My vehicle was emission exempt. The tech did the emission test anyway and tried to charge me for it, 2nd year in a row this happened. You then tried to push other services. The service department seems to be getting more predatory than in the past, trying to do things that are not really necessary. I have been a long time customer and this change is very disappointing.
