I've been a loyal customer to Bobby Rahal Honda for years. I took my car to the dealer for a minor issue and while they did the diagnostic work, they broke the part and wouldn't admit it. The bill was double what another garage would charge for the same repair. Needless to say, we had to have the vehicle that was working when we took it to Rahal towed to another garage because of these shenanigans.

Great buying experience. Tom took a lot of time and explained all features to my daughter. We will be back for another one in 3 years for my other daughter.

Wonderful for anyone who has a lot of questions about their first car.

I've never had such wonderful experience buying a car. My salesman Bill Mellman never pressured me. He listen to your affordability and provided me with what car I like and what vehicles are there. Which they have a wide selection of vehicles for everyone's need.

Great sales people (Rust) were helpful and professional. I didn't feel pressured in to looking at or even trying to buy anything that I couldn't afford or I didn't want. I went on the website, found the vehicles I was interested in Russell let me inspect the cars and calculated my payments. Just what I was looking for.

We have been buying cars and having them serviced here for nearly 25 years. The sales people are wonderful at helping you to decide on the right car to meet your needs and the delivery process is fantastic. The service advisers are knowledgeable, appointments are easy to schedule, and the time and cost estimates are always accurate. I have always been treated with respect (which is not always the case when a female is dealing with a mechanic!) and consideration. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Tremendous buying experience. We live over an hour a way from this dealership and were very unsure of what to expect. We were blown away by pretty much everything: John's knowledge of the vehicle and ability to answer all of my questions. Attention to detail. No pressure or pushy sales. The technology expert walked me through every single aspect and feature of the vehicle. The vehicle was ready to go exactly when they told me it would be.

Of all the dealerships I've dealt with/bought from, this one is the most professional. Customer service is emphasized and it shows. It will not be the cheapest place to get servicing, etc but for the most part you needn't worry about their care. You do get what you pay for. I'd easily recommend these guys.

So nice to find a dealership that understands internet sales. I really dislike the old school car sales techniques, both the high pressure techniques at the lot and all the phone calls. I knew exactly what I wanted and Madison had no problem providing me a quote via e-mail. She responded quickly to all my questions and I never felt she was trying to pressure me or play any games. Two days after I sent her the first message I was driving away in my new Civic SI. Also want to thank Greg who was the salesman who finished the deal, Cody from finance (and his trainee - I apologize I forgot the name) and Travis the sales manager. Everyone did everything they could do to make it a pleasant experience. Finally, they have the best new car delivery experience. Your car is parked in a nice, bright, climate controlled indoor location where they go over all the systems with you, make sure your phone gets set up and all the car settings are how you like them. The car was spotless to the point Greg had a cloth to wipe off his fingerprints after he installed my license plate. Bottom line, got a great deal on the car I wanted without the normal car buying hassles. You can't go wrong contacting them.

The service assistants always provide me with accurate and up to date info on the work of my car. They provide information for additional info and potential things that can be done for my car, but do not pressure me to have it done. They give my time to think about it

I've always had good service. The waiting rooms and restrooms are clean, the work is done within the estimated time, no unnecessary work is done and my car is clean when I leave. The workers are friendly and courtious.

My vehicle was emission exempt. The tech did the emission test anyway and tried to charge me for it, 2nd year in a row this happened. You then tried to push other services. The service department seems to be getting more predatory than in the past, trying to do things that are not really necessary. I have been a long time customer and this change is very disappointing.

We recently purchased a new Honda Passport from Bobby Regal Honda, and the experience could not have been better! My wife and I stopped by on a Friday afternoon interested in looking at the RAV4, after a quick phone call with Tom Dabich (salesman). Tom spent 1.5 hours with us looking at vehicles and discussing our needs for a new SUV to replace our Ford Expedition. We test drove the Passport and the RAV4, and it became obvious that the Passport would fit our families needs much better, not that there was anything wrong with the RAV4. It wasn't up selling - we've all been there - it was honest guidance in selecting the best vehicle for our needs. And due to some very favorable pricing on a previous fully loaded model year with 22 miles on it, we were able to buy a fantastic SUV for only $1,000 more. We closed the deal the next day after sleeping on it, and the entire purchasing experience was both fast and professional, from getting a fair price for our trade in, financing, and an extended warranty. No pressure either - just presented with the facts and pricing. After the sale, Tom spent more time with us, even though the sale was completed, and called us a week later to check up. This is the best car buying experience my wife ever had, after at least 10 new car purchases over the years, and all while dealing with COVID-19 masks, hand sanitizer,and social distancing in a very responsible manner. We will definitely get our new Passport serviced at Bobby Rahal Honda!

A good, but expensive, place to have a Honda serviced. This establishment employs very competent service advisors and technicians. It is impeccably clean, with a spacious waiting room.

In short your Honda will be in goid hands, but be prepared to pay.

The entire experience was in complete opposition to what I was expecting to lease a new car. It was my first new car and no one attempted to push extra features, different cars, or services throughout the process. I met with Mr. Tom who provided me with the information about the cars I was considering and set up the test drive for those 2 cars. Afterward he answered all the questions that I had and I was able to make a decision of what I wanted to move forward with without any additional pressure of purchasing extra features or services. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind enough to expedite my process upon request so that I could leave with a car that day. I went around the dealership as I went through the process, and was met with the same level of enthusiasm and hospitality with every individual. In the end, I was able to get a great deal on my lease and got an excellent car that fits my needs.

Made car buying an easy experience instead of the stress it normally is. What I liked the most was that my wife and I felt comfortable there. No one harrassed or badgered us or gave us the usual cliche car salesman pitch that we got at other places. We worked with Justin in the certified used department and he was great! Anytime I had a question or wanted to look at a car I reached out to him specifically. We also worked with Eric in the finance department and he was great and very helpful and down to earth as well. My in laws have bought several cars from Bobby Rahal and when I began my search suggested I check them out despite being an hour away from where we live. It was totally worth it and I would do it again in the future.

We purchased our Honda Accord EX-L February 2013. We now have over 83,000 miles on it and it couldn't be running better. Bobby Rahal Honda has the most exemplary service I have ever had for any of my previous cars. They're extremely nice, take care of our car very well and are very helpful. The little extras they do, for example, wash your car after it's been serviced is wonderful. Any issues that are persistent and pop up they're on top of it until they get to the bottom of it. They never give up. When in for service they greet you like you're part of the "Bobby Rahal Honda family!"

If this weren't the only Honda dealer on the West Shore, I'd go somewhere else. My salesman was great, until I signed on the dotted line. Then he couldn't care less if I needed any help. (John Roderick)

The service department is okay. They operate entirely by text message now and it's really confusing and impersonal. My old service advisor was great. I got someone new who couldn't even be bothered to introduce herself to me, but sent me a text message saying my car was done so I had to wander around like an idiot looking for my car. One person I asked for help straight-up ignored me.

I let Bobby Rahal know about these problems, and they said "sorry." Wow, how helpful.

We moved to Central PA from Pittsburgh several years ago and I ended up taking my then-newish Fit to Rahal for warranty work. The vehicle was returned in better shape than when I brought it in (washed and vacuumed) and the work was done correctly. It was only natural that when the time came to purchase a new car, I considered another Honda. I've since purchased a new Accord, a new Camry, another new Camry and now back to an Accord -- all from the Rahal dealerships. I've had great experiences at both dealerships: the folks are very friendly, prices were very good and the service has been outstanding. I've considered other vehicles but would rather drive a Honda or a Toyota knowing that I have a trusted dealership for support.

100% would recommend buying a car here. Jordan was awesome and made me feel less nervous about buying my first car. He was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had. Bonus points because he got rid of the spider that was on my car.
