Steve Hamphshire has exceeded our expectations every time we have worked with him. We bought a car from BMW Murray 3 years ago and have worked with Steve on many occasions with questions and service details on our car. He and the service department have been knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and have always looked out for our best interest. My husband Bryan and I are business owners and are receptive to amazing customer service. We will continue to buy from and work with Steve and BMW of Murray.
