We recently purchased a new Honda Passport from Bobby Regal Honda, and the experience could not have been better! My wife and I stopped by on a Friday afternoon interested in looking at the RAV4, after a quick phone call with Tom Dabich (salesman). Tom spent 1.5 hours with us looking at vehicles and discussing our needs for a new SUV to replace our Ford Expedition. We test drove the Passport and the RAV4, and it became obvious that the Passport would fit our families needs much better, not that there was anything wrong with the RAV4. It wasn't up selling - we've all been there - it was honest guidance in selecting the best vehicle for our needs. And due to some very favorable pricing on a previous fully loaded model year with 22 miles on it, we were able to buy a fantastic SUV for only $1,000 more. We closed the deal the next day after sleeping on it, and the entire purchasing experience was both fast and professional, from getting a fair price for our trade in, financing, and an extended warranty. No pressure either - just presented with the facts and pricing. After the sale, Tom spent more time with us, even though the sale was completed, and called us a week later to check up. This is the best car buying experience my wife ever had, after at least 10 new car purchases over the years, and all while dealing with COVID-19 masks, hand sanitizer,and social distancing in a very responsible manner. We will definitely get our new Passport serviced at Bobby Rahal Honda!
