I recently bought a pre- owned CRV with Brittany as my sales associate. She strikes a great balance of being as helpful as necessary, and knowing when to kick back and let me shop. Lots of helpful information with no pressure.

I set my service up on line, it worked out great, got confirming text and emails. staff was very polite, and oil change and inspection was done quickly !

Brian is a great salesman, everything went smoothly and we quickly made a deal. I couldn t be happier and know that he is willing to advise should I need his help.

We were very comfortable working with Bobby Rahal . At no point did we feel pressured to buy even when we made it clear we were car shopping and would be looking at several other makes. Our salesperson Greg Kruger was very helpful and knowledgeable . Greg answered all our questions and even if he was unsure he got the answer. He and the entire dealership was relaxed and felt as if we were their only concern. I can say we would buy another vehicle here without hesitation.

He has helped me multiple times through emails and phone calls while trying make a purchase deal at locations near me. He's very helpful and goes above and beyond to help customers. Buying our car at Bobby Rahal was THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had!
Our salesman RUSS was phenomenal! He is so kind and he is so knowledgeable, he has so much patience (we ask a ton of questions), he took his time and he explained all of the features in the car and set up our phones, door locks, lights, lane assist, radio and all of the other extra fun features! We definitely recommend Bobby Rahal and RUSS to anyone buying a car!
The finance manager Mark was also so thorough and really took his time explaining everything!

I bought a 2019 Honda Accord from Toby and despite my constant changes in opinion worked with me on finding a car. Which took almost all day due to my inconsistent decision making.

I have also had wonderful experiences with Adam in the parts department. He drove with me to understand the sound my other car was making so that he would know exactly what needed to be done.

Excellent staff, great savings and service. I've been buying Honda cars from them for 20 years. They always beat the competitors price even when I don't tell them what it is. Very accommodating and have always taken care of any concerns that I've had.

Another great looking lot, another place where no one came to say hi. Unlike bobby rahal Toyota though, I actually saw salespeople walking outside. Yet no one said hi. Disappointing, maybe bobby rahal likes to hire lazy anti social salespeople?

This was the best, most professional car buying experience I've had - ever. My hat is off to Greg, who took his time to walk me through the entire experience from pulling the vehicle in to a showroom garage to show me how everything worked (especially the awesome compactness of the back seats) to everything on the dash. His kind manner never made me feel under pressure of any kind or rushed at all. I met with one of their finance specialists and he was extremely pleasant and very knowledgable, and didn't make me feel pressured as I made decisions. I wasn't expecting to be in the market for a vehicle just a few months after purchasing another new-to-me car. But, due to circumstances out of our control, an accident out-of-state last month resulted in my car being totalled.

I didn't have time to do a lot of research, so I set out assuming I'd purchase the same make and model of my previous car. However, a visit to that model's dealership didn't turn up anything that really stood out to me and I left there feeling confused and disappointed.

My next stop was Bobby Rahal Honda. We were browsing the used CR-Vs on the lot. Salesman Brian Hurley came out to assist us. After explain the reason for car shopping, I proceeded to tell him that I wasn't entirely fond of white, black, silver, or tan. Right away, he said, "oh, so you like color!" (He understood me!) He told us about a car that was in the showroom - a beautiful Basque Red CR-V.

We took it for a test drive and I felt a connection with it. But, in the back of my head, I still felt I needed to search harder for a car in the same make and model I had before (my family has been brand loyal for years).

My daughter wanted to see the CR-V, so we stopped in again the next day. She, too, felt it was a good fit for me. Brian encouraged us to put a (refundable) hold on the car and think about it.

Yesterday, I brought my new CR-V home! The purchase process went smoothly and efficiently. Eric in finance was kind and patient. Brian helped us get the car ready to go, right down to (patiently) helping me sync my phone to the system.

I'm pleased with my purchase and hope for many happy years with this car.

I'd recommend Bobby Rahal Honda next time you're in the market for new wheels. Ask for Brian.

Today, September 3, 2016, I bought a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L from Bobby Rahal Honda. The price I paid was exactly what was advertised on-line. No gimmicks, no add-on, no "documentation fees!

I was late for the appointment; but, the salesman, Brian Seneca, still attended to me way past the closing time.

There was no pressure. He gave me all the time I needed to call home and talk to my wife prior to making the purchase.

A very cheerful guy. Price was $687.00 lower than the next best Honda dealer I sampled. And, my trade in vehicle was fairly valued.

Brian, if you are reading this review, I am the man with two girls, who traveled from Philly, PA, to buy the red 2016 Honda Accord EX-L. Bobby Rahal's price attracted me to your dealership; but, your demeanor sold me the automobile.

The business premises was clean and well laid out. Every employee was nice, polite, and cheerful.

bought my car here and had a great experience. I have had the car in multiple times for service and have always had helpful and friendly staff. Plus, the car has always been fixed correctly the first time.

Highly recommend the sales consultant PJ. He is very professional when helping us. He responded to my emails quickly. We nailed down a deal with him within two days through emails. The finance manager Eric was also very helpful for the financing process.

I always love the no haggle policy here. The price they give is what you pay. They always have service that is second to none as well. Our Salesman PJ was a cool guy and very friendly and honest. Honda's are not the cheapest cars nor the cheapest to service but I feel like I am getting what I pay for here.

The sales person did not push me or use sales tactics to sell me my Honda Fit. Not only did the car sell itself, the sales person believed in the quality that he was able to provide for me.

Now, every time I go in for service, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are quick and I always feel like I'm in good hands. The bonus is that they clean the inside and outside of my car before giving it back to me. It's the little things that make me keep going back there. :)

This dealership is way above any I've ever been too. They cater to your every need. It's coffee, tea and food. Wi-Fi, USB plug ins. All sort of amenities. Truely a great place.

I have two cars I bought used here, a 2005 Civic and a 1990 Accord. Both transactions, although quite some time ago, were smooth. I have brought both cars here for most maintenance and repairs over the years because I trust the techs to do the job right and if they don't have a part in stock, they get it quickly. They also allow me to bring my own parts for installation as long as they are OEM comparable and direct fit. That has really helped me to keep costs down in maintaining both cars, since dealer prices on some replacement parts are laughably outrageous. They provide loaners during service and free inspections for cars you bought from them, even on my 1990 Accord that I bought in 1996. On the negative side, twice after picking up my Civic after service in the past two years, there have been fresh scratches in the paint on different surfaces. I can only assume that this was caused by the car wash. Since I had no way to prove this, I never bothered to notify them. My wife has told me to make sure they don't wash this car in the future.

Top notch people. Top notch service. Can't beat the value and reliability of a Honda (we have three at our house).

Great dealership, awesome customer service, great service department, just be prepared to pay top dollar for it. If you're goal is to save money go elsewhere, but if want to be treated like gold then this is the place.
