Overheating Resolution!

I just got my car back and I want to publicly extend a big thank you to Rich, BMW of Devon, and BMW for the way they handled my situation. It took a little time but I was just in there today to pick up my car and to meet with Rich and Bill. It feels great to be back behind the wheel of my car.

Rich took the time to work with me personally on the issues my car was having and provided a level of customer service that is beyond anything I've ever experienced. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Rich, and BMW of Devon stand behind their commitment to excellence and I've now experienced it personally. Thank you again for everything.
