Had my 06 Honda odyssey in for a pre owned inspection (a tech goes through a checklist of visual inspections to determine if repairs are needed). Based on reviews (which I now know are SO misleading, I called Bobby Rahal Honda). First I was quoted $134 and was not told what was covered in the inspection after I asked. Later, due to feeling uncertain I called again to find out exactly what was involved and only got a little bit more info but this time it was $99. Reluctantly, I agreed.
Upon vehicle pickup, no one in the service department knew where my keys were. After 15 minutes of messing around, the service manager called the cell phone of the associate I dealt with who was off shift. He had left them in his desk drawer! Finally getting the van, I was shown the inspection checklist and I noticed: 1. A part was replaced without my consent (even though I was told I would be called for permission) and 2. A box was checked for water leaking, stating it needed immediate attention and when I asked about it, the service manager told me, the tech didn't mean to check that box and I need not worry about it.
Not only does this place lack communication, but from the receptionist to the techs and associates and service managers there is a great sense of carelessness and I will never be going there again. What a rip off. BBB will hear about this.
It was great working with Jordan. He made the experience of buying my first car a pleasure. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Ther service technicians are always very courteous, thorogh, and helpful, and I had a new one today. They carefully explain what service will be performed and offer options if there is a maintenance issue. The waiting area is exceptionally clean with a good variety of seating, even with the pandemic. I don't know how they could do better, but I do miss the warm cookies!
The staff at bobby Rahal Honda went above and beyond, stayed late after hours on a Saturday to make sure we were satisfied from the numbers on the end bill and able to take delivery of a brand new car. I am never disappointed by the efficiency, friendliness and thoroughness when I bring my car in to Rahal for service. However, this time, I feel that one person went WAY ABOVE the call of duty. That person was Calvin Dutton.
After the New Car Orientation session on February 21st, I talked to Calvin about some lighting problems we were having on our new 2018 CR-V. Rather than have me explain the multiple problems, he asked me if I had the car there. I did. HERE'S WHERE HE WENT WAY BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED. Rather than him saying, "Bring it in for service and we'll take a look at it," he said "Let's go out and take a look at it." It was cold and dark outside, yet he braved the weather. He requested taking the driver's seat and began looking at things. At least three times he said, "That's not right." He found things wrong I had not even thought about.
To cap things off, we went back inside and he said he would write up the problems so a technician would KNOW PRECISELY what was wrong using his terminology rather than the imprecise words of a customer's take on things. He put precisely what was wrong in the service write-up, scheduled an appointment the following Tuesday and even scheduled a loaner car. He even put in the service request to "Talk to Calvin" about the problems. TALK ABOUT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND what I have come to expect from Rahal's normal high level of service.
My hat is off to Mr. Dutton for taking the time after the busy orientation session to personally look at my problem and write it up! Mr. Dutton personifies what what the word "service" means in "customer service"! He treated me as thoroughly and conscientiously as if I were Bobby Rahal himself!
By the way, I got the car back and I saw what he had put into the service request. And the multiple issues he had noted were ALL 100% RESOLVED!!!
Again, my hat is off to Mr. Dutton and the Rahal team for a job extremely well done!

Shaun and everybody else at Rahal Honda were top notch. I found the car while searching the internet and two guys both named Ben provided enough information that we felt the two hour drive to see the car was worth the time. Our experience with Bobby Rahal was great for the second time. Our last purchase was 10 years ago, but we did not hesitate to visit again when the time came. We purchased a Honda Certified vehicle and could not be happier. Car was ready for pick up at the time we set. Paperwork was quick and we were given a thorough tour of the vehicles features.

I have never been more disappointed with a car dealership/service in my life. Every single time I have taken my vehicle there (that I purchased from them) it has had to be returned the following day for a new issue. The first time was the day after I purchased it. They just assured me that it had been totally looked over, I drove it home and had to return the following day for a check engine light. The second time was after an oil change, I had to return it the following day for a check engine light. The third time was after their 100k service, I had to return the following day for a check engine light and some more work. On the third time, they told me I could have a loaner car. Except when I arrived, they asked me to wait there with my 2 year old because it might be a quick fix....for the next four hours. Don t worry though, they knocked 10% off of what they charged me that day in good faith. As a person who has worked in customer service and small business for my entire career, I am not only NOT satisfied with the service they provided to my car I am NOT satisfied with what they have done to attempt to keep me as a loyal customer. I have always loved Honda vehicles and motorcycles, but certainly not from Bobby Rahal.

Can't say enough good things about Bobby Rahal Honda. I've had my Pilot serviced there for 8 years, and have been impressed every time by the quality of the service and the courtesy of the staff. They provide good recommendations on maintenance items, but never try to push you to schedule unnecessary service.
I just bought a 2013 Accord, and the process was very easy and I felt like I got a good deal with their Market Driven Price, without the hassle of negotiating.

Typical PA - closed on Sunday. Not a lot of new cars on the lot. But LOTS of used ones.
Their sales staff was very polite and easy to work with, but I'm unimpressed with their service technicians.
I had my car in to have the window regulator replaced (under warranty), and they did not properly reattached the vapor barrier under the door panel, so the floor in the car would get wet when it rained. Took it back to get that corrected, and that fix failed after about 2 years.
This time I did the job myself, and after seeing how shoddy their repair was, I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did.
Instead of properly sealing the vapor barrier, they used a putty to fill in most the door panel attachment points, used very few clips to reattach the door panel (explains a rattle in car), cracked the door panel (from a seemingly reckless removal), and broke a clip for a light in the door panel (they stuffed the light back into the hole and covered in putty in hopes it would stay put... it didn't).
Just got information on my leased Honda crv. Was told that I have negative equity. Would like to continue with new lease but would be to high of a payment. Very confused and disappointed I have been long time customer. I thought their was supposed to be a customer loyalty that my make allowance for over mileage.
Had to take vehicle back twice for a recall due to technician error. They were very nice about it but very much a hassle.
It is always a great experience. Denny takes awesome care of us. We know our car is going to be fixed right, the bill is going to be what he told us and we're going to get it back when promised.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy a used car from this dealership. I bought one and had a terrible experience with it, they would not even fix the problems and when they did they used weather stripping...really. They didn't return phone calls. The car was in for more repairs than I had it. Don't buy from here!! You will be sorry you did. They sure don't live up to there name.
