We selected BelRed to completely replace the heating and cooling system in the home we just purchased. The previous system had been installed incorrectly and had major issues with the venting. The installation team (Brandon A. And Michael S.) were professional, efficient and most importantly cleaned up the mess the previous owner had left. The new furnace and filtration made an immediate positive difference in the comfort of our home.

Jamie Rogers diagnosed the problem regarding a failed pilot light on our 10 plus year old water heater and then took the time to research total cost of replacing parts/labor vs. the cost of installing a new WH. We took his advice and went new.

Jamie, a very experienced plumber who ran his own company for 15 years, showed up as scheduled the next day and had the new system ready for our inspection within about 3 to 4 hours. He then took the time to explain the new design for controlling temp.

The work looks great. Cleanup was great and Jamie was great! Highly recommend BelRed and their professional staff.

Sam Kirkland did a fantastic job of vacuuming our duct work in March 2019. The dust level in our home went down quite a bit afterwards. Very personable and professional technician!
James Penny did a great job of installing an Air Scrubber for us last month. Paid alot of attention to detail and explained thoroughly how the system worked.

Wow, 1st time I got burned by Google reviews - expensive lesson learned. How can BelRed have a 4.8 rating is beyond me. Trusting the 2.5 BBB and yelp rating or at least reading some of the negative reviews could have saved me lots of money.
They came out to service our heat-pump/electric furnace bc the air-handler stopped working and also to discuss upgrading to a higher end Bosch system. Hearing the quotes for the upgrades ($14k for the outdoor unit+ airhandler upgrade?!) quickly dissuaded me from that option and should have clued me in on what to come.
The tech quickly diagnosed the issue: bad blower motor. He quoted me $1192+tax, which I thought was expensive, but I was not expecting it so out of line compared to other service providers, so I accepted it. I was also quoted (and declined) $421 for annual maintenance (2x my previous costs) and $336 for a condensate pump replacement.
I read the negative reviews (postmortem unfortunately) regarding price gouging and their standard response is that they're upfront with the quotes, which is true. So lessons learned:
- never again accept a quote w/o research
- never hire BelRed ES again

Jose and Lawrence from Bel Red came today to replace my furnace. They were extremely professional and thorough. They made sure everything was tested including the AC. They really did a great job. The staff at Bel Red is also very nice.

We needed to replace our existing 24+ year old gas furnace. Called BelRed and had a virtual estimate done. Installers were here the same week and the estimate was accurate. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales and installation individuals. Removing the old furnace was quite challenging but well done. Installation of our Trane XC95M gas furnace was accomplished the same day as removal of the old furnace. We also had the ComfortLink Trane XL850 thermostat installed. Everything is working perfectly and we are extremely pleased with our purchase and dealings with BelRed. Our home is rather challenging to heat as it is a tri-level A-frame with lots of glass. The unit is doing a very efficient job of adjusting and maintaining temperatures. The unit is extremely quiet but very effective. We highly recommend BelRed as well as Trane furnaces. We're looking forward to a warm and cozy winter thanks to everyone at BelRed.

I have had business with Bel-Red Sol for many years now and I can t think of any negative comments to make during that time. Seems unreal, but true. They are always polite, pleasant, do the job they were supposed to and, well, what else can I say. I also have a maintenance program with them. And, no, I haven t been paid for this review. DC DH RB
