Recently took my car in for an airbag replacement ...

Recently took my car in for an airbag replacement and decided to try (again) the detail department. Full me once shame on you, full me twice...had a detail done there 10 years ago and had to send it back since 1) there was no wax on the car and 2) it was left out in the rain. So this time, the car was 1) left out in the rain (my fault...i couldn't get there in time before they closed on a Friday night) and 2) no wax on the car. So for $200, they cleaned my interior (the front window was completely streaky to the point that the sun shining in was a rainbow of colors) and ran the car through their car wash. NO EXTERIOR WAX WAS APPLIED...ZERO. Left a message...no return call. So go down the street to Jim's Auto detailing or Lyons and pay $175 and get a clean interor, clean windows and an exterior WAX.
UPDATE! - Got a call from the service manager who was very apologetic and offered to either redo/discount future/partial refund on the detail that was done. We discussed what was wrong and he understood my concern. I took him up on his offer of a partial refund which was received in a few days. Because of his upfront and honest approach I will return there again for service/and or a detail.
