Very fair pricing, very helpful from the moment you walk in. Took care of everything for us when we did our lease buyout. Even after we threw the proverbial "wrench" into the mix and changed financing they walked us threw it all step by step.
Chris Lindquist and the whole group at Bobby Rahal were great to deal with. They stayed right on top of everything and were very accomodating. Went in on a Saturday for a test drive and drove out on Monday with a new car. This is my 5th purchase from Bobby Rahal and Chris and the rest of the group made it by far my best experience.
Eric and Jordan in the pre-owner department were fantastic! They respected our time and worked with us on the price of our trade-in to get us to our target numbers. The prices of both the van and our trade-in were fair (though not excellent), allowing us to get into the perfect van right at our budget price. My only complaint is that the CPO Odyssey had a strong unpleasant smell that they seemed well aware of, and the van sat on the lot for two months without addressing the issue. So we had to come back to the dealer (a 1.5 hour drive each way) 2 days later to actually finish the paperwork once we verified the smell was addressed properly. Seems like that should have been taken care of when it first arrived, or they should have warned us over the phone of the odor.
But on the positive side, they did address the smell at their own cost and were very accommodating with signing as much paperwork as possible the first day so that my wife, who is pregnant with twins, didn't have to make that long drive with me again. I would definitely buy from them again!

I leased a car three years ago. I made sure all service was done through the dealership. I was greatly disappointed before twenty thousand miles that my car would need new tires. Long story short I though this was ridiculous. All they could do was give me a very expensive quote on four tires. My lease is ending in a couple of days, and I'm a little short of the pay off, and once again no help. I have kept the car in great condition haven't made one payment late. I'm deciding on weather to turn the keys in or to pay it off. When calling today to make this decision, I was suprised again with a 350 dollar fee if I were to turn the car in. I've enjoyed driving the car, but due to this hassel I will not lease or buy another car of them.
Jordan was excellent to work with. The pre-owned vehicle that we purchased was very well prepped and detailed. I would definitely think of Bobby Rahal Honda again if I was in the market for another used vehicle.

Bobby Rahal Honda was a great experience. I had Brian Hurley as my salesman and he was extremely friendly and funny. He did not force me into looking at cars i did not want and did not try to upsell me. Overall it was a great experience and will be shopping there again for all my future car needs.
A few months ago I had work done at my car at Bobby Rahal, and it appears the parts may have been faulty. I was worried I d have to pay for the work again, but they were able to take corrective action and are doing it free of charge. I cannot express how thankful I am for their excellent customer service to their customers. I will be a repeat buyer when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Bobby Rahal has this down to a science. Our sales associate was pleasant and helpful. He was a far cry from the predatory picture we all have of used car salesmen. The entire staff was friendly. The "technology expert" explained how to use the dizzying array of features -- and those were just the features on the basic model! I now have a car that -- I must admit -- suits me better than any car I've ever had in my life. My only complaint was that the CD player doesn't have a "pause" button. Given everything else I got in the car, I think that's pretty minor. This was an excellent experience. Go here after you go to CarMax. I did, and I never looked back.
Tom Dabich got the exact odyssey I wanted with everything in it! He was very helpful in getting it into a price range that I can afford and it wasn't easy because I am a single mom! He was very flexible with meeting my schedule and getting my new car in a timely manner!
I just bought a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L. This is the finest car on the road and the experience I had with Bobby Rahal Honda was excellent. Mike Hollmann was great to work with and wasn't very pushy, I recommend looking for Mike if you're planning to get a new Honda.

There was a person named Aaron in service center of this branch. He was incredible we can't even express his awesomeness, we went there for replacement of rear light bulb . He fixed in like 5 min and didn't charge anything for service we just purchased the bulb , then we offered him 5$ as a tip he never accepted the tip and with smiling face he said " its my duty, i am already getting paid for what I did for you",so nice of him :).

I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid from Bobby Rahal Honda and I am writing this letter to share my buying experience. While searching the internet for an Accord Hybrid to inspect in person, I found one at Bobby Rahal Honda. I was very apprehensive at first when walking into the building and not knowing anyone at the dealership. I am somewhat a skeptic when making major purchases and I typically use the buyer beware approach during these undertakings.
It was here that I spoke with Mr. P. J. Chojnacki for the first time, a very personable car salesman who made my first visit a pleasure. He found an Accord Hybrid in the sales lot and explained everything about the car. I can't say enough about P. J. as my sales contact. He was outstanding, no slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys, just great accommodating service.
P.J. went above and beyond to answer my questions about the car and warranty options. After numerous visits to the dealership and test rides, I ended up purchasing a Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. P. J. and the staff at Bobby Rahal worked hard to find me a vehicle with all the options that I wanted and the exterior and interior colors that I wanted.
I want to thank the staff for making my auto-buying experience the best I ever had. Like Eric Saborsky (Financial Dept.) who made the paperwork a breeze and Justin May (Technical Specialist) who explained all the particulars of a Hybrid Accord and amazed me with his knowledge.

Have not heard back regarding the finish pealing from the grill of my 19 Accord as per job #3 on my invoice. Also want to note that it states that I wanted an estimate regarding the repair, I did not. I wanted it evaluated for warranty purposes.
I was switching out one leased car for a (new) replacement. Both were Accord models, so Justin and Ally focused on what had changed between old and new, which was just what I needed to learn. I stuck with Rahal Honda - and the Accord - because I have had nothing but positive experiences over the last 14 years. Until someone shows me something better, why go anywhere else?

Excellent customer service!! Took my 2013 honda pilot in that I purchased at another dealer because I could hear a noise which the other dealer said was nothing. Turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day, let's just say you got a new customer. My service advisor Sarah H. comunicated with me the entire time. Keep up the great work!!
I can't speak for how it is now, but I would never buy a car from them again. They ran my credit without asking, and then denied it. I didn't need them to run my credit, as I had a check from the bank to purchase a vehicle. I come to find out, that later the dude who ran my credit was fired, as well as the sales person. Other than those two, the people are pretty nice and the service was never really bad.
Very helpful and considerate staff from start to finish. They also have a variety of waiting areas which helped the time pass with ease. Places to charge your devices and get work done, various TV areas to watch, quiet areas to read/lounge, and even a toy room for kids. They also kept me informed in person and through text about the status of my car.
This was my first new car purchase and it was the easiest experience! Matt did an excellent job keeping me up to date on when my car was being delivered( I ordered it). Nate did an excellent job showing me how to set the car up to my needs!

Very good people to work with. My 1997 Accord developed problems and I took it to see how much it would be to repair. The mechanic told me it might need extra repairs based on what they found when repairing the original problem. He stated that if it were his, he would not repair the car. The salesperson and sales manager were great to work with. The car was a good price and there was a great explanation of the features. I have dealt with them for about 16 years and have been very satisfied.
