When I received a recall notice from Ford, service tech Tom Martin was able to quickly schedule a service appointment. The repairs were made within the time promised. Plus Tom kept me informed via text messages throughout the entire process. Nice job.

We had service vehicle at you dealership for service that we hope we can get on the road as soon as possible, but was there for a WEEK. Each day that happens company looses anywhere between $ 700-1000 per day. This is not first time it happened. If you do not want our business or your service too busy I need to know that , so I can seek another way to get cars back on the road

Great service and friendly employees. Got the 2018 mustang GT premium that I wanted with all the goodies for a great price. Highly recommended to shop for new and used. Just felt a bit rushed through the process. They won't play games and they are straight forward

The answer was, we didn't find anything and if you would like, make an appointment with service desk manager to talk to him.
I've dropped off a car a whole day and they are asking to make an another appointment... that is the stupid things for them to say.

I was under the impression i signed a 3 year contract and i called the bank they got the loan for and they told me they signed me up for a 5 year loan. I called Schaumburg ford to try to ask them why they did that and the "General Manager" hung up the phone on me. I wanted to call my bank and get a loan through them and they told me it's not possible to get a better interest rate than they could because they call tons of banks to match rates.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! After sitting there for over an hour, information back and forth they tell us they don't have the vehicle we want in stock but that they found one that is somewhere in Michigan and will bring it for us in just a couple of days. That didn't happen, the day the car was supposed to be here we were told that the other dealer sold it and they are trying to find another but that there were non available for over 300 miles radius. My brother hears our story and calls another ford dealership 4 miles away and they tell him they have 10 in stock. We went there that night and yes they did have 10 in stock and bought one that night from there. No BS better interest rate, the monthly payment we wanted and the exact car we wanted.
Bob Rohrman is horrible!! They gave us lie after lie and I get the fact they have to make money but to tell me there are no cars anywhere within 300 miles and to find 10 just 4 miles away is beyond dishonest. When I tried to get my deposit back from them it was another fiasco. I would make sure non of my friends or family ever go there. The other dealership we got our car at was Friendly Ford in Roselle :)

I took my car in for an oil change on Saturday, April 8th. The oil change was completed and the car was returned to me washed and ready to go. While the car was in there, they completed the recall on the airbag inflator.

Went to test drive and the car stopped without gas. Stuck in a car, waited for more than half an hour to receive help from the dealer without heat. Can you imagine that in this cold winter!?
The salesman was pretty nice, calling to the dealer several times asking for help, but dealer side was not attending that. For me, this was Lack of respect. Is it FORD way!?

Last year their service department was terrible. I got promised for them to waive the cost on some work that needed to be done but they never did.....they still haven t honored that..... but I took my car there last week for convince(close to work) and to my surprise the service was fast and courteous. Joe the service advisor was awesome and followed up when he said he would. I know they are under new management and it shows. Pretty happy customer at the moment-just want them to honor what was promised last year.

Awesome dealership and people, at the beginning with the previous management I had some issues but the new management is awesome, they did fix everything, especially GM Sam, sales representative Bebe and all the people from financing department to service department they re all nice, I strongly recommend this dealership, go and check them out, you won t be disappointed.

Dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change in the morning. The technician did contact me around noon about needing a new battery which was great. They did NOT quote labor cost to me and surprised me with a $85 fee when I picked up my vehicle. Also I had to wait an extra hour after the scheduled completed service time because they forgot to install the battery. Pick up was supposed to be 4:45, the car was not released until 6:10. I would expect this service from an NTB. I will not be returning here.

Came to get my first oil change since I purchased my vehicle from Bob Rohrman. I m huge on loyalty so I came back to them even if I do live an hour away! Yup, that s right, I drove one hour away for just my oil change but it was worth it! They got me out in 30 min aaaand I scheduled my app same day! And last but certainly not least, I was informed that it was complimentary!! WHAT! What a blessing! All in all, totally pleased! Everyone was awesome!

I was surprised by the cost for them to just put my car on the computer & to quickly look at my car - $140. The exact cost per hour wasnt told to me beforehand but quickly said it would be credited for any repairs. If I had known I would have gone somewhere else.

I recently bought my car from bob rorhmans ford in schaumburg. A week later my husband passed away, so my financial situation changed. I went back to the dealership to see if they would do the 30 days buyers remorse, or could help me in any way possible. The sales manager wanted nothing to do with me or the car. Wouldn't give me any options to help, then proceeded to get angry and being a jerk about the whole situation! I can not afford this car anymore but they don't seem to care they got their sale. I will never buy a car from bob rorhmans dealerships or even a ford ever again! Rude heartless people!

My wife brought her car in for an oil change and got a flat tire on the way. Thy said their cheapest tires were $150 a piece. Pretty pricey, but it's a dealership, I understand a slight difference in price. Then they proceeded to tell her that new tire sensors were $180 a piece. They must be joking. A $15 part they are charging people more than 10x the amount for. This is absolute bad business. I understand dealerships screw their customers on the service end, but this is robery. They definitely lost any future car purchases with this terrible business model.

Had a new clutch installed on my 2014 Fiesta. Although I had to wait 4 days for the complete fix which was due to ordering of parts, my experience was stellar. My service advisor David Pobuta was a champ. He made sure the the car was worked on by a certified transmission technician, whom only performs this type of work. The car now runs perfectly, and I am a very pleased customer. Thanks Much David!! Outstanding job well done, and great customer service.

There a few dealerships that I trust completely, Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford is one of those dealerships that I trust. The entire staff is knowledgeable and understands the importance of getting the right vehicle for me. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them throughout the years and i am a loyal customer because I'm always treated with respect and fairness. I'll continue coming to them for my vehicle needs.

Sucked. Been taking my truck there for 3 years. Not once did I hear "hey, your brakes are worn down to xxx" not once!!! Taking it in for regularly scheduled oil changes. The truck starts making noise thursday night make appt Friday for first thing Monday morning. I get a call and my front and back brakes are gone and I need my rotors scraped or replaced to the tune of $1200. And the guys says well we checked sorry if we didn't tell you but since the last time you were in depending on how you drive the vehicle yeah the brakes can go bad. So now I'm an idiot because I'm supposed to believe the truck had 100% brake pads last time I was in. (no one told me differently) and now all of the sudden my brakes and rotors are bad. You've lost my business and word of mouth advertisment to anyone I know. I guess someone has to pay for those renovations

This dealership is practicing bait and switch.
Advertised price for a Transit was $31,817. Below in the same ad was an offer 0%APR for 84 month (see pictures).
Turns out, to qualify for 0%APR you would have to pay 5,500 more for the car.
Aright, so I looked at other financing options and none of them are an option unless you pay more for a car.
All of the above wouldn t be a problem if they stated all these price increase next to an option they advertise, but no they hide them somewhere, in hope to grab your attention, set an appointment, waste hours of your time and pressure you to sign.

We had heard mixed reviews on Schaumburg Ford but after some convincing and research we decided to give them a chance... I am SOOO GLAD WE DID! Paul Van Duser was AMAZING to work with. He was so patient, thorough, and we could tell he not only believed in the products he was selling but he wasn't just trying to get us out the door in a car- he was trying to get us out the door with the RIGHT car. He went into so much detail about our new car, even after the deal was done- he showed us everything. I was so impressed and would definitely recommend Schaumburg Ford and ASK FOR PAUL!!!

Be careful here. They try to up sell services your vehicle doesn't need, which are not recommended by the Ford owner's manual. Services like fuel injector flush for $199, brake system flush @ $100 or more were "recommended" by the service advisor at only 16,000 miles??? I originally agreed until after I read my manual. I immediately called and had those services cancelled. I was originally given a discount of about $50 on the original service estimate of $500 but I guess they decided to remove that AFTER I cancelled the $300 in unnecessary services.

I feel this is a very dishonest practice that preys on their customers to increase their profits.

My husband and I wanted to buy a new Ford CMax hybrid and visited Schaumburg Ford. Mark Craven was an excellent salesman because he was knowledgable about the product, even though this was a brand new car in the ford lineup. He asked us questions about our driving habits etc. and listened to the answers to determine if this car was the best fit for our lifestyle and budget. He took us on a test drive and pointed out all the features of the vehicle. He explained all the different packages and prices that were available, such as the SE and SEL. After talking to him, we felt confident that this was the type of car that we wanted and he even helped us pick out the color! He and the new car manage, D. Jay Hattula did not try to pressure us and made buying a car a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend talking to Mark before you make a decision about buying a car.

First.
Tried to charge me twice for the same part. To order a part they charged me up front then when I came to have it fixed they at the cashier I realised the bill is way too high I figured there was a charge for the part on the bill. They said they were sorry and they don't know how it happened.
Second.
They charged me $60 for 8 plastic rivets...in auto part store you pay exactly for the same thing $3-$5 per bag of 6-12 pcs!!!! What's even worse they did not install molding properly because it was still flapping. I checked underneath and guess what a clip/rivet was missing... AND YOU THINK YOU PAY EXTRA AT THE DEALER SO YOU HAVE IT DONE BY RIGHT PEOPLE WITH RIGHT PARTS. W R O N G!!!!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. This place is a true SCAM. The sales people will do anything to LIE to your face to get a sale. They lied to me about a 2018 truck being sold when it wasn't sold just to try to sell me a 2019 truck. I went to pick up the 2018 truck that they told me was sold. So in the end, this dealer lost my business because I chose to go elsewhere where they had the 2018 truck available. I trusted this place to tell the truth to find out that when I called the dealer with the truck to confirm the truck is indeed sold and it wasn't. It's a huge disappointment as a customer when you trust that they want your business and you're loyal to them and to be lied to. I will never come to this ford dealership again not even for service. I rather give some other ford dealer farther from my house service. The sales person I worked with was Brent Enger which substituted for his father that night. I worked with his father, Les Enger, a few nights before that. The customer relationship team that called me to ask how things went with Brent didn t take me seriously. I told her what happened and how bad I got treated by the sales team by lying to me, and she just told me that s how sales people work. They will say anything to get you in the door. She also told me to take my business elsewhere which meant go to that ford that offered me a deal on that 2018 truck so that s what I did. I m glad I made that extra trip elsewhere to get that truck for a lower price and dealt with nice people who didn t lie or try to scam me.

We had a horrible experience with buying a car at this dealership. We bought a Jaguar SUV from them, drove 6 hours to purchase it. Over the phone, the sales manager, Sam Hanash, said that the car was in mint condition, fully serviced, nothing wrong with it and ready to go. When we got it and test drove it, immediately noticed the car needs new front brakes due to terrible vibration while braking (Highly unsafe). We brought it to their attention and they said, and i quote, "The car has been sitting for a few days, once you put a few miles on it, the brakes are gonna be fine". We said okay and drove off back home on a 6 hour drive. 2 hours into the drive, the check engine light came on and the brakes obviously weren't fixed after putting "a few" miles on the car. We took the car to a jaguar dealership the next day, they said that the oxygen sensor is bad and the front brakes rotors and pads are in really bad shape and need to be replaced ASAP.

Please stay away from these guys as they will lie over the phone and get you to drive long distance to purchase their car. If it wasn't clear, they erased the check engine light during their service so that we wouldn't know what was going on with the car and purchase it and drive off. Very scam like selling practices.

Ron Keller is an exceptional salesperson. He is friendly, courteous, and professional. He went beyond his professionalism and I was made to feel part of the Ford family. He was very helpful, informative, and thorough. I was very pleased and satisfied with the whole customer service experience. Ron showed great efficiency throughout the whole process and was very happy on how efficient and quick he was to provide great customer service. The color of the car I was debating on was not available at the time I came in a second time, as it was sold the evening before. Ron was immediately able to get another car in that color and traded with another dealer. That showed me a lot. I will definitely recommend friends and family to Ford Schaumburg. I left as a very happy customer and will definitely return.

Jeff the service tech was very helpful in getting the repairs we needed . Also told us what we needed done and what we can have done later to keep our car in working order. He communicated throughout the whole process and contemplated our needs and exceeded our expectations. Such wonderful service truly a comfort knowing repairs needed were completed in a timely manner as well. I would recommend their shop for any future repairs.

Spent 5 hours waiting to buy a car. First told me my sales guy wasn't in yet so I came back 30 min later. After more waiting they helped 2 customers that came in AFTER I did. They saw me as a 20 year old kid not a customer. Terrible service.

Had my 50k checkup today. Service rep was the same as before, friendly and helpful. Thanks Joe. Had some fluids replaced and the car is good to go.

Got an oil change and replaced the front brakes. Car is running great and it was all done in less than 3 hours. Will be back later to have the rear brakes done. The Service Crew has kept my car in great shape for the last nine years.

Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford is absolutely the best place to buy your car and get it serviced. Joe Lambert in Service is the most down-to-earth guy you'd ever want to deal with. He's honest and always keeps you updated with repairs. (FYI--Carmax is horrible!) I recently traded in my Ford Escape and bought a different vehicle there, and Josh, Ritchie and Trae made it a great experience. I almost went to another dealership to buy another car, but I really wanted to stay with this dealership--Joe's the best!

The service department is excellent and is always fair in their pricing. Today, Jason was my service rep and he was very patient as I expressed my concerns on a few items.
