Went in on Friday 11/13 the sales lady was very rude. I wanted to find some accent tiles that I could use in my remodel. She picked up one board of examples set it on the counter. When I asked her to write down the name of the those tiles, I was informed you can take a picture . I walked toward the back when some tiles caught my eye, she went to her desk, I had to call her back over there. It was very apparent I was not important or impressive enough for her to take time with. The last think she said to me is here is -card I will be on vacation next week . I will NEVER go back there. When I told my GC where I went he said I cannot stand them, I do not do business with them

Excellent customer service. Clean well lit facility. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and also military friendly. I highly recommend United tile company for anyone looking into tiles and flooring they are the best around.

I used United Tile to replace the carpet in our Man Cave. I told our salesperson that our Man Cave has been taken over by teenagers and dogs and that I need something VERY kid-friendly. So far, the carpet has managed to be stain free and the extra pet proof padding makes for a comfy floor for sleepovers!

United Tile was hired by my builder, DSLD to install carpet and tile in my home. In October my carpet was damaged and needed repaired. My carpet has since been discontinued. I contacted United Tile in early November and was going to use my master closet carpet for the repair and put new carpet in the closet. Was told they would do this the week of Thanksgiving. I called the week before and left a message to find out the cost. Still no returned call the week of Thanksgiving. Contacting my builder to let them know that the company they hired does not seem to care about repeat customers.

United Tile is our go to flooring/tile/countertop company for all our company's remodeling projects. Showroom designers Emily, Mallory, Donna and Brian go above and beyond helping us select quality materials. They have everything you need for your new home construction, remodeling project or you own weekend warrior project. Superb installations, superb people.

I would recommend United Tile for any tile/ floor/ counter work needed. We had damage to our home after one of the floods and Donna, Jeff, Jason and their crews were great to work with. Donna did an awesome job at design and the work was done for the price quoted with no complications. We also had them help with our son's new home and the work was great there also.

Two bad experiences. Went once to the store to look at tile and sales lady was very rude. Wouldnt let us look around the showroom. Also she didnt know any of the prices of tile. She just kept saying, If you pick one, then I ll check it in the system. She did the same with the countertops, so I left.

Second time, my wife came to purchase bull nose in a special color. Manager was very rude and said the tile color looked like it came from Lowes or Home Depot and that the bevel on the tile was too slim, until my wife pointed out it was the same tile they sold.

These people have no transparency, they are rude and hateful, and I won t be recommending them to anyone. These people only want to rip you off. Don t fall for it.

I would recommend going to Floor & Decor in Mesquite to purchase your tile, then getting an independent contractor to install it. For countertops, Brad at Caddo Stone is one of the best in town.

Just got off the phone with Brian. He answered all of the questions I had. Extremely professional and nice! I'll be doing much more business here.

If you want professional tile or granite installed, this is the place to go! Donna helped coordinate colors of tile, decorative glass, grout, and granite. She met me at the Bossier location and helped me until I found the piece of granite I LOVE that would blend with the tile my husband chose! Andrew at the Bossier location was also very helpful and nice. Brian would assist me if Donna was unavailable. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful (the nice man that came to measure, the two gentlemen that came to make the template, Lorenzo, the supervisor, Daniel Norman, (helped with changes to the bill because of changes I made) and the installers. The tile installers, Martin & Roberto are truly experts at their job. Martin is a perfectionist and professional tile installer and I could not be more pleased with my shower and floor. Leo installed my granite and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I recommend United Tile 100%.
