I would like to thank Fernando O, Dustin H, and Lawrence for working well into the evening to get my new HVAC system installed and heating in one day, and Cody M for charging and patiently explaining how to work the heat pump.

And thanks to Richard S and John for upgrading the shutoff valves for my plumbing.

This company charges $600 for a furnace gas valve which retails for $80 and is replaced within 15 minutes. They may have also well created the problem with the valve in the first place (though I can't prove that). When they came to my house, the furnace was running. After Bel Red opened it, it supposedly did not work at all anymore. So I was faced with keeping my house cold while waiting for a second opinion on repair cost or paying the exorbitant replacement price. Go figure.

The plumber apprentice John Dickinson arrived early in the appointment time slot and performed his inspection and service to the hot water heater in an efficient and professional manner. Afterward, he clearly conveyed the condition of the water heater, the age, offered observations, and provided estimates for replacement. Excellent job, John!

Great company to work with, well knowledgeable installers and on time.

My experience with BelRed was a very positive one. From Estimate to Installation was able to be handled within the space of about 5 days. I called for an estimate and they had David S. out that day. I needed an AC unit added to my house connected to my existing furnace and ductwork. After reviewing my options they came in almost $2000 less than a competitor for the same work with the same parts.
They handled all the permits and inspections. They even provided the electrical subcontractor to make the minor changes to my electrical panel.
The installers Jose S. and Mike S. were quick and professional. They took care to wear protective boots every time they entered the house and were able to get the entire installation done in a day. They cleaned the work area thoroughly taking extra care to look for nails in my driveway. I will definitely use them again for all my HVAC needs.

Richard was on time, professional, informative, and kept me from spending money I didn't need to. Couldn't be happier.

Jose and Mike completed our new furnace and heat pump installation yesterday. They were very careful with disinfecting and wearing masks so we were comfortable through the whole process. They overcame several challenges that our house presented to the installation and we ended up with a quality installation. After they left, everything was as clean as when they arrived.

Ray B. and Mike S. we re pleasant, knowledgeable, and hardworking. I m very appreciative of their efforts and happy with my new furnace and warm house after a couple of cold days!

With the purchase of a Trane home furnace in November 2019 BelRed sold us a Trane Clean Effects Air Filtration system for a cost of over $1200 that was improperly installed. As a result according to the companies own admission upon inspection by one of their service representatives in September 2020 the system was not operating to clean our indoor air quality. This was of particular concern to us since we have a child who was under the age of one in the home with a developing respiratory system.

The furnace and air purifier were installed in an externally accessed utility closet attached to the home. Gaps in the duct work around the air filter where identified by the BelRed service technician in September 2020 meaning that the improper installation of the air filtration system was resulting in air being pulled from a dirty utility closet and blown into our house for nearly a year. Thus not only was our air not being filtered it was made considerably worse by the negligence of BelRed in their faulty installation. This could cause unknown health effects to us or our son.

Furthermore this issue only came our attention as wildfire smoke began in September of 2020. When attempting to activate the air filtration system to clean our indoor air we unknowingly we're pulling wildfire smoke into the house through this air filtration system and blowing it into the house for a series of days causing further unknown health effects to myself, my wife and our son. When we started experiencing respiratory issues and smelling smoke we stopped using the air filtration system but also we're unable to operate our furnace so we're without heat for a period of days.

After contacting BelRed it took 3 business days until they could send out a service technician who acknowledged fault in improper installation and corrected the issue of gaps in the duct work. Upon completion of this repair and further contact with BelRed customer service they disputed the findings of their own service technician and claimed the issue to be less severe. They also claimed that the repairs were not affecting the operation of the air filtration system which contradicted the findings of their own service technician. They were dismissive of our health concerns and our request for refund of installation services and equipment that was improperly installed.

If we had not noticed this issue on our own we would have paid over $1200 for an air filtration system that was improperly installed resulting in not only not cleaning our indoor air but worsening the quality of our indoor air and potentially causing severe health effects after decades of dirty air being blown into our house with a young child with a developing respiratory system. BelRed took zero accountability for this issue only offering a one time $199 credit for future services which we will not be seeking with this disreputable and dishonest company.

We are seeking legal services due to the unknown health effects we may have experienced being exposed to hazardous air quality unknowingly for multiple days to to BelRed's negligence in improper installation of the air filtration system. We are also seeking a full refund of installation and equipment cost of the air filtration system totaling over $1500. I will also be notifying Trane corporate licensing of this issue so that theri dealer license can be revoked.

John D. made thorough plumbing inspection and explained all findings really well.

He was also providing planned water heater replacement. All was done within planned time, all very clean and precise. John pointed out all key differences between the old and new devices (pilot and temperature settings are slightly different). The water heater is working great now!

Mike did a great job today of explaining the unit, the tuneup he did and the life of each part. Did not try to upsell and laid his recommendations clearly. Happy with the work they did.

Thorough, professional service from Jamie once again. The work to update my aging water supply involved some complications and puzzles. Jamie stuck at it and resolved them all with a smile.

Jim Penney did an outstanding job taking care of my furnace. He kept me apprised of his arrival time and virtually made it on time. The weather was terrible and the traffic on that snowy Friday in Bellevue, was outrageously bad. Jim cleaned my furnace and gave me several solutions for a hole that was causing hot air to escape into the garage. He was very thorough and never seemed to be rushed even when the job required more time than I am sure he had allotted. In this day, when service people can be so rude, arriving late, tromping through the house with their dirty feet, Jim was a Gem and I will certainly give my business to Bel Red for future needs with Jim Penney as my technician.

I priced other companies for a ductless mini split heat pump. Bel Red was by far the best they offered the best price for equipment and install. Excellent fast friendly service from technicians Jose S, Fernando and Russ. H. They did all the leg work from permits and cleaning work area at the end of job. I had A/C in my home within 4 hours and next day final inspection. this was money well spent.

The people with BelRed were very nice and the installers were great.They cleaned up after themselves and the system works as expected. The disappointing part is how it looks. Granted it is on the back, outside of the house, but for $10,000 we expected it to be enclosed. Hmmmm...I didn t realize the lines weren t being installed in the attic, until I was shown. We asked about the covers and those were an extra $1,000. We thought this was the standard installation to be covered...we assumed the UV protective shealth was the exterior covers, as the other company s bids. Can t imagine that this appearance would be acceptable to anyone, so make sure you re shown a photo of the finished product.

I elected to repair a bathroom faucet drip by replacing the faucet set with one that has brass ball valves. The set needed to be ordered, so a second appointment was required for installation. The job gets 4 stars because I had to check on the order status, I had to remind the installer of credits on the account, and I had to do a bit of minor cleanup after the installation. The installation itself is very nice, and I appreciate the overall quality of the job. The installer arrived as promised, completed the job in good time, and was very clear in all communication.

We purchased a new Air Conditioner from Belred in May for approximately $9400. The unit has had issues working correctly since the start. We called several times and were given explanations and suggestions such as setting the temperature setting to 71 so it could get a "head start", the new coolants weren't as good, etc. We were offered a visit by a tech if we paid $100. The unit would not cool the house less than 76 degrees when the outside temperature was 86. The unit had to run 14 hours a day constantly during warmer temperatures trying to keep up. After asking twice we finally got a tech to come out. He determined that a piece of insulation had come loose and was laying against the coils. The coils were covered in ice. He re-attached the insulation and told us not to run the AC until the ice had completely melted. We asked why the AC couldn't be run until the ice was gone and he suggested it might harm the unit. We asked if running the unit for one hour with ice could harm the unit, why wouldn't running it 14 hours a day for several weeks harm it? He wouldn't answer. We asked for another tech to come and review the unit. A senior tech visited on August 5. In his own words to us "I'm not happy with how the unit is working." He said the compressor overheated during his visit. He said the unit sounded louder than normal during his visit. He told us that he would give his findings to Belred. We spoke with Gregg Fusco from Belred today. He said since the unit was working correctly when the tech left, they would not do anything. He indicated that since there is a 5 year "lemon" warranty we were covered. If the unit that is expected to last 12 to 15 years fails in year 6 because if was faulty from the start, and potentially ran overheated for several weeks, we are on the hook. We are taking all the risk. Customer service wise we've been treated poorly by Gregg Fusco but of greater concern is that we just spent $9000 on an AC that we expect to last 12 to 15 years and it failed within the first two months. It had insulation come loose that shouldn't have come loose for years. (What else wasn't put together properly by the person who assembled it?) The unit wasn't cooling our house properly for several weeks. It ran constantly resulting in higher energy costs. It overheated when their senior tech was onsite. It made sounds it shouldn't. In spite of all that, Belred has offered to do nothing to address these concerns.

Hot water tank started leaking after just 5 years. The tank was under warranty but BelRed was going to charge $2500 to replace the faulty tank with a new one. They charged $150 just to come out and confirm the tank was indeed leaking (thank you captain obvious). We used BelRed for our new furnace and hot water tank... will not use them again. I'm wishing I had done more price comparisons because I now know I got shafted. When I called BelRed to ask about the warranty, they never called me back. Keep shopping around, you can do much better and for a much better price. I found a local plumber in Edmonds who installed the replacement for $1000 less.

Jamie was given a very difficult task, considering that the module had been put together backward; and the old one was stubbornly refusing to come off! He got sprayed in the face while my husband attempted to turn on the water just enough to force the corroded fixture from the shower wall! Nice job he did!

Chad Croote repaired the house backup generator quickly and efficiently and provided tips for keeping it working well.

Matt York came today on very short notice, immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He provided a very thorough explanation with pictures showing us what the issue was and how he fixed it. Highly recommend Bel Red, they have maintained our systems for 18 years. Dane E was also here and cleaned the ducts, the dryer duct and cleaned the furnace. He was courteous and efficient. Great service from both guys.

Richard was the plumbing specialist who helped with some plumbing issues at my home. He was respectful, efficient and very helpful. I appreciate his expertise.

Jeff replaced our 15-yr-old water heater with a new unit. His work is thorough, clean, and professional. Jeff is always friendly, courteous, and trustworthy. He has done work on our home's plumbing before and I was equally happy with that. I recommend, without reservation, BelRed for HVAC and plumbing work. We've been working with them for over 20 years in our Redmond home.

I was very impressed by the service and professionalism of everyone at Bel-Red. From Brandon K who diagnosed that my 20+ year old furnace was failing to Chris C who helped me choose from a variety of options to replace the furnace and Brandon R who took what we picked and tailored it to work for our house. Darlene made the financing very easy and smooth. The techs who did the install Fernando O, Dustin H, Kyle H , AJ, Cody did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Technician, Dane, gave our 16 year old furnace a thorough and complete annual maintenance check and cleaning. He answered all of my questions and was professional, personable and knowledgeable. His work will help us get the most life from our aging furnace.

The reason I give BelRed Energy Solutions a five star rating is because of a person, not the company. The person is Jose S. Jose came out and the issue with our furnace/heat pump on the his first visit. Unfortunately, it was BelRed's third visit. Jose went above and beyond to address our issue and resolve it in a way that would prevent a need for a return visit. Jose went under our house, spent a large amount of time late in the day and did a fantastic job all the way around. Very pleased with his efforts. Also, the manager, Brandon or Brendan (not sure) was fantastic in listening to our issues and coming up with a solution that was acceptable. It's unfortunate that a furnace never goes out when it's warm. I appreciate BelRed getting people out here in a timely fashion to get our heat back on.

We hired Bel-Red to do annual furnace inspection. Spencer was the technician who serviced my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and detected a few minor issues, which we decided to address at a later time. My furnace has electric air purifier which started "sparking" later in the evening. Bel-Red sent out their technician again the next day. It turned out that it's normal for some "sparking" after a cleaning of air purifier. Overall, it was great working with the company and will use them for any future heating or cooling issues.

06/22/2018 - Used Bel-Red again today to replace old water heater. Trevor was our technician. Excellent service. Will use them again.

Russ H. thoroughly walked me through the functionality of my new thermostat and answered all of my questions. I found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable. BelRed just completed a new furnace installation at this adult family home. 41 year old furnace quit working. BelRed representative gave us a quote late yesterday and had a crew at the house by 7:00 AM this morning to install a new furnace and the whole job is complete by 11:00 AM. Installers were Brandon Adkisson and Michael Schmaus. They were both professional, polite, and the work looks fantastic and the residents are happy to have a warm house again. Impressive service from the quote process through the installation. Would highly recommend them.

Richard Saxton was dispatched to my house to perform both an annual inspection and then later, to replace some leaking valves. During both visits, Richard was wonderful to deal with and provided me many opportunities to ask questions. He showed me the parts that he was replacing and explained how the deterioration of these parts was causing the leaks. He explained in detail how the new parts were superior in function and longevity. I was very pleased with Richard's technical abilities and enjoyed my interaction with him during both visits. I praise his technical ability, his personality, and customer relations. Thank you Richard.

I could not scan the card that Jose S and Larry B left for a review. Everyone from Joe, the salesman to the installers did a very nice job for me. Jose worked very hard to get the unit where I wanted it to instead of where it would have been easier for them. I am hopeful that my heat pump issues will be less with this new Trane unit. All of your service people were professional and proficient .

James was very informative and thorough. I feel confident in his ability to maintain our furnace, fireplaces, and generator. He notified us of areas of concern and provided options to fix them without being pushy. Highly recommend.

We needed to replace a failing A/C and furnace unit and called Bel-Red. They were able to install a new unit for us just three days after we first contacted them. They technicians Nick E, Dustin H, Mike R, Cody M, and Jason P arrived on time and had everything working before the left that day.

Over priced, impossible to understand pricing. We found ourselves in a tight situation -- day after Christmas, 28 degrees out, supposed to travel the next day, etc. -- as it turns out we needed a new furnace. I'm embarrassed to say we did not take the time to do research. I know BelRed prides themselves with there up front pricing. And they did provide this, albeit not with a breakout of labor and materials as requested/promised. (We still haven't received this promised breakout.) However, since I have not thought about buying a furnace in the last three decades I had little idea of current costs. And I figured a reputable company would be close to local market pricing. Maybe a premium of 10 to 15% more because of the our situation, but still competitive. Man was I wrong! Yes, Joe (the salesman) was upfront, but we were gouged by more than twice as much as local competitor would have charged. This has stuck in my craw since the installation day. Joe promised to be there to "deliver" our new overpriced furnace along with the disclosure of the "flat rate labor rates" and the detailed breakout of labor and materials. We returned from our trip early to meet the installation techs, but Joe never showed. Like many other reviewers, we found the technicians to be friendly and competent. But we also found that Joe had some errors in his system spec. For example, incorrect valve sizes and selling us sensors incompatible with our infrastructure. When I called Joe to find out where he was, his message stated that he was on vacation and would return on Jan 2nd. Since then I've left 5 (friendly) messages, but still have not received a call back. It is now the 14th and as of this writing his voice mail message hasn't been updated. I've used the time to continue researching local pricing. I calculate that we were charged over $8K in labor for 2 competent installers for 7 hours. That's almost $1200.00 an hour. I can understand why Joe has disappeared.

Yes, we are responsible for saying "yes" when presented with the "upfront pricing." But I'm posting this review to warn others. No matter how dire the situation, figure out a way to get competitive quotes before proceeding with BelRed Energy Solutions.

We have used BelRed Energy for years for our furnace and air conditioner service. They are always professional, timely and courteous. Today we had our ducts cleaned out, which was long overdue. Sam did a great job, and was a pleasure to deal with. He let me know what the job would entail, and asked if I had questions each step of the way. He then explained what he was doing and why. He even worked around our cats to try to minimize the disruption to them. Highly recommended!

They may be professional and courteous as many reviewers have stated. That is terrific, yes. But you WILL pay for that! Their prices are ridiculous. They charge "by the job" (kind of like your car dealership), not by the time it actually took to complete the work. I got two additional estimates, both coming in exactly HALF of what they quoted for a very straight forward job. Additionally, they will look for, find and encourage you to have further outrageously over priced service done as well. These guys work on commission for "upselling" you. I am so very upset that my husband signed a prepaid annual service contract with these guys - and yes, I have learned they get a commission on that too.

Tracy and Nick performed the installation of my equipment. They began about 8 AM and finished around 5 PM with the new equipment fully operational. I received excellent instruction for the control systems which included a new thermostat and I was able to make my own adjustments afterwards. I am very happy with the people and the process.

We used Bel-Red to install a new furnace and AC in our home and they were fantastic. Jose was our team leader with Cody and Jordan and really took a lot of time to do the job in the most ideal way, even though it took some extra time. It was a big job and they were there two days but cleaned impeccably both days. Would highly recommend.

Ben Tu was my technician today. Ben is quite knowledgeable and efficient. Most tech folks are nice, Mr Tu exudes warmth and understanding. He explained everything so I could understand.

I had a great experience with Bel-Red and in particular Kyle Giddens. He came out same day and did a great job fixing my heater and educating me on my heater as he worked. I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old. If the heat was not fixed that day we were going to have to get a hotel.

I had my A/C unit checked and serviced today and they sent a tech to our home. James Penney was very thorough, helpful with questions, knowledgeable, and overall great guy. BelRed is fortunate to have someone on their team like James. You can tell this guy is trustworthy and honest.

Richard and Trevor installed our New High efficiency tankless (saving energy, reducing our carbon footprint, and space), updated a instant-hot recirculating line to the kitchen, replaced washer hoses and even a sink repair! On time, on budget and Highly skilled! Top notch work and top notch Gentlemen!! I called the best and received even more!! Keep up the great work! I d give them a 6th star if they d let me!!!

Mr John was so professional and kindly explained what he is going to check today. He checked everything very detailed.

First, my sister and I would give the two technicians who came each FIVE STARS (a different technician came back the next day to replace a door switch that wasn't with the first technician and to address cloudiness that appeared again after the first cleaning of the gas fireplace). Polite, professional, focused on their work, answered all questions, they each we felt deserve five stars. The reason we gave the company two stars centers primarily around the door switch. The first day the technician did not have a replacement door switch needed. The cost of furnace inspection, replace a seal, and clean the gas fireplace plus taxes was $917. The next day the door switch replacement was an additional $82 dollars. Did some research about furnace inspections, etc. Just feel there are quality companies out there less expensive. Again, can't fault the technicians - hope they are paid well, with good benefits and a savings/health plan. They were GREAT!. Thank you Aaron Testerman and Kyle. After learning more about Rheem furnace wholesale parts and prices:), reading / watching repair videos ad nauseam, reading other reviews for other companies and learning about prices for what was needed for our furnace, we concluded, GREAT technicians, but overall an expensive company, that's all. Hope those technicians are well paid and treated well:) and hope that expense trickles down to their benefits and salaries. But honestly, after our research, that door switch price had us laughing and in general, overall in a normal distribution curve, this company falls under the tail of more expensive. Is there a quality company with less expense, we think so. But if price isn't an issue, then go with BelRed, and ask for Kyle or Aaron, can't go wrong:) Just feel this company is the Ferrari of Furnace inspections:)

I have been with Bel-Red for the last 7 years. This is the first year I had a horrible experience. They installed heating system, that was excellent in 2009. I have been paying for maintenance package every year for the past 5 years, $145 in 2012, $159 in 2013, $159 in 2014, $168 in 2015. This price I feel is reasonable if they said they did everything they were supposed to do. However, They tried to sell you Gold plan that includes plumbing maintenance service. **Do not get it** I had it for 4 years, here is what i paid: $75 in 2012, $106 for 2013 in 2012, $106 for 2014 in 2013, $119 in 2014 for 2015, then yesterday they showed up asking for $199 for the same service for 2016!! When I politely said no thank you, the plumber got very aggressive with the loud voice and I got really scared. I honestly think the company is trying for price gouging to see innocent customers like us we fall for that price. This plumber did not do as much as last plumber. Then he was going to charge me for $2200 for a new water heater, $400 for fixing toilet!! If you need plumbing service, please look elsewhere. This company is not good for plumbing service.

12/2020 Update:
It's been 4 years since I wrote the last review, Something has improved. Now they include plumbing maintenance service with heating maintenance under a contract of $21.95 per month. There's no option for yearly charge, just monthly. Sometimes the plumber flushed the water heater. However, this year, the plumber did not flush the water heater as it was 14 years old. Then I asked how much for the 50 gal replacement. He quoted closer to $3000. I stand by the original review. Do not get water heater from Bel-Red. Two years ago, they quoted $1887 for 50 gal tank. So I asked the plumber why $1000 more, he said: it's inflation. But $1000 more in 2 years!! On the heating system, I think Benjamin did a great job. He was honest, friendly and not pushy. I have had the heating maintenance person who had threaten me the system will break in 2 to 3 months. However, it has not broken in 3 years, so don't believe everything they tell you. Also Magic Scrub they installed in 2016 has broken down twice. Benjamin has to reinstall the new elements after being replaced two years ago. Not sure why they sell a product that keeps breaking. Next time, I will get an upgraded version.

Sam K. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable and personable. He provided excellent service and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He was also great with our animals.

Joe spent 3 hours assessing our home, modeling it, and reviewing the options. We were quoted a dual fuel system for a bit over half the cost quoted by a competitor for the exact same system- same equipment, same brand (Trane), but faster installation (next business day- Wow!). We're talking reviewing system options at 3 p.m. Friday and 2 vans showing up Monday morning at 8 a.m. to install a heat pump and gas furnace plus an electrician (3rd van) to run new electrical service to the outside unit. Fernando O. and Dustin H. worked for nearly 12 hours to get our new system up and running. Both consulted with me at every step to review installation decisions such as where to place the pad and outside unit, how to strap it down, where to drill through the garage walls, where to run pipes, thermostat installation, and we cut out extra existing ductwork to avoid an unnecessary contraction/expansion from the new cooling coil (larger than the old furnace) and the supply duct. Despite it being past 9 p.m. they stuck around to show me how to operate the new thermostat, and we reviewed options to address flow issues in my existing ductwork to get the most out of our new furnace/heat pump.

Again, a little over half the cost of a direct competitor for the same brand and system. Unbelievable. I don't know how other reviewers can say they are over-priced. My guess is they compared quotes for different equipment or at least different brand.

Fernando and Dustin clearly take pride in their craftsmanship. Fernando's sheetmetal work is square and level with all joints carefully pooky'd.

Update: We had an outdoor unit dome temperature sensor failure 9 months after installation. Cody M. quickly diagnosed the problem to be a factory sensor failure under warranty, set up our system for temporary gas-only mode, then installed the replacement part a few days later. He stuck around to ensure the system was operating properly and the error code didn't come back. Many people would just install the sensor and leave. He saw the error didn't return but shut the system down and re-started it to really make sure the problem was solved. Two weeks later the error hasn't returned and our heat pump is back to normal. Great service call by Bel-Red.

I had my furnace fail on a Wednesday morning during a cold snap. They were able to get someone out there the same to to look at a repair. The technician (Ben) walked me through my options and explained that since it was 25 year old furnace and the repairs were 90% of the cost of a new one, I shouldn't waste money/time with the repairs.

The next morning I had Fernando and Dustin come out to install a new unit in my attic. Due to the small space they had a heck of a time getting it out. To make sure they could get my heat back up and running recommended we switch to a slightly smaller unit. They didn't think they could get a new unit in place without damaging it or having to cut possible support beams. They took some extra time to make sure the smaller unit could heat our house by double-checking square footage and insulation. They then worked with their team to get a new furnace on site and by Thursday evening I had my heat working again!!

I used BelRed because my dad used them and highly recommended them, I can say I will do the same. Everyone was professional, took the time to explain what they were doing and kept me informed as things progressed.

We scheduled furnace installation on a Friday. Steven B. and Hoa T. arrived at 3PM and worked till 9PM to get a new Trane furnace installed. we lost heat for 2 days and kid was having cold. Getting heat to house at Friday night is life saving! Thanks Steven and Hoa! Great job!

We had installed new Trane furnace with Bel Red Energy solutions. After a bit more than a year, we contacted them to get an issue we have with the furnace resolve based on warranty. The response from Bel Red Energy is that we need to pay 100$ for their visit to do a diagnostic and that they will not come otherwise to fix the problems!

Chad C serviced our whole-house standby generator. There was a significant problem with the Generator and Chad and the Bel Red Team solved it for us!! Thanks to Chad I saved money and will be using Bel-red from now on to service our generator.

I could not be happier with the work that Brandon Fargo and his partner Ray B. did on my A/C project. They were professional, friendly and did a tremendous amount of work in a very short time. My wife is very happy also and that is most important to me. This is the second time we have had Bel-Red install a system for us. Installation crew did a very good job with nearly everything. Only negative issue was that when pressure test was performed, technician removing the tape covering the air duct in the family room pulled spots of paint of wall. Ripped tape off in quick motion instead of possible slower motion (eg. no regard for potential stripping of paint due to tape used). Thus cannot give them 5 stars since this paint was a special technique that is not easily fixed.

We got up on a Sunday morning to find our 14 yer old Lennox furnace had quit working during the night. I called BelRed and left my contact information. On Monday morning I received a call and that afternoon Chad C came out to diagnose the problem. The repairs were fairly expensive, so we decided to replace the furnace rather than putting a lot of money into it. On Tuesday afternoon Jose S and Brett M arrived with our new Trane furnace. Both were thorough, efficient and pleasant. The furnace is quiet and our house is very comfortable. We received follow up information on having an inspection and warranty information via email and phone. We are very happy with our furnace and the service we received! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have the yearly pre-paid service and have found the technicians to be friendly and knowledgeable. I especially like that they call ahead so you don't actually have to be home waiting for them to show up.

Good staff and attentive customer care, but grossly overpriced. Bid $2800 to find leak in 8 year old air conditioning and replace refrigerant. Told cost to repair leak could go as high as an additional 5K. Quickly tried to upsell to new units at a cost of between 10k to 25k. Hired another company who found and repared leak for 900.
Our unit now works flawlessly. BelRed certainly has fine tuned and systematic sales and support processes, but unless you have money to burn, not getting a second opinion on their bids is just plain dumb.

Bel Red has a terrible customer service. They give you a huge time window to wait and technician does not show nor the customer service follows up with you. In fact, if when i did call back, they gave me reasons preventing me to talk to the management, They do not respect a customer's time, and I cannot use them for that
