Installation crew did a very good job with nearly everything. Only negative issue was that when pressure test was performed, technician removing the tape covering the air duct in the family room pulled spots of paint of wall. Ripped tape off in quick motion instead of possible slower motion (eg. no regard for potential stripping of paint due to tape used). Thus cannot give them 5 stars since this paint was a special technique that is not easily fixed.
