The entire experience was in complete opposition to what I was expecting to lease a new car. It was my first new car and no one attempted to push extra features, different cars, or services throughout the process. I met with Mr. Tom who provided me with the information about the cars I was considering and set up the test drive for those 2 cars. Afterward he answered all the questions that I had and I was able to make a decision of what I wanted to move forward with without any additional pressure of purchasing extra features or services. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind enough to expedite my process upon request so that I could leave with a car that day. I went around the dealership as I went through the process, and was met with the same level of enthusiasm and hospitality with every individual. In the end, I was able to get a great deal on my lease and got an excellent car that fits my needs.
