THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOING !! I'd rather spend a few francs more. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I was allowed to experience in my loves.

You shouldn't always rely on reviews ... especially if they are negative. I just picked up my Thule bike trailer. At the beginning there was a problem because my trailer was forgotten to order from the warehouse into the shop. The trailers that were in the shop were already placed as orders to be sent. Nevertheless, the entire team set everything in motion so that I could now take the trailer with me. Errors can happen anywhere, but when a solution is found, everything is fine.
I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. I do not know what happened to you and what the shop looked like. I only know that the staff was very, very competent and very friendly today. The shop is very neat and clean. No trace of dust.

The problem is that you write negative reviews much faster (sometimes too quickly) and share too few positive experiences with others.

Of course I could have written a negative review ... that I had to wait 25 minutes and we missed my order.
You went out of your way and I received my product. No need to write anything else.

Anyway, I highly recommend Babyjoe !!! Great online shop and also a great shop in Wil.

Am going with a 4* rating. Why? We ordered 2 items, of which they only had 1 in stock. The website showed, at the time, in stock. Be it 1. After a week or so, we emailed them. Found out only one in stock, told had to wait another week for resupply. So cancelled order. On same day, noticed similar item in different colour. Replied to email and requested this item. Both were delivered the following day. Therefore, excellent service.
LearntLessons: website needs to show during order process if sufficient items in stock.

THE consultants were very unfriendly and incompetent. That's why I didn't buy a stroller there. I had to wait 3 months for a room, and then it was delivered with wrong or missing parts. When I informed you about this, you told me I would have to wait another 3-4 weeks. Really horrible. They made zero compromises. Therefore definitely one or one family less.

I hope Joe doesn't actually have a baby, because if he treats it like us customers, then wolves will soon find it and raise it. Because Joe is interested in ZERO.
On the contrary, what is going on here is fraud. If you compare prices and availability online, Babyjoe will lure you with the prices. The competition should then "immediately" be available. If you order and pay immediately, you can count on the goods IMMEDIATELY in 5+ weeks.

As a consolation price, there is a baby joe ride free that does not make sense, nor does it even try to be reasonably plausible. The customer is the stupid one.

They were supposed to arrive in 1-2 days within Switzerland and I have received the goods on the morning of the 3rd day, pretty good!
Not 5 stars as I had to chase a little calling their customer service as at the end of the 2nd day the goods were not shipped yet.

Great stroller umbrella. I mounted it on a handcart that I used to drive my little dog to the beach in the summer. It worked out great. The only downer was that the umbrella turned off easily and couldn't be fixed better. But it was enough for my purposes.
