So nice to find a dealership that understands internet sales. I really dislike the old school car sales techniques, both the high pressure techniques at the lot and all the phone calls. I knew exactly what I wanted and Madison had no problem providing me a quote via e-mail. She responded quickly to all my questions and I never felt she was trying to pressure me or play any games. Two days after I sent her the first message I was driving away in my new Civic SI. Also want to thank Greg who was the salesman who finished the deal, Cody from finance (and his trainee - I apologize I forgot the name) and Travis the sales manager. Everyone did everything they could do to make it a pleasant experience. Finally, they have the best new car delivery experience. Your car is parked in a nice, bright, climate controlled indoor location where they go over all the systems with you, make sure your phone gets set up and all the car settings are how you like them. The car was spotless to the point Greg had a cloth to wipe off his fingerprints after he installed my license plate. Bottom line, got a great deal on the car I wanted without the normal car buying hassles. You can't go wrong contacting them.
