I had an issue with my car a few weeks after it was serviced that was not covered by warranty. I reached out to Dave Hansen, the Service Director, expressing my concern. He immediately responded and invited me to bring my car in the next business day. He took care of the necessary maintenance w/out cost to me. BMW of Murray has earned my future business!
