I bought supersaver ticket, the ticket that is valid just for one route at the exact time. As my drive never came, I had to buy the more expensive ticket. Writing a complaint also didn't bring anything, just the general answer that says, it can not be refunded. My advise do not buy supersaver tickets, they are scam.
Super service and seat quality, punctual, comfortable to travel
One of the office buildings of SBB. Despite the rather austere exterior, the premises are pleasant and functional.
Easily accessible by bus 20 from Bern or from Wankdorf.
There are also a handful of visitor parking available. The parking card can be obtained at the reception. Visitors can get in touch with their contact person so that they can pick up their guest and take them to their workplace or to the meeting room.
The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful.

Faster by car and for 40chf.
There are also transfer costs with luggage that I also save on the car.
This morning the coffee machine in the # IC1411 dining car from Bern to Zurich was not working. A controller reacted promptly and organized coffee and tea for several people while she was still in Bern. All other passengers were put off with a voucher for the next trip and a croissant. I'm excited! For me this is a sign of high service quality, attention and I was very enthusiastic as a customer of the #SBB! Small action with great effect, so some companies can cut themselves off.
This campaign will be remembered for a long time and I feel very positive about SBB.

Place where you can wait for train connections. Well heated on these cold days !! Only potential passengers who are waiting for a train connection!
