BMW sent me an email notification prior to my first appointment to tell me that that they only offer oil replacement services on Saturday. I just didn't see the email in time. Scheduling my next appointment was easy, but there was still a fairly significant wait despite scheduling. Fortunately, my warranty covered my issues so they fixed my problem for free and it was completed the same day. When they finished, they ordered me a lift so that I could come pick my car up. I think the service was great, but I still think it's a little ridiculous that they can't do proper repairs on a Saturday (hence the 4/5 stars).

Signed up for an appointment online and when I arrived they told me they can t offer any diagnostics or repairs on my vehicle (I have quite a few problems to address). They went on to specify that their mechanics can only do oil changes on Saturdays... I specifically outlined all of my issues when I set the appointment, so why did they let me drive 30 minutes out of my way to tell me that?? All-in-all I wasted over an hour of my time for nothing.
