I typically have a good experience here, but today I had a lot of issues with my service. The parts department was less than helpful. Problem one, they ordered the wrong parts after I explicitly explained what was needed for my door. Problem two, they lost the quote I was given over the phone after I asked it to be saved. Problem three, couldn't spell my name right after I spelled it out over the phone. Problem four and most frustrating of all, zero urgency to get me out of there. I spent well over an hour there when this should have been a simple parts pickup for prepaid items and an order placement for one more. It might be time to find another BMW dealer nearby.
