Richard Saxton was dispatched to my house to perform both an annual inspection and then later, to replace some leaking valves. During both visits, Richard was wonderful to deal with and provided me many opportunities to ask questions. He showed me the parts that he was replacing and explained how the deterioration of these parts was causing the leaks. He explained in detail how the new parts were superior in function and longevity. I was very pleased with Richard's technical abilities and enjoyed my interaction with him during both visits.
