noticed my charge receipt once I got home. This is despicable! Especially while other merchants are asking us to not use cash. I think I will call VISA and see if I can get a refund. SHAME ON YOU BOCH TOYOTA. This absolutely no reflection on Angel my excellent service advisor.
