Constantly frustrated with their customer service ...

Constantly frustrated with their customer service in service. The latest experience being the worse. I called for an oil change and was quoted an hour to an hour and a half tops waiting time. I brought my car in for a 10a appointment and finally had someone talk to me at 11:30 when they were just going to start to work on my car. This wasn't gonna happen since I'd spent the last hour and a half entertaining my three year old.

They tried to make it up to me by offering to come pick up my car at my house. Well epic fail. I had to leave two messages with Leland before calling his boss and telling him the situation. Finally, I got Leland to call me back and get my car picked up and serviced.

Three weeks later, was totally clueless as to why I got a charge for $35! I guess that was for gas at $8/gallon from the loaner car they dropped off while my car was being serviced. Ok, I'd be fine with that but no one explained this to me nor did I get any paperwork explaining the charges I could incur. Also I never even got an invoice letting me know of any charges they would be deducting from my account. After my runaround with the dealership as to why I had this fee I was directed to Sean in loans who handles these charges. I have left him FOUR messages with no call back. I give up. I seriously could have gotten better service at a Jiffy Lube.
