***Update*** I have now reached out to the Mike Todak, the sales manager who responded this review last month, 5 times regarding his offer to "make it right". I have not heard back.

I went in after discovering a busted water pump which required immediate replacement. To replace one water pump, which took 2 hours (max?), I shelled over $1700. A new pump for my model/year costs $250-$450 from a supplier. I can do the labor math on that one uh, yikes. I was not close to home, my car was not drivable, and my options were limited, so I had it replaced. The work is guaranteed for 2 years, which is probably standard but still giving me some peace.

I didn't get a single handshake from any of the 5-6 people I interacted with (Maybe because I'm a female? Wait, why am I making excuses for these people?), and nothing about the service was "ultimate". There was a nice man who received my car, and another nice man who shuttled me to my office safely, but those are both squarely in my "expected" camp
