Ray B, Mike S, and Jose S from Bel-Red Heating installed a new heat pump and furnace this week. They were very professional, efficient, and hard working during the entire installation. They answered all my questions and explained the system in detail. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new furnace.

Fernando O and Dustin H were just terrific! The installed my new furnace is an impossibly small space and even set it up so that I can more easily change the filter. They worked under awful circumstances; it's been raining all day and about 44 degrees (my furnace is outside in a small alcove next to the house). They were polite, professional and I would highly recommend BelRed Energy to anyone!

Nick E., Kyle H., and Dustin H. were here all day working on replacing gas furnace with heat pump + air handler system that worked with the existing ducts. I oboerved most of the process. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was top notch, and they are all very professional and friendly. We have used BelRed for many years, including the installation of a heat pump in a previous and current residence. Most recently, we had a water leak, which BelRed was able to help us with quickly and efficiently (Richard - he was awesome)!

We had a fantastic experience with Bel-Red and specifically their technician Richard when it came to replacing our water heater last week. The scheduling staff were friendly and helpful, calling within 30 minutes of his arrival, and being easy to contact with questions. Richard was super friendly and professional and right from the start we could tell he knew his stuff!! He was efficient and tidy with his work and we felt super comfortable with him here. We definitely recommend Bel-red and will use them in the future!

I worked with Joe C. to change plumbing fixtures on the tail-end of a kitchen remodel. As a not-particularly handywoman managing the renovation on her own, I have seen the gamut of skills and service in the process. Few to none have left me so eager to write a positive review. I found Joe C. to be the most service-oriented and customer-focused; a true gentleman in the industry. You may need to wait for a spot on Joe's schedule, but I assure you, it will absolutely be worth it.

The service provided by Ray B. and Jordan B. was fantastic. They were happy to answer any questions we had, and provided thorough explanations about the work they performed.

The team of Brandon A, Mikal D, and Micheal S were all respectful, consiencious, professional, and genuinely appeared to enjoy their work and working with each other. Oh, and their work was great too. Highly recommended.

Charles did a great job.

He methodically identified several issues that could be causing or in aggregate contribute to cause- a strange noise as the inductor began to cycle.

He was polite in every way, listened to my concerns and ideas, offered ideas and suggestions, and tackled the worst problem in the world an intermittent one.

After he made some pressure adjustments, we both listened carefully as the unit cycled on, and yes- there was a difference in the ease in which the burners lit.

Our gas furnace went out (not purchased from Bel Red) and Bel Red had a tech out by that afternoon. Our 24 year old furnace was in need of replacing. Every contact w/ staff has been amazing. We got update phone calls 45 min. before arrival every time (3 visits) which was very appreciated. Today they are installing our brand new furnace and the installation by Brandon and crew has shown that Bel Red will go above and beyond (even going as far as saving us some money) over and over again to insure customer satisfaction! I am super impressed with Bel-Red. They came out and installed a new furnace last week, and they were thorough, answered all of my questions, and even swept the garage. Kyle H, Steve B, and Chad C were the guys that did the installation, and they were amazing. I will definitely use Bel-Red again, and to be honest, I am a little bit in love with my brand new, high tech furnace!

We have been a Red-Red customer for 20 years. We recently had a new high-end Rheem furnace installed. After less then 3-weeks of in-service, it was determined that the furnace was not operating properly.

Without reservation, Bel-Red stepped up and pulled out the furnace, then installed a second new (Rheem) unit. So far all is working perfectly.

In this not so perfect world, it is possible for even high-end products will fail. It's reassuring to know that a company like Bel-Red appreciates our business and has our back.

Chad had discovered we had a very high CO2 readings and developed a solution to direct air (which was missing) into the furnace, which brought the CO2 reading back down to normal. Thanks Chad for your help and resourcefulness,, please pass along your CO2 checking process to other technicians, very valuable knowledge. Very nice early Xmas present.

We had to get a new furnace installed as the old one stopped working and was too aged for any repair. We had an amazing experience calling BelRed team who came in a day earlier than our appointment and did a full check and briefed on what needs to be done.

My condo had a paired furnace / AC heat pump and only the furnace needed replacement. The BelRed tech figured out how to replace just it rather than the entire unit, which made for a significant cost savings. And the techs that did the installation did a good job.

Jose S, Larry B, and Mike R came to my house to install air conditioning. They were all incredibly friendly and willing to explain things to me so I could understand what was going on. The install went well and ended up looking very nice. I'd say the only downside was the cost, but these guys made it feel more than worth it! I'd highly recommend these guys based on this experience.

Jose, Larry, Jordan and Trevor were all just AWESOME!!! Replaced furnace and hot water heater. Cleaned up after themselves. Prompt and Courteous. We have a yearly contract with them and they are just the best. And Kyle came out for an appointment I meant to cancel and was so polite and helpful. Can't say enough good things about BelRed and all their people. Office people also very courteous and helpful.

Way overpriced at $324 for a yearly checkup and service was terrible!

The technician did not have the right size filters. I was given a 1" instead of the 4". He said they would provide the right size if requested. It's your responsibility to ask, not mine to tell you - I am not the furnace expert.

Also, technician only checked the vent intake when I asked and we found other filters on the intake side one of which was completely clogged.

I will go out and get new filters for everything but not sure what I paid so much to you for?

Just to top it off, the technician also recommended and 800$ plus tax air vent cleanup, which I know I do not need!

UPDATE! Got a rude call from the company questioning me about this review. I will not be intimidated, I stand by my review: Bel Red is overpriced and provides terrible service.

I ve used Bel Red Energy Solutions a lot. This summer they installed a heat pump and just yesterday they put in a tankless water heater. I was thrilled with the service I received by my plumber, Jamie. He came out first to inspect my home and went over the different options I had. He never once tried to upsell me or apply pressure to convince me; the decision was totally mine. When I d decided what I wanted to do, he even helped me with the approval paperwork I needed to submit to my HOA.

I had to leave yesterday to go to work before he was finished, so he called me later on to follow up. The only comment I had was to say something about my garage floor being a bit damp - but that I assumed that happened when he took out my old water heater. But no! That happened when he was mopping my garage floor to clean it because apparently it was a bit dirty behind my 15-year-old water heater - and then he just did the rest of the garage. Because of course.

So 5 stars to Bel Red and 10 stars to Jamie ( can I keep him???).

John Dickinson and Brandon King conducted inspection and maintenance on furnace, AC, and whole home plumbing today. They were professional and very good at their jobs. I was able to ask questions and did not feel rushed. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Bel Red Energy Solutions.

Chris is personable and a clear communicator. He did excellent work and was able to diagnosis the problem with our furnace right away. Not only did he fix that problem, but he added a switch that would allow us to turn the fan on the furnace on and off during the summer. His work was thorough and his summary of the work completed was helpful for someone who doesn't understand the technical terms. I highly recommend him.

Had our furnace & A/C replaced. Dustin H. & Stephen T. were great. They went out of their way not to be in the way as much as possible & we appreciated their thoughtfulness. They also took great care to ensure that their work would stand the test of time. And offered us excellent advice & suggestions for making our home more comfortable, safe, & keep all systems running longer. My only disappointment is in the fact that no one else told us in advance that we would not be able to use our our A/C overnight on one of the hottest days of the year or that a visit the next day would be required to complete the setup of the new system. Had the consultant or anyone we spoke to before the day of the job given us any heads up at all, we would have had an opportunity to make other arrangements for the night. The design of our house makes it unbearably hot without A/C & with 4 young kids, that was no picnic.

Brandon A. and Michael S. did an excellent job replacing my furnace. They were both knowledgeable and easily adapted to my needs.

I wish I could give them a negative score. They came to my house to repair my furnace during the time when it was 19 degrees outside. My furnace stopped working. I HAD to have heat as it was freezing outside. They charged me 525 dollars for a 20 dollar part. While I realize they are a business and they have to make money, they DO NOT need to gouge consumers at their time of need. I then tried to recoup my loss by having them give me an estimate, as they stated they would take 200 dollars off a new furnace if I went with them. They gave the highest bid out of 4 companies who came out, by a good 1000 dollars. I asked the other 3 how much they would have charged me for the same call to fix my furnace, they all quoted me 200-300 dollars. This is ridiculous and I hope they change their business practices.

Needed new heating & AC systems, chose BelRed due to customer service and competent technicians. Steve B, Mike S and Ray B arrived as scheduled, knocked it out in a day. Appreciated the final system set-up and run through on day 2 by 4th technician. 3rd party electrician was excellent. City of Sammamish Inspector had positive comments on the work. Office support - Carmen G - ensured permits & warranties handled. Sales Tech Phineas L worked hard to meet our needs. Cost was on the higher end, but it was money well spent. Highly recommend.

Trevor answered all my questions and did exactly what we asked.

Brandon F., Tracy S and Lawrence were great in getting our old furnace replaced. It was a challenging job with many unforeseen surprises. But they continued to persist in getting the job done with the highest quality.

Trevor and Dalton were pleasant, informative and very efficient in replacing my plastic shut off valve so my new DW could be installed. I have since had Trevor and Dalton replace all of the plastic shut off valves in my house and also put in an air gap for my new dishwasher. Trevor and Dalton are an asset to this company with their knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Called to get an estimate and possible service on my furnace that was acting up.
Let me firmly state that POSSIBLE SERVICE!!!

I was informed by the lady on the phone, I believe was Ashley, that the appointment would consist of cleaning and diagnostic of my furnace For 90.00
Jake arrived prompt, nice man nothing bad to say there. However all that was done was a written estimate of potential repair and no cleaning or diagnostic test.
They claim that a flashlight is diagnostic testing which is not only misleading to consumers but not very honest.
She should of said it s 106.00 for an estimate.. and a peek inside, period. I ve dealt with off color/misleading companies before and BELRED is number 1 on my list for stating false services to get you to schedule an appointment.
So basically you get charged to get an estimate. No good company would charge you for a flashlight look. Or at a minimum they deduct that cost off of future repairs. Not these guys!
So unless you plan on paying for a look inside your furnace with a flashlight and an over priced estimate of potential repairs GO ELSE WHERE...

Jake was professional & should prob work for a better respected company.
So the office lady misleads consumers. And considering I was this persons last stop and he lives near by BELRED can t exactly claim travel time in this situation.
I m highly disgusted at BELRED practices.
They are grossly overpriced and focus in upselling instead of helping people. Basically if your a home owner you better have deep pockets and be prepared to just fork out the equivalent of a new roof to these guys.
And I ve also found out that the gas flex line is not out of code for my unit as they try to claim. It is the original line therefore when the unit needs replacement it will also be replaced as part of the overall costs. NOT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE like Bel Red does.

Just on your company. As a retired veteran it disgusts me that the up selling and non necessary fees & charges are assumed. The price is OUTRAGEOUSLY over the top.
I also have 3 other estimates that were 0.00 for the estimate. And a more in-depth look at the furnace was performed.
All those companies never made up or used misleading tactics to gain sales.
A flashlight diagnostic is not a diagnostic test..
Considering, one item could not be seen without opening the unit. So to claim it s bad without proper visuals is an example!!!
As a Engineer I know the difference between mechanical issues and deterioration due to age.
The unit does not need immediate replacement as stated!! Eventually yes. But likely will last another 5 years.
I will not argue with you. But when I ask to speak to a manger and ASHLEY, lady at the phones refused, there is clearly something she s avoiding being brought up! Also, it s been 4 days and not one manager has bothered to reach out to me to discuss the situation at hand! Therefore I do believe this review is warranted! And I will not remove it!

Over the past week I've had Steve Sullivan at my home for annual maintenance on my tankless water heater; James Penney to do the annual heating system maintenance and Tracy and Fernando here to replace my old furnace. All four did a great job with their respective tasks and are very pleasant to work with.

Really enjoyed having Sam in our home to work on our AC and give us a checkup. Vote for giving Sam a raise:)

Richard (and one other fellow whose name I've forgotten) showed up on time and had the drain unclogged in short order.

Ray B. and, his helper, Mike R. installed my new furnace yesterday excellently well including a difficult sheet metal adapter build to accommodate the different design. It cost me what a Google search that turned up estimates by Home Advisor said it would and no more. Although, I just squeaked in under the wire before necessary rate increases at BelRed. I did get a discount because I am in a program that has me pay a monthly maintenance fee for free yearly check ups. BelRed has always taken good care of me.

Bel-Red has been our regular maintenance for the heating and cooling system and several repairs. We just had the furnace, air filter system, thermostat replaced with BelRed. They provided reasonable pricing, techinician Cody and Brandon did a great job to install the whole system, thoroughly verified everything, explained the system to us clearly. They were on time, followed Covid protection policies, took the time to get everything done properly. We enjoyed very much their service and professional work. Thanks

Richard Saxton, the tech called to say he could arrive early if I wanted, which was pleasant. The service was periodic maintenance. Richard was fast, thorough and knowledgeable. We've been with Bel-Red for years and highly recommend them.

Plumber was really nice and informative. Company was really good about keeping me informed and up to date on availability. Was NOT cheap though!

Brandon A. and Michael S. did an excellent job installing my new furnace. They came on time and started working right away and were very polite durning the entire process. Installation was quick and nicely done. They were clear when walking me through the thermostats user manual. Durning the installation, they found out the ducts clean was not needed and took $217 off from my bill. I would recommend Brandon A. and Michael S. to anyone needs the service.

Kyle, Nick and Gregg were very professional friendly and helpful.

Eric Sams was assigned to our home to check and fix gas leak. The job was very challenge because the leak was weak and no where to be found. Eric spent long time check every possible spots for leaks in the morning. To confirm, he came back in the later afternoon with a new device and continuing work on checking the gas leak. He was extremely responsible and put our safety first. Lucky the gas leak seems to be a false alert. Big thanks to Eric! BelRed customer service lady also very friendly and helpful. She updated me when the technician will be on site or running late. BelRed will be on my contact list for plumbing work in the future for sure.

Jeff was awesome throughout the maintenance of my HVAC system! He was friendly, informative and efficient. I look forward to working with him again.

Recently my 14 year old furnace finally gave up the ghost so I ordered a new one to replace it. Jordan B. the technician who installed it was top notch, helpful and informative. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Giving 2 stars since I've had other positive experiences. Just getting someone out for a minisplit quote has been a hassle. I was told my appointment was delayed, but apparently they cancelled it instead. Each appointment needs 4 hours apparently. I just want ac not a rocket built. They seem to be overworked or understaffed at the moment. Taking my business elsewhere.

Updating review. Not sure what you mean by interrupting my game. You are getting a poor review because of your scheduling policies not because I wasn't going to bring up my schedule while watching a game....

I re-scheduled initially because I was only told that you needed a 4 hour window while receiving a confirmation call from you.

When you called prior to my 2nd appointment you initially asked if we could reschedule. I indicated that I cannot, then you proceeded to say that you had some sort of company meeting that took precedence so you must reschedule.

So, no I'm not going to find another 4 hour window just to get a quote.

I am very happy with all the work performed here at our home by Bel Red. The service was excellent. From the quote, to the work, and the communication from the office, they have been great. The Techs were particularly friendly and helpful, especially:

I had a heater with a broken component they repaired and a medium scale AC install. They also came and cleaned all the ducts. They explained everything they were doing and were courteous and knowledgeable. Our house is kind of big, and they had the ability to get everything done in a quick period of time. I recommend them for sure!

Bel-Red flushes our tankless hot water heater annually. Dalton, the fellow who did it most recently, was prompt and fantastic. While the system was flushing, he was personable and informative.

Furnace blower motor failed. I tried one company and they said they could not find a replacement part. Jeff H., at Bel Red came out, diagnosed the problem and had it up and running on Feb, 02. I will never deal with the first company I called again. I will use Bel Red for all of my future heating and water heater issues, including new installations. Kudos to Jeff H. This visit was for the annual plumbing system review. John was on time, adhered to the social distancing rules, wore a mask, and communicated well with me throughout.

Over all the tech was on time and very proffesional
I got a bit disappointed that he did not finish the job.

Richard the plumbing specialist was super helpful knowledgeable and fixed our problem without issue. Happy with the service.

The company I had used for years where not able to give me an appointment for three weeks unless I paid an emergency fee when my air conditioner broke during a week of 80 + degree temperatures. BelRed came the next day to repair the system. We then decided to replace the system as they offered a good deal and it could be done in a day or two. The communication with the head office was great. The two men Ray B. and Larry B. who installed the new unit were efficient, polite and clean. They actually left my garage cleaner than they found it.

Richard and Trevor from Bel Red Energy replaced our old water heater today with a tankless one. They were friendly, professional, efficient, answered all our questions and cleaned-up the area before leaving. We are happy with our decision to use Bel Red.

Our family is so grateful to the BelRed Team! We woke up to no heat 2 days before Christmas and they helped us get a new system installed at a great price in time for a warm Christmas (which is better even than a White Christmas). Our annual HVAC maintenance was performed by BelRed Energy Solution Comfort Specialist
James Penney. he was very professional and knowledgeable about our HVAC. He explained and
provided very useful information in regards to extending the life of our system by properly cleaning
the air filters more frequently and installing a surge protector. James was very thorough in cleaning and inspecting the total system. Definitely a job well done and we re very satisfied. BelRed certainly lives up to their reputation!!

If I could give them more then 5 stars, I would.
Long story short- it started with our furnace not working before the Holiday. We called Bel-Red and they had JASON P. show up the next day and give us a diagnostic test. He gave us 3 options and we choose the most efficient which is to replace the furnace and we decided to upgrade since the furnace we had was over 15+ years and had other issues. Then JOE M. in sales came and showed us some of the options for upgrades the same day. It worked out great.
We we're trying to figure out finances and they had great options on financing. JESSICA S. really was great with communicating with me. I had to make changes on our schedule a couple of times for when they could come and replace the furnace. She was very helpful and they we're flexible with scheduling at the time.
We finally had them replace our furnace on Jan 18. It worked out great for us. I wanted to schedule it that far and I was in no rush. It only took them 1 day but these guys worked hard getting it done. JOSE S. Lead Technician, RAY B. & CODY M. did a great job. They kept everything in order, always wearing covers on there shoes when they came in, placed covers on areas they needed to walk. They cleaned up after they were done. I was impressed. They came early morning and left late that night with a short lunch break. They really know what they're doing and you can tell they like what they do. After they finished, the next day RUSS H. came to make sure the heating pump was working.
It's been 2 weeks and we've had RUSS visited one more time because it this was all new to us and thought we had an issue but there was no issue. So everything is working great.

Dustin H. and Brett M. were terrific. Very patient and kind. They were replacing our furnace the same morning my husband was having surgery. Needless to say, I was distracted and more than anything I didn't want to bring him home to a hot house. They diligently worked through a few issues and forgave me for not having a path to the furnace ready for them. They were on time, and very conscientious. I would welcome them anytime we need help in the future.

BelRed did an excellent job on our furnace installation. Their technicians showed excellent customer service and did a very nice job installing our new furnace. They were Fernando, Dustin, Josh, Cody and Arron. They worked well together and did a very good job of answering our questions. They were done in a single day and we were very pleased with their work and their clean up afterword. I would encourage anyone who needs furnace work to call them. You won t be disappointed.

Dustin H. and Mikal D. were fantastic when they came over to the house and installed our new A/C unit. They were very up front with what the procedure was going to be and even finished earlier than expected!
