We purchased a used Mercedes Benz SUV from Caroline Olson. She was great to work with, following up appropriately, very organized and detail oriented. She wasn't high pressure nor was the dealership. We were given add on options to consider but not pressured to purchase. The dealership facilities were very nice and Caroline as well as other employees made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the purchasing process. We highly recommend BMW of Murray and Caroline Olson!
