If this weren't the only Honda dealer on the West Shore, I'd go somewhere else. My salesman was great, until I signed on the dotted line. Then he couldn't care less if I needed any help. (John Roderick)

The service department is okay. They operate entirely by text message now and it's really confusing and impersonal. My old service advisor was great. I got someone new who couldn't even be bothered to introduce herself to me, but sent me a text message saying my car was done so I had to wander around like an idiot looking for my car. One person I asked for help straight-up ignored me.

I let Bobby Rahal know about these problems, and they said "sorry." Wow, how helpful.
