Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with BabyJoe and the service - I will never order anything again!
Ordered an AngelCare baby monitor on Black Friday because our baby is coming in January 2021. When ordering, the delivery date was December 15, 2020 according to Babyjoe.
On December 22nd, I call BabyJoe to ask where the baby monitor is and I get the answer that you have not yet received the product and you have only just received this information and therefore you have not yet informed me. Funny ... I think I would wait for an answer today if I hadn't proactively called. However, you have confirmed to me that the order will come in the middle / end of January 2021.
Now I called again today on January 11th, 2021 to ask how the order looks. And the next shock! You can no longer deliver the product at all! Again, I was not informed proactively, just found out because I called.
Apparently they were hoping that I forgot the order or don't know what. No goodwill offer in the sense of a voucher. I have seldom experienced such customer-unfriendly service.
