This is was my first car buying experience and it was awesome! The car was priced great and the entire process was great from online to the time i took my car home. The salesperson was patient with me and explained the entire car buying procedure.

I will say me and my husband love the truck we purchased! I wish we could say the same great things about Boch. It was awful, I have never met s more unorganized group of people. There is NO communication in that building at all!!! We paid in full thinking it would make the whole experience easier and smoother but the only pleasant part was leaving. Our sales man was extremely nice and i honestly Don't blame him because he even kept apologizing but literally every single person that spoke to us would say a different thing about the same topic that we never really knew what was going on and what was a lie. They really need to evaluate there business structure and communication skills.

The worst dealer, dont ever come here if you don't want to treat like garbage. I did not have car, I have to uber all the way from amherst to the dealer. I was planning buy the Toyota Camry, I had to wait 45 mins for someone came to me. They was rushing on me and gave me the rush test drive. We were sitting down to negotiate the price, the manager came and act super rude my girl friend and I. The way they act like either we accept the deal as online said or get out. We had to get out of the dealer and spend almost 200$ on uber back.

Jean Paul was really helpful for me today I got my car on one day .
He really helped me through the process and helped me to get the cat after all paperwork in less than 10 hours while the process is at least 24 hours. I gave him hard times but he kept being kind and helpful.

I write this while I'm still waiting in their waiting room for over 2 hours for an oil change. I've witnessed 1 whole movie from start to finish and more. Normally I have an excellent experience at this dealership but not today. Not even a heads up about any other issues that might have occurred.

Outstanding experience purchasing my new corolla. Kyle was the best person I ever encountered when buying a car. He was patient, helpful, and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my purchase process at Boch. Will definitely purchase my next car here.

Poor communication and terrible customer service. After finding a car online, I sent an inquiry to see if it were still available. At 5:30 pm, I received an email stating it was. I had a brief phone conversation with the online sales rep (?) around 5:45, who again confirmed the car was available and asked if I wanted to make an appointment for that night, which I did. I texted her at 5:53, telling her I would be there by 6:45. She responded immediately with Great! . My father and I both drove, separately, 45 minutes to get to the dealership Only to learn the car was sold a while ago , according to a sales associate. And to add to the frustration, the 4 to 6 men standing around couldn t offer one explanation or even an apology. They all just shrugged and walked away. Clearly this is not the first time this has happened, according to the many negative reviews. There seems to be a big communication gap between online sales and what s actually happening at the dealership. My best advice would be to call the dealership directly and ask to speak to someone on the floor before taking the drive there to find out your car has been sold. It was very clear that the men at the dealership weren t too concerned about their customers frustrations.

The parts department here is very deceitful. I called and ask if they had the running boards for a 4runner limited nightshade edition. The guy said yes and they could price match the ebay price, so essentially what he did was discounted it on his computer, I ask him if he would be in in saturday and said he wouldnt be that someone would be there to do it. So I drive from boston to norwood in traffic with the expectations of picking up my runningboards at the agreed price, guess what happened when I arrived. They had no idea what I was talking about and the counter guy says he cant do that price, quotes me 40 dollars more plus taxes. The kicker, I have to order them,, what? So the counter guys says maybe it was another dealer and after saying it 15 times I started to doubt myself,, maybe it was,,, until I look at the call log and its their parts department,, yeaaa nope same place. Im not there to argue or give someone a hard time so I repectfully excuse myself and leave. That is not how business should be conducted, I expected more from one of if not the largest toyota dealer in new england, instead what I got was kind of service youd expect at stop and shop deli with a kid that can careless behind the counter.

If I could give no stars I would. WORST DEALERSHIP ever. I bought a car in January of 2019 and it was the worst experience I ve ever had. They don t care about the customer just the money. I was calling for months to try and resolve an issue and no one showed any commitment to helping solve my issue. From the salesman to the general manager who I emailed to let him know about my experience and have not received any communication in return. All very unprofessional and very poor customer service. Do not buy from them!

Boch Toyota under Dan Dagesse's helm is a fantastic place to purchase or lease an Automobile. Rick Malabre, a Star Salesman did a fine job helping me with my new car. Transfer of registration did not as smoothly as I expected because the RMV-1 had a few omissions which were eventually fixed upon my say so and persistence. Overall, I am very pleased with BOCH Toyota and will remain a loyal customer.

I was promised to deliver the car on Monday, but its already Tuesday EOD and I still dont have the car with me. On top of this now they are saying that I will get my delivery on Thursday and that too at 1pm not before that. This is not fair. My earlier 5 star is now 1 star because of the service I am getting. My friend recommended me to come here for my new car so I drove all the way from Westborough to Norwood. I didn't expect this.

(July 2017) The previous dealer I worked with before this purchase was for our 2014 RAV4 3 years ago, and it was unpleasant to say the least. My experience this time, however, was quite different. The only things I care about when purchasing a vehicle are: Don't waste my time, don't try to play games when I ask questions, don't try to mislead me, and show a little enthusiasm (ie. You like selling cars, it's not just a way to get a pay check). It was quite refreshing when walking in the other day to get Denny Hoatson, who appeared to genuinely like working with customers. He quickly determined my experience level with cars and was able to keep up interesting conversation about the technical aspects of the vehicle I was testing. It did not feel fake or forced; Almost like I was talking to a buddy at work about the "cool new car that popped up in the news". He also had an "apprentice" watching him work, who was also friendly and seemed enthusiastic about selling cars (I'm sure he will do well at Boch). The BIGGEST plus, however, was that he got everything done quickly and kept me updated. I did not have to make a single call to get updates, and was able to take my car home the day after I took my test drive. Plates, inspection, and installation of accessories were done in a single day. Thanks for making such a large purchase so stress free.

****** UPDATE (Aug. 13 2017): Just got my car back to resolve a cosmetic warranty issue, and had another great experience, this time with the service department. Below is the review I posted for that experience.

I came in to the service department because the chrome trim around my gauge cluster and vents were bubbling on my 2014 Avalon. Carlos Rovira (Service Manager) noticed that I was only 50 miles away from my 36k mile warranty expiring, so made sure that the issue was recorded and the parts ordered immediately. He assigned Chris Gray for this task. Chris was friendly and took down my information. He put an order in for the parts right away and told me I would get a call when the parts arrived. A few days later, I got the call and was able to choose when to bring in the car. Upon arrival to the service department for the dropoff, I was helped right away and the whole dropoff took less than 10 minutes. I got a call a few hours later stating the car was done. I came back to pick up my car, and Chris personally made sure the car was out front and ready to go. The car was just how I left it, except I had nice new trim.

This is definitely a boring review, but that is how I prefer the experience to go. No drama, minimal time lost, and the issue resolved. Most importantly, the guys who helped me out were friendly and show interested in making things right for me. There is nothing worse than having to hunt people down who feel annoyed that you are there, and I was glad this wasn't the case.
