Long story short- it started with our furnace not working before the Holiday. We called Bel-Red and they had JASON P. show up the next day and give us a diagnostic test. He gave us 3 options and we choose the most efficient which is to replace the furnace and we decided to upgrade since the furnace we had was over 15+ years and had other issues. Then JOE M. in sales came and showed us some of the options for upgrades the same day. It worked out great.
We we're trying to figure out finances and they had great options on financing. JESSICA S. really was great with communicating with me. I had to make changes on our schedule a couple of times for when they could come and replace the furnace. She was very helpful and they we're flexible with scheduling at the time.
We finally had them replace our furnace on Jan 18. It worked out great for us. I wanted to schedule it that far and I was in no rush. It only took them 1 day but these guys worked hard getting it done. JOSE S. Lead Technician, RAY B. & CODY M. did a great job. They kept everything in order, always wearing covers on there shoes when they came in, placed covers on areas they needed to walk. They cleaned up after they were done. I was impressed. They came early morning and left late that night with a short lunch break. They really know what they're doing and you can tell they like what they do. After they finished, the next day RUSS H. came to make sure the heating pump was working.
It's been 2 weeks and we've had RUSS visited one more time because it this was all new to us and thought we had an issue but there was no issue. So everything is working great.
