I've been a loyal customer to Bobby Rahal Honda for years. I took my car to the dealer for a minor issue and while they did the diagnostic work, they broke the part and wouldn't admit it. The bill was double what another garage would charge for the same repair. Needless to say, we had to have the vehicle that was working when we took it to Rahal towed to another garage because of these shenanigans.
