I don't usually do public reviews, but the service has been so disappointing that I have no choice. Several complaints regarding a spare part of a stroller, which I was promised within 3 weeks and was still not sent after 3 months; no reply to my emails; if an answer, then two weeks later, only very insufficiently without answering the questions and in a disinterested tone. The complaint management leaves a lot to be desired. If you reacted correctly here, many of these negative reviews could be spared. I have ordered a lot about Babyjoe in the past and have always been satisfied, but this experience definitely scared me to order here again.

Our members have selected Babyjoe.ch as the "worst service in Switzerland". With over 45 votes ahead of the competition.

This can also be seen clearly in the general rating, which probably prompted BabyJoe.ch to buy some 5 star ratings. Yes, you can.

The BabyJoe.ch service does not meet the Swiss standard and would hardly pass as a service in a third world country. Customers are attracted by low prices, and then led to the checkout in a nice manner. With the payment of the customer, the care by BabyJoe.ch also ends: Those who have paid should disappear as far as possible - or of course spend more money, then you are welcome again at short notice.

Our final recommendation is very clear: FINGER WEG. Better to pay a few francs more, experience and support good service. Arrogance and greed are not meant to be a winning business model.

Good products, price / performance ratio is right, otherwise we had very bad experiences. Contrary to the website, several products were no longer available. It was very tedious, because we bought several products via prepayment including voucher, some of which were no longer available. On site, they then assured us that the voucher would also count towards the replacement products. Was then forgotten, on request we encountered incomprehension. Please avoid this shop! Definitively not worth your time. I had to cancel three orders since they are unable to send their products in time even though they're all listed as deliverable. After the cancellation on the phone they didn't send me the cancel confirmation as promised. All in all a disappointing service!

PS After posting this review I got a friendly and apologetic call from BabyJoe. They were interested in finding out what went wrong and also offered a discount in exchange for me deleting this review.

Totally unfriendly contact. Part of the order had to be sent back because of wrong size on the delivery note, but we had ordered the right size as shown in the order confirmation email. The reimbursement of the outstanding amount has only worked after several queries. Since the return was not our fault, we asked for the postage back. There was no return slip. The postage was not refunded. A bottomless impudence. Here we never buy again. Even the rating with a star is already too much. Zero stars would be appropriate.

04/26/2017; Guarantee case = catastrophe = FINGER WEG !!!
Bought a sleep aid "Ewan", it broke after 1 year, but still has a guarantee. After I sent an e-mail and called x times what was the current state of affairs, I was informed after about 1 month that I had to send in the sleep aid, of course. No sooner said than done. Then there is no feedback - no, you call again and are always put off - a call back is promised and no one comes. After 1.5 months without falling asleep, I am still waiting for a replacement. CONCLUSION - never shop here again !!
ps. As soon as this review is written you are kindly called, what can you do to please me -> how about taking care of your customers earlier!?!

I have never ordered for the first time ever. 2 times money transferred 2 times the money came back then 2nd reminder I got in touch with the customer service totally rude lauded from igrendeinem credit and blah blah blah I just wanted to give them an invoice by mail should send and no reminders more send that was on 24.12 now comes the Oberhammer on Friday comes the threat of the last reminder plus 20 fr and the threat that they forward everything to the collection. So please, I should have gone over the fixed days on the post office and in addition I was not sent a new bill. Customer service totally out of place. Would advise against anything ever again to order total rip-off last reminder right after the holidays. Then they still claim they can not do anything ??? Wet you want to go crazy please turn on my protection and then on Monday they will hear something from me! I hope you read that and everything else is warned against such rip-offs just so they can collect reminder fees. That is fraud and they know that exactly!

We have ordered a children's teepee from WigiWama from Babyjoe. Available from stock according to website. After almost two weeks and a call to the hotline, we were put off that the tipi is currently not available and there is a delay. So we canceled the order by email and ordered the tipi somewhere else. Then at the beginning of February the tipi was delivered with the DPD. The package was simply placed on our doorstep, although Babyjoe assured us by phone that we simply shouldn't accept the delivery and then it would be sent back. After various calls to DPD and Babyjoe, a return delivery could then be organized. But this only worked because I called the DPD at least 5 times.
The DPD delivery note stated that the goods had been damaged in delivery and that Babyjoe would dispose of them. Smells heavy of insurance fraud.
Now we have even received a payment reminder for the tipi, as it was supposedly not declared as return delivery, although we probably had all the hotline employees on the phone at least once.
I recommend everyone to stay away from this company. Something is not going right for me. If it continues now, I will not hesitate and take legal action against the company.

I've never had any problems. Fast delivery and always in top condition. When there were delays in the delivery of a product, I was well informed and offered an alternative. Absolutely can't understand this bad rating!

However: customer service amazingly good, exceptionally friendly and hard-working. In addition, fair the manufacturer's mistake. Contacting customer service due to an extremely long delivery period, but delayed response latency there too. The baby carrier was delivered several weeks late, and we were no longer able to use the Newborn insert because our baby was no longer "Newborn" after the long delivery time. Never again.

Ordered an AngelCare baby monitor on Black Friday because our baby is coming in January 2021. When ordering, the delivery date was December 15, 2020 according to Babyjoe.
On December 22nd, I call BabyJoe to ask where the baby monitor is and I get the answer that you have not yet received the product and you have only just received this information and therefore you have not yet informed me. Funny ... I think I would wait for an answer today if I hadn't proactively called. However, you have confirmed to me that the order will come in the middle / end of January 2021.
Now I called again today on January 11th, 2021 to ask how the order looks. And the next shock! You can no longer deliver the product at all! Again, I was not informed proactively, just found out because I called.
Apparently they were hoping that I forgot the order or don't know what. No goodwill offer in the sense of a voucher. I have seldom experienced such customer-unfriendly service.

We were at the BabyJoe in Wil last night (just before closing time). We wanted to buy a buggy and other small things for our baby. We were served and advised absolutely great. Since it took us a little longer to make our decision, we were even allowed to stay although the shop should have been closed. We were allowed to look further and were advised without haste or rush, even though the team would have finished work. We are excited about this great service and will be back! Thanks again to the lady who served us (unfortunately I don't know the name). Top service that you don't find so often these days. Highly Recommended!

Ordering online did not arrive after 2 days as on the internet. I ordered again after 10 days .. then both came at once. 4 days before I asked if you could cancel the delivery, there was no answer ... only after 2 days. The package is already on the way.
The man on the phone completely rude, arrogant, and not a bit understanding.
Will never order there again. I haven't seen anything so cheeky in a long time.

On the positive side, the sufficient number of parking spaces, the location and the cleanliness of the shop should be mentioned. The exhibition space is quite small, so the offer is of course limited. But what really disappointed us was the staff. We didn't have the feeling that anyone really wanted to advise us or even sell us anything. We also found it absolutely impractical that very few products were labeled with a price. The only possibility to compare the prices of the products and to find further product information (furniture dimensions, etc.) was the freely accessible PC with access to the online shop. It was also disappointing that they didn't even bother to assemble the extra beds correctly. We have not yet had any experience with the online shop.

I've also ordered several times online and never had any problems. Returned items were also returned without comment. Therefore, I can not understand the negative reviews.
