2 1/2 years ago I locked my keys in my trunk and had absolutely no way to get them out. We called every locksmith and triple A within a 30 mile radius and no one could help us. My mom called both BMW dealerships (PG and Murray). The PG location was rude and said we were out of luck, the best they could do was tow it up to them and re-key the whole car which they quoted costing over $800. A few hours later my mom got a call back from the service manager at BMW Murray who ended up dropping EVERYTHING on a saturday afternoon to drive over an hour to us. Once he showed up he was able to get into my trunk and retrieve my keys, in less than 5 minutes!!!! My mom asked how the billing for the service would work, and the service manager replied, "Don't even worry about it, it's free." We were in shock!! And he followed up with, "It's BMW policy, glad we could help!" Words cannot describe how grateful we were for his help as we were so desperate, but hopefully this review will give him some good karma! What incredible customer service, we love BMW of Murray!
