The stroller was delivered defective (unusable). After almost four (!!) months, it was returned by us despite resistance -
THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOING !! I'd rather spend a few francs more. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I was allowed to experience in my loves.

You shouldn't always rely on reviews ... especially if they are negative. I just picked up my Thule bike trailer. At the beginning there was a problem because my trailer was forgotten to order from the warehouse into the shop. The trailers that were in the shop were already placed as orders to be sent. Nevertheless, the entire team set everything in motion so that I could now take the trailer with me. Errors can happen anywhere, but when a solution is found, everything is fine.
I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. I do not know what happened to you and what the shop looked like. I only know that the staff was very, very competent and very friendly today. The shop is very neat and clean. No trace of dust.

The problem is that you write negative reviews much faster (sometimes too quickly) and share too few positive experiences with others.

Of course I could have written a negative review ... that I had to wait 25 minutes and we missed my order.
You went out of your way and I received my product. No need to write anything else.

Am going with a 4* rating. Why? We ordered 2 items, of which they only had 1 in stock. The website showed, at the time, in stock. Be it 1. After a week or so, we emailed them. Found out only one in stock, told had to wait another week for resupply. So cancelled order. On same day, noticed similar item in different colour. Replied to email and requested this item. Both were delivered the following day. Therefore, excellent service.

THE consultants were very unfriendly and incompetent. That's why I didn't buy a stroller there. I had to wait 3 months for a room, and then it was delivered with wrong or missing parts. When I informed you about this, you told me I would have to wait another 3-4 weeks. Really horrible. They made zero compromises. Therefore definitely one or one family less.

On the contrary, what is going on here is fraud. If you compare prices and availability online, Babyjoe will lure you with the prices. The competition should then "immediately" be available. If you order and pay immediately, you can count on the goods IMMEDIATELY in 5+ weeks.

As a consolation price, there is a baby joe ride free that does not make sense, nor does it even try to be reasonably plausible. The customer is the stupid one.

We would have needed a few spare parts for our baby jogger. Unfortunately, they didn't even want to help us, even though we were there. It was simply not possible. Customer service none. We will probably never order anything there again.

Then Mail comes with the requirement to pack everything original so that it works. Called again, extremely incomplete, very rude. Will NEVER order anymore and can NOT recommend it. Actually, I always found the BabyJoe online shop good, this time it didn't work at all, I ordered a bike seat that was available from stock on Tuesdays because the delivery time is advertised as 1-2 days and we get the seat for a birthday would have needed a present unfortunately this will only be delivered on Monday and we can go empty-handed to our birthday on Saturday ... Catastrophic, it does not come close. We have now for the 3rd time stuff about Baby Joe, ordered and say the third time that an article is not available, but on the homepage is never displayed, because everything is always good green and status available. With all 3 orders I had to run all the way and ask where the deliveries remain! And each time it was said that one or more items are not available or only available at a later date. That's just ridiculous !! Absolutely lousy and total failure on the whole track !! NEVER WAS BABYJOE !!!

Had ordered 2 things and one of them went back. Strangely, the package never arrived with them. I was immediately reminded and threatened with debt collection. Very frustrating, did not know that you should send back the parcel with registered mail at babyjoe.

Great stroller umbrella. I mounted it on a handcart that I used to drive my little dog to the beach in the summer. It worked out great. The only downer was that the umbrella turned off easily and couldn't be fixed better. But it was enough for my purposes.
