Dustin H. and Stephen T. helped install a furnace and they've been nothing but great. My furnace decided to break down on the week of the shutdown orders (March 23) in response to Covid-19. Nervous and cautious, I phoned up BelRed Energy Solutions and they gladly helped scope in my services, provide easy-to-understand pricing options and answered my questions. Dustin and Stephen arrived on site and they were very mindful of the current situation. They had masks, gloves, and maintained their physical distance. They were also very professional and flexible in terms of my requests (e.g., no touch verbal authorization for payment without having to physically sign things). I'm sure it was scary for them too, given this crazy pandemic world we live in. I hope they're safe, healthy and I'd definitely recommend BeldRed and these guys on any given day.
