My experience at Bob Rohrman was excellent! Before I came to the Bob Rohrman dealership, I had been to several others, one in particular where I was treated vary badly. I ended up calling Bob Rohrman Ford, and I spoke with a Manager named Patrick. I explained my unpleasant experience with the other dealer, and set up a time to meet with him. When I got to Bob Rohrman, I met with Patrick and R.J., and, I must say these two gentlemen went above and beyond to assist me. I ended up coming home with the car that I have been searching for; I got a great deal, but most of all, the customer service was great. I felt like I was family. There was nothing these two gentlemen wouldn t do to assist me in getting the car of my choice. I would highly recommend Bob Rohrman to all my friends and family.
